This is just the best Audi dealership. I had to travel all the way from Montgomery Alabama to get the BEST service! Very caring and told me tires should have been rotated when I got my first oil change. Put me into a loaner car without me requesting one! When I picked up my car, I told the service person I wished they could move to Montgomery and REPLACE the dealership here (which is absolutely a nightmare)!!! I could certainly tell the difference in the 2 dealerships...the dealership in Greensboro asked what day/time I wanted to bring my car in and the dealership in Montgomery told me I had to wait 3 months!!! How ridiculous is that when I as a woman, planned to put MY new car (2019) on the road for a road trip!!
This dealership does a great job. Ethan is a top notch sales representative and always goes the extra mile. He helped resolve some minor issues on delivery. Rhett the GM was great in helping with the deal and got it all squared away. Recently, the vehicle needed service for a recall. While there, another issue was correctly diagnosed and repaired. Joe in service was in constant contact to let me know what was happening and when I could expect my vehicle to be returned. All in all a great experience. I have worked with several dealers in the area. Audi of Greensboro gets high marks for treating me like I matter from the sale through service. I can’t say that about most of the other dealers around. Give them a shot to win your business. It is worth the time.

I can’t say enough about the people at Flow Audi of Greensboro. Angelo Harper, my sales agent, made me feel like I had nothing to worry about during my purchase and he was correct! Angelo took care of everything that I asked about. He even took my call while he was at a wedding to answer a question I had about the car. I never felt as though I was bothering him, as each time I called it was a pleasant greeting with “Hello Daniel, how may I help you?”. From my first contact until delivery of my car by the ever attentive Greg Benoit this dealership made me feel appreciated. Greg deserves a huge thank you from both me and my wife. He waited three hours after the time I originally set as our arrival to pick up our car. Even after driving 4hrs from his home to deliver a car to a total stranger and then having to wait 3 additional hours, he was professional and answered all our questions. He also helped me navigate through the settings and features of the car. His knowledge of the car and what I should expect in regards to its performance were completely accurate. Flow Audi should keep Greg very happy as he is an undeniable asset to their dealerships. Additionally, Angela Obie (Not Angelo) reassured me that even though I had a minor issue before leaving Pennsylvania that my vehicle would be ready and waiting upon my arrival at their Virginia dealership. Rob Smith explained the financing and CPO warranty. He provided Greg with the documents we needed to complete the purchase quickly and without issue. Although it is 8+ hours from my home, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Flow Audi.

Don’t use their service department. Brought my car in to have window that kept falling down due to being off the track and I didn’t feel like dealing with it. They had the audacity to call me very concerned saying “You have a MASSIVE oil leak and it will be around $5,000 to fix!” I said to just fix the window. I knew there was no oil leak. And guess what, there still isn’t. Nice try guys.
Best car buying experience I have ever had in 30 years. I worked with Mitchel Shaffer over the phone as I was taking advantage of the Costco - Audi sale (June - September 2020). Mitchel was professional, trustworthy, and helped me find the exact Q3 model we wanted. He kept me up-to-date every step of the process and never, not once, did I feel any sales pressure or like I was dealing with someone who only cared about getting the sale. He even started programming the basic stuff on our radio. Refreshing to deal with a professional who is genuinely interested in your satisfaction. I havent dealt with their service department because this is my first AUdi, however they said they would come pick up my car and deliver it, no charge, for every service - and I live 45 miles away. This place is run like a car dealership should be - honest and not pushy. Well done Greensboro Audi!

They will just seat there, look at you and laugh in your face as if an issue is funny. I dont recommend them to my family, friends or anyone else.

I recently have bad experiences with this Audi dealers service department, since the changed of new management. There used to be a service manager name Aaron Ford, he’s a very nice guy knows how to takes good care of customers. He always make customer walk out happy even spending money there . Unfortunately, he moved to another state which no longer work there. Now they had change up couple managers there which don’t know how to handle matters and irresponsible management. I have an Audi RS3 that the sides mirrors start melting away like on the plastic which I have no idea it’s due to what . So I brought in the car to the service and they couldn’t diagnosed why it cause that problem . So they just replaced them, and this is the second time it happened . But this time after they replaced them, the problem started, it’s marking a wind noise while I was driving on the highway, the first manager try to push away the responsibility by saying that he doesn’t hear anything also had an attitude . Which ends up lot of complaints about him with his attitude problem too . Then they got a new manager in and called me back and try to solve the issue, so I drop off my car for him to get tested, before he get to test my car, my car got hit by a delivery truck at the parking and took 2 months to get my car back . Just 2 weeks ago I finally got my car back and the manager took a ride with me trying to test drive it and see if he can find out what cause the noise, he heard the noise but he couldn’t find another RS3 to compare it which he has no clue about where the noise is coming from . So all he told me is he think it’s fine . I’m totally over with this dealer ship . I’m never buy another Audi . This brand new car is causing me a lot of problems also this dealership has no knowledge to solve any of my issue . I highly don’t recommend my friends to this dealership.
I have had nothing but great service at audi. But this time I was misled. They call and told me my brake were find but I needed tires, I said ok. We decided which tires to get. Noone never told me that the tires were not there. She sid say once we get started, you dont get the car back until they finished so I figured they would be finished before one. I didnt hear from anyone, so I sent a text for her to call me at 12:40. No one called,she finally called me back at 1:40. Then she tells me the tires are not there and they wouldnt be on until Monday or Tuesday. So I inform her that I needed my stuff out the car, that I could not stay down here. She tells me she is on her way out the door and that she would leave my keys with someone else. Then I asked how am I going to get my car back, she said they would bring it to me. They didnt wash it, they smeared the rubber dust on the tires. I was disappointed because I have never had a problem with audi. They usually tell me everything straight up front.

