Really like this store. Its spacious, clean, well stocked and maintained, and the employees are generally very friendly. Sometimes it feels like the pharmacy doesnt have enough help to keep things moving efficiently and preventing long lines from forming. It may not be their fault however consider the economic situation and the inability for businesses to find workers due to unemployment benefits due to covid

Great care and service from the pharmacist. Always clean and well organized.

Not greated at the door. Cashier was too busy talking to two people and leaning on counter. Girl sitting on the floor in the make up section with a tote between her legs looking puzzled. Lots of empty spots on shelves all over the store. The one item I was looking for dryel was no where to be found. No associate asked if I needed help. So much for customer service that Rite Aid says they make a priority.

Never open on time. The pharmacy is supposed to be open at 8:00 AM yet the pharmacist is walking in at 8:05 or later. Then they have to open the gated areas and sign into the computer and Im standing there waiting for them. This has happened most times Ive shown up there at 8:00. I end up being late for my work waiting on them. Not acceptable.

Nice clean and well stocked store! Good seasonal section! We do a lot of christmas shopping here for toys and candy! Check-outs can be a little sluggish!

Used to like going here, until I was Followed Around The Whole Store, as soon as I walked in!!! Never have I been So Humiliated, as I was that day! Didnt go there for awhile....there were Other Pharmacies.......Since then, its been Much better and there have been Change overs of Workers. The inside of the Store has been Updated and Looks Wonderful!

Waited at the pharmacy for tech to get up from the computer for 5 min. She told me it was closing time when she finally acknowledged my existence..i believe she was ignoring me on purpose as she attended to pickups during this time. after 4 hours in the ER I was not very tolerant of this mindset and will be avoiding chain pharmacies like the plague.

I love this store. Has everything you need and being a gold status I get lots of discounts.

I get all my prescriptions here and the first few times I came there I had multiple issues trying to get my meds but now its really quick. If I want to wait in the store they get it ready within 10min no matter how busy they are, or if I come back later they have it ready for when I come back.

Single handedly THE best pharmacy in Franklin County!!! I have had med problems for 20 years until I went to Rite Aid on Main St. Greenfield! Thank you for being here.

This a normal Rite Aid store. They arw never busy so if you life to shop w ith out alot of people around this is a great store . I give 3 stars because, well come on its rite Aid

Pharmacy is always pretty quick but other products seem to be expensive when not on sale

I never have any issue, they are all kind and know what there jobs are, which sounds funny but lots of stores they dont. So very happy

They denied my 5 year old access to the bathroom because it was out of order
