Today was the second time that I visited during store hours, and the door was locked. Open lights were on, no sign saying theyll be back soon. Never again. I always wondered why I was always the only person in the store every visit. Now it makes sense.

I JUST bought a brand new vape kit AN HOUR AGO. It BARELY DRAWS. I called the store and the clerk told me he cant verify if it was broken when I bought it an HOUR AGO in brand new packaging and will NOT REFUND MY $45 OR EXCHANGE IT. He said its NOT HIS PROBLEM and HUNG UP. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this place. Im out almost $50!!!!

Made a quick stop here for Fathers day to snag some cigars. Inventory was good but there were alot of empty cigar boxes still in the room. Front desk gentleman was friendly and welcoming.

CIGARS AND TOBACCO, the only One stop shop in Greenfield for all your smoking needs. The store is very clean and they have a very welcoming atmosphere. Customer service is super notch. Huge walk in humidor with over 200 premium cigars.Bought some Ashtons and Makers mark for my grandpa. Very reasonable prices. Definitely will go back. 5 stars from me.

This store is HORRIBLE, WORST VAPE SHOP EVER BY FAR!!! They sell vapes and dont have any replaceable components to go with them, i.e. GLASS and COILS. I broke my glass, no replacement, sent me to oak creek store (12 min) away. Went to get new coils, gave me wrong ones, came back, gave me wrong ones, went back a 3rd time and sent me to oak creek store again after accusing me of trying to get free stuff. If you buy a vape here, youll most likely be shopping at oak creek for accessories other than juice, and BTW, their selection on that is very limited. BAD STORE!

Ive been going here for 10 years but a cigar the other day to actually one was fine the other one the rapper crumbled as soon as I took it out the leaf was just ask so I took it in tried to exchange it they asked me 48 questions and acted like it was all my fault after such a long relationship I expected better time to move on to better