Cancelled previous appts, convinced me to keep the car there since it was suppose to take about 3 hours to complete the recall...which actually took closer to 6 hours. Last time I took my car there for DEF refill they didnt even top it off(by the time I got to Charleston, SC, light came back on; dealer there told me it wasnt filled all the way up). Nice people at the front, and nice facility, but a trash can is more representative of the actual work/service.
I had an amazing experience at Audi Greensboro. Brad took great care of me and always answered all my questions, even on his day off. He and the sales manager, Jason Ramsey were able to find me the perfect car at a great price. Brad even personally delivered it to my house even though I live 40 minutes away from the dealership. A great place to buy a car or parts,the service there is like i was at home. The people there make you feel at home, and its so clean you could drink coffee and enjoy a snack while waiting for your car to be serviced in be comfortable while waiting.
The Greensboro Audi Team was very understanding for my car issues and made any and all accomondations for me not to be inconvenienced while my car was worked on.I received a loaner car while the Audi was being diagnosed and worked. As for now the car does run smoother. Hope this visit solved my car issues.
I just moved from Arizona and sold everything, including my car. So I decided to come here to look for a new one and Im really glad I did! Great service, price and attitude. I needed a timing chain replaced after 215k. My local dealer couldnt get me in for a few weeks but Flow Greensboro got me in next day, gave me nice Q8 loaner and had it done in 24 hours. Super nice people and will go back.

Great experience, honest folks, not pushy trying to sell you what you dont need. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable if you are going to wait while your car is being repaired.I live in Charlotte and commute to Raleigh, so I dont mind stopping in Greensboro for good service. They will be my new go-to Audi dealer, and we have 3 Audis in the family.
Disappointed. I went to have my oil changed; they offered a courtesy wash so of course we accepted. During the wash water got into my car causing my amp to go out. Once it dried the amp began to work again. They told us the water got into the car due to faulty drains which I find odd because I have my car washed weekly and have never had this issue happen before. They told me it would cost $2200 to fix my radio issue mind you my radio is now working so why would you even suggest I fix something it based off of what might happen. Once I declined to have the radio fixed he told me he would call me back to discuss the price of the drains (the original issue). Called back to tell me drains would cost $620 to repair and I declined that service as well. Upon arrival to pick up my car their customer service was not the same. As if they were mad because I chose not to proceed with the services offered. I thought I was doing the right thing by going to an Audi dealership for service but after my visit here I’m not so sure. Maybe it was all a coincidence but it was definitely too much for me to handle for my first time doing business with them.

If you are considering a purchase, strongly advise you dont choose Flow or Audi. I was given a trade-in value then took desired vehicle for a test drive. The next day went to purchase and was told trade-in value was now $4k less! Now a full $10k below KBB. Disgraceful business practices.
What a pleasurable buying experience. Went in for a 2018 Q7, Robert Botchway was our salesman. He was very helpful and friendly. He explained in detail and answered all of our questions to locate a car that was best for us. Our overall experience with Flow Audi of Greensboro was great. Purchased a car here and have a car regularly serviced here. Continue to have excellent service. These guys we super helpful and took back a car that wasn’t the right fit (Flow’s 3 day policy). Currently use their service department for the Audi and really appreciate the top level customer service. Highly Recommend.
Everyone in the service department was awesome ... From Josh to Jeff to Ameer. Constantly kept me informed via text n phone. This is not there fault but it did take an extensive time to fix due to warranty. All in all it was fixed properly n covered.. Again thanks to the service department. .
Took my Audi in for 85k service and a couple of other small concerns. Customer service was great, everyone friendly, frequent updates regarding progress of service. BUT, I discovered later one of my brake lights and the turn signal on the same side were not working, a problem spelled out on my dash when I cranked it (they had the car running, so didnt notice at pickup). So now another phone call and another trip back to get it sorted. Somebody dropped the ball, pretty frustrating!
Best service department around! Mark and Aaron always greet you with a smile and call you by your first name. Can truly say it’s the only service department I have ever dealt with that I know they put the customers first. Would recommend buying a car or servicing your Audi at this location over any other!
Ive had nothing but terrible experiences with their service department. They either do not properly repair the car or they break something else during the repair. Do not expect them to make it right...just go somewhere else. Ive included some pics of my vehicle after it was fixed for reference. Yes, the screw in the tire was one from another part of my car that they forgot to replace.
Excellent Took my A7 in for annual service and they provided me with an A8 while they serviced my car. the service required took a week and I had an amazing new car for one week!

