Really bad customer service! Called from my shop I own 6 times, kept getting transferred to anyone but the parts department- including to their Honda store, very rude, and I didn’t even get the parts I ordered and was promised to get last week. Will never use them for parts sourcing again

Yes, Yes, and a million times yes. We could not be more thankful for the professionalism and kindness that we encountered this summer at Lundgren. Our vehicle suffered debilitating damage to the transmission this summer and we initially had it towed to a dealership in Northampton. Unfortunately, the Northampton dealership was near impossible to get in contact with and did not really seem to care about keeping us informed. We ultimately made the decision to pay for a tow to Lundgen and could not be more pleased with this! The repairs department were honest, upfront, and in consistent communication with us and we really felt like a part of the family. They not only kept us in the loop in regards to our vehicle, they also gave us a loaner free of charge and literally went out of their way to find a part for our repair. I am forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism that I experienced at Lundgren and recommend their services to anyone in the 413. Thank you all so much!

Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and to check out an electronic shifter problem, though the check engine light had gone out and things were working OK... its a long story, but there was a little issue with the brake job I also asked them to do and the service manager was very straightforward and more than accommodating. I left more satisfied with the service experience than I have been in years.

Called for an oil change. Asked for the eliest appointment they had which was for 10am the next day. I told the service guy I could drop it off first thing in the morning as long as it would be done no later than 2pm. The service guy the starts in with, well, we are only open until 1pm and I have people out so we should schedule it for another time. Really! a dealership that cant get an oil change done with an appointment in three hours. Thanks, Ill try another dealer.

Great service and great deals. Everyone was so helpful even those that werent selling the car to me. Ron was my car sales man. So helpful setting up my car and making sure everything was all set before I left the lot. Made sure I got what I came for and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.Best service I have had at a car dealership.

*READ UNTIL THE END.*I was very excited that the dealership had a car I had been saving and searching for for over a year (JeepCompass). I had read some of the reviews online regarding this dealership, and on paper, it seemed trustworthy and as if they truly wanted their buyers to have the best car-buying experiences. I immediately contacted the dealership to go in and test drive the car. The salesman responded quickly. I got there and the salesman was so disorganized when inputting my information and giving me details on pricing. I mentioned that I had a trade-in and used their online Kelley Blue Book tool to see the worth of my trade. My trade was worth $4,000-$5,000; keep this in mind for the next part....I provided info related to my credit score and such in order for them to take the information to the bank to see if I was approved for a loan. I went back three days later with my boyfriend. We paid off my trade’s loan in order to lower the pricing of my monthly payments for the Compass. As I got there, we were asking about interest rate, the steel rims on the 2018 Compass, etc. The salesman knew we were planning to negotiate as we had been in contact for the theee days prior. As we began asking about those things, he looked shocked and asked when I was going to sign the paperwork for the Compass. I told him we paid off my other loan, to which he responded “Oh then we have other issues here.” He said, “I’ll be right back”, and went to get this woman named Ashley. She walked over to us in such an unprofessional manner, shook my hand to introduce herself, then sat down and didn’t even acknowledge my boyfriend. She talked to me as if I were a child (I am in my late 20’s.). She proceeded to have us follow her into her office. The salesman was so cowardly as to not even try to negotiate with us and sent us right to her.As we get into her office, she was extremely rude and demanding, especially to my boyfriend who was still concerned with pricing details as I paid off my trade-in loan and we wanted to know details on interests rates and such. She began yelling at my boyfriend. She was so unprofessional and rude, I’m not sure how this place gets much business with her running the financial portion of things. Her attitude made me want to leave right there and purchase the vehicle elsewhere. They are lucky I loved that Compass. However, the general manager was a bit more pleasant than she was.Also, a few days later I did send my information to the owner of the establishment, and she completely disregarded contacting me to discuss my experience with her business and employees.Then, I went to get my vehicle inspected at their service department a few days later and they didn’t even have my registration ready and had to fax it over. 4. Days. Later!I am explaining my experience in detail so that people understand what this company values because it’s not their customers, it’s their customers’ money.

