Bought a recliner from Thomas today and it was the easiest furniture purchase Ive ever made. I called to see if the had what I wanted, he called me back 5 minutes later saying he did in fact have it in stock. He was willing to text me a picture of it, and after seeing it I told him I was on my way, and to please wrap it in plastic for me (It was lightly raining today). He did exactly as I asked of him. So I walked in, paid and was out the door. Everyone was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I could not be more pleased with them and they will continue to get as much business as I can push their way in the future. Thanks again Thomas, you really saved the day for me today!

Good HELPFUL people working there

Today we stopped in at Roberts Furniture to look for a few pieces of furniture for our new home. The first time we were there was about 1 1/2 years ago looking for a kitchen table (which we bought). Our salesman a year n a half ago was Jim, a great guy and he was very personable and went way out of his way to make our visit to the furniture store the greatest. (We moved down here from Illinois and basically knew nobody or the area.) Remembering the service experience from back then we thought we would give them another try. Today we worked with a awesome lady by the name of Dixie. Not only did we end up buying furniture for 3 rooms in our new house but I really do think we made another friend. She is the best of the best. I would give her 5 stars and Roberts Furniture 5 stars. After we get our basement finished we will diffently be going back for more furniture. Truefully Jim (the owner) and his staff are the best all around. ❤

My husband and I bought a new bed with Robert’s furniture. Dixie help me pick out the perfect bed, and at a much better price than I had originally planned on spending. They were able to hold the bed until we were ready for it to be moved, with no fuss. I called when I was ready for delivery. They were able to schedule delivery the next day. The gentleman who delivered the bed, were also absolutely wonderful! They were very careful coming up the new driveway, and not tear it up. They were very respectful to not track mud and dirt through my house. Placed the bed in the designated room. Took all the trash and moving stuff with them.

I wanted to thank the staff at Roberts Furniture for my beautiful new couch. Dixie was wonderful with helping me in the selection of best couch design and fabrics. I highly recommend her to others. Roberts has a great team and will return to them again. Debbie Knickerbocker

I have been doing business with Roberts since 2004 and Jim as well as all of the associates work very hard at helping people who are on a budget. I have bout several homes full of furniture and they always make it happen. Wonderful people to deal with.

We were greeted by Dixie, a very charming sales woman. We knew what we wanted because I had visited their website earlier in the day. In addition, we knew what price point we could afford. We all chatted for a bit, and we learned that Roberts was a family owned and operated company. I happen to like the Ashley line of furniture and that is what we were looking for. I commend Dixie on her honesty, her commitment to making your buying experience easy, and her personal touch. We will definitely go to Roberts first from now on before venturing to Johnson city.

Sometimes they are snobby....not very helpful

I am moving to VA in October from Mass. My husband and I have decided that the New England winters are becoming too much for us to handle. We purchased a condo in Williamsburg, which is much smaller than our current property. We are pleased to find a reasonably priced store, like Roberts Furniture. We decided to leave many large furniture pieces behind and invest in some modern pieces. Im sure that we will be on a first name basis by Fall when we finally move into our lovely, new condo.

Wonderful! The staff was so helpful. We were looking for a recliner for my 88 year old mother. I think the staff carried up every chair in the store for her to sit in until she found the right one.

Nice place. All sorts of furniture, bedroom, living room plus odds and ends. Alot to look at and the prices are responsible. Alot of recliners on sale and now you can get 100.00 off some on the floor like Lazy boy. Will go back when I need something else. Look them up and stop by. You might like it

Very poor QUALITY furniture paid $2400.00 for a loveseat, couch, a recliner chair lumber support did not hold up only had 3 years. Also bought a Jamison mattress and boxspring had a 10yr warranty within 6 years it had a 2 inch sage in it. They only replace the mattress with a different brand and not the box spring which made it even worse. It also void the rest if the warrenty. Went in there and complain about it and they said it not there problem and wouldnt fix it. Paid about 1000.00 for the bed. Jim Cutshall dont stand behind his product and if you have problems with it your just screwed. Dont recommend buying anything from them. I suggest Grand Furniture or zaks or even Ashley Furniture. Roberts furniture is not the place to go believe me from experience dont buy anything from them.
