Lucinda and her staff are amazing! They’re always kind and welcoming. They’ve helped me out together beautiful gift sets on limited time and budget. I’ve made small personal orders and large company orders. However, no matter if I’m spending a large amount or just window shopping, they always treat me like with the lost art of amazing customer service. I would drive out of my way just to go to this particular store. The experience is worth it!

I absolutely love these girls!!! Theyre always so sweet and ready to help. I usually dont take my kiddos, but I never felt as though they shouldnt be there. Actually, they seemed to be quite fond of them. The store was clean and organized...thanks to 2 little helpers! :)

I love everything, all the products, but there were maby 7 or 8 people working there, everyone asking me if I need help, and smell this, now smell this, are you doing ok, are you still doing ok, did you smell this, have you smelt that.... Stop! Im not going to go back in there if that is the new normal for that store. It was obnoxious and borderline rude. I just want to go in and not be bothered. Noone needs that much help, its too much.

Thank you! I dont typically shop at Bath and Body Works for myself but today my husband and daughter went there seeking a gift for Mothers Day (knowing I buy it for everyone BUT me). As to what they said, they had an awesome experience. There was a young gentlemen who helped them out tremendously. My daughter told him caramel, my husband said fruity and he found the perfect in-between for them to pick for a gift. It couldnt be more perfect. Im not sure what his name is but Im hoping this review will find him and his upper management. He deserves the praise as taking those 2 combinations and finding a scent that is an awesome inbetween, he did an excellent job. Thank you! This location is great, I love that its one of very few locations left where you can just go right in without having to enter the mall. They always run great deals, and their holiday scented candles are better than yankee!

Always a sale if you pay full price you are crazy!! Love the stand alone store so you can avoid the mall. Staff Is always friendly and willing to help with any purchases you are making.

They had a great sale on candles so I went, the only bad thing was all the staff was asking over and over if I needed help and was over my shoulder the entire time. Its nice that they was trying to help but maybe just not follow you around the whole trip.