Dont judge a book by its cover. The dealership is older but the deal they gave my wife on a 2016 ram bighorn was incredible. The truck was fully detailed and the sales staff spent more than enough time going over all features before we left in our new truck. GO see Ray Dew! We will see you for our next purchase.

Bought my 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins from them. Richie McBroom was my salesman,nice and friendly and a great guy to deal with, No pressure! Richie and Sean( Sales manager) got us a GREAT price on the truck. Plus they gave us a great price on our trade in. Would buy from again! Service (new inspection sticker) was just as good. I have owned Dodges since 1990 and Browns are at the top of the list!

My wife called here yesterday with a question about the suspension on our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. And the guy in parts told my wife that she needed to call Brown Motors. Ummm didnt Lundgren buy out Brown Motors, and regardless you deal in Dodge . Very rude and unprofessional people here . And the van was purchased at Brown Motors .

They have a serious problem within the Service Dept. They change personnel more often that a person changes a shirt!Some customer reps also have a serious problem with honesty.If wasting time, dealing with less than honest personnel, certainly less than competent techs, then by all means have your vehicles next maintenance done at this facility.

Informative but rude, the older man was very pleasant but when it came down to the younger guy my experience was not the best. He didnt even tell me his name. It seems to me Brown Motors does not like to sell vehicles but love to lease them out.

Maybe the dealership is more friendly and functional, but not this service joint. Ive not encountered such rudeness in a long time. A simple question of how late are you open made to a service writer brought a disdainful stare and an uttered response. The cashier looked at me with a completely wooden look when I approached her window to pick up my receipt and get myself and company car out of there. Yeah, Im here to pick up my hamburger and fries. Why else would I be standing here? When she decided to speak, she knew nothing about my car, the repair, and neither did Mr. Convivial service writer. Why she didnt ask the other service writer who was 15 feet away (a nice guy actually, stuck working with these clowns) who had actually written my order, Ill never know know. And then a totally different person showed up and figured it out. Stay away from this operation.

It was easy enough BUYING a vehicle, although I got the run around when I asked for a Carfax, then they said theyd have to charge extra and delay the purchase if I needed one, (Should have seen that RED FLAG) salesperson really did tell me a little old lady owned my car and sold it to them because she never drove it. He laughed. (All the way to the bank obviously). I will say, I do like my Jeep, but because I am a Jeep fan, not a fan of Browns. Shortly after owning my Jeep, my check engine light came on AND OF COURSE, it wasnt covered under warranty. I asked for maintenance records and low & behold, not ONE owner, but two previous owners and multiple issues with the Jeep according to the shop records. My check engine light for a stuck manifold SHOULD have been covered but the shop guy who no longer works there forgot to put it in the system so no, it wouldnt be covered under warranty to the tune of $1200. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Browns. Thankfully, I have a private mechanic who is fair, honest and reasonable so he does my repairs and should I ever be forced to have something done at the dealership, I will take it to another dealership because I refuse to give Browns Service Center one more dime of my money. Even though my vehicle was used, it should have been mostly trouble free for at least the first year with proper maintenance. I feel Browns skimps on making sure trade ins are what they should be because they know the Jeep warranty is NOT transferable, so they give you a fair deal on a vehicle knowing you will be coming in and getting fixed sooner or later but most likely sooner. I will never, ever do business with them again, if they cannot stand behind what they sell. I thought buying from a dealership it would be a certified preowned, but apparently there is no such thing, because I only got a minimal warranty, as per state legislation and even then it was like pulling teeth to get them to look at anything. My first two weeks I owned the Jeep, any issue I inquired about I was given the answer that thats normal, nothing wrong with it. Nothing wrong until my warranty expired then everything was wrong. What a gonif! Feh!