After I had a bad experience with Audi of Charlotte, I decided to tow my car an hour and a half to Flow Audi. It was the best decision I could have made. Everyone was extremely helpful from the first time I called. The service manager was extremely helpful and was very accommodating. I set up an appointment and when I arrived, several employees came out to help me unload my car from the trailer. They kept me very informed during the diagnosis and repair and the price was unbeatable. We made arrangements for me to pick the car up after hours to make the trip easier for me. When I arrived the car was spotless clean inside and out. It wasnt just a quick wash and vacuum like at other dealerships. It was clear that someone took the time to clean it right. I cant say enough great things about this dealership. I will be bringing my Audi to them from now on, despite the long drive! Thanks guys!

I had a breakdown far away from home. I called these guys and although they had a fully booked day, I was told that my Audi could be squeezed in and done by the end of the day. A shuttle was arranged to promptly pick me up and take me for a rental car. They even worked with me so I could pick my car up after hours. Affordable and trustworthy service. Excellent staff! I will likely drive an hour here each time I need service rather than my local dealership. Mark was super awesome too!

Went in looking for a used car, everyone was pretty nice. This guy Branden Stevens was my salesman, he seemed to know a lot about the cars and was very comfortable with everything. All in all it was pleasant, not so pushy like other dealers. Nice to not have someone up your ass the whole time trying to sell you on something you dont want.

Scheduling my service for a nail in my tire could have been better.. after some irrelevant questions and a discussion with a “manager”, it was settled to take my car in at 10:00. When I arrived there was confusion. According to the person that greeted me I had an appointment on Monday.. nevertheless they accommodated me.. Josh the person that greeted me was not initially very friendly.. I commented and he apologized.. the service went well from there..

FRAUDS told us our vehicle needed service it didn’t need, and had us pay for it . We took it to a repair shop for foreign cars who confirmed this. Instead of trying to help us they were trying to SELL US. We will buy another SVU BUT NOT FROM HERE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

Typical car dealership - they promise the moon and then disappear as soon as you sign the dotted line. Poor customer service and an inferior product. They are trying very hard to compete with Mercedes and BMW but, they aren’t and never will be. Buyer beware.

Thorough service for my 18 TT. Seth diagnosed problem beyond that of other SC dealer regarding seat belt warning light and alarm. Seats are sport version and have a defective side bolster cover. Will get replaced with upgrade part soon at my local dealer.
Im telling you Aaron Ford an the staff at Flow Audi are amazing people. I had a serious oil consumption problem on a 2012 A4. Even though it was a very expensive job they did everything they could to help me out and they saved me a lot of money. They were very respectful and professional. The service was extremely fast. Started receiving service emails and Im not even a customer of theirs. Tried to email them to tell them to update their customer record with the customers correct email and received bounce-backs that their company email address was not in service. Ridiculous.
I was looking for an Audi RS3. This car is extremely rare, and I noticed it on Auto Trader. There were no options at local dealers, so I called up and asked if the car was available. It was. I put a deposit on it over the phone, spoke with the finance manager to get the paperwork started and arranged to pick the car up a few days later. I arrived, and they had my car in the prep/ viewing area, all cleaned up and ready to go. A salesman showed me around the car and gave me a rundown on the features etc. I asked if they could assist me in returning my rental . The salesman and a service advisor drove with to the rental place, and then drove me back to the dealer. After a brief respite at a salesman recommended local hot spot for lunch, I was on my way home to Atlanta. The salesman called me later to see that Id gotten home ok and if I had any questions about the car. I did have one that he couldnt answer right away, but he promised to find out and call me back, which he did promptly. He then followed up a week or so later to see how I was enjoying the car. Buying a car over the phone and out of state couldve been a huge hassle, but Audi Greensboro made the whole process as painless as possible.
The staff is very unprofessional and dishonest...my husband and I have decided to never do business with this dealership again. Service Manager said they repaired our vehicle which was costly ($3500) and I had to bring it back for the same issues that was suppose to be repaired, to find out they were going to charge an additional $4900. Very disappointed with the service and the way we were treated after being long time customers!!! Had to give a star to post.

Ive been looking to make a Change to entry level luxury for quite some time, this past week I traded in my nissan altima for a 17 A3 and the guys made it effortless. Charlie took care of me, he was fantastic and really stream lined the experience, along with Jason and Wayne, they all made the process quick and easy and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for. I will continue to return to them for any needs I have in the future, including my next audi purchase!
Disappointed that when I showed the service department manager Aaron a dent on my car when picking it up for service he went straight to it states in our agreement that we arent responsible for damage. That doesnt sound or feel like Audi level of service and doesnt give me much faith that he will look into it either. This seems typical of a Flow employee though.

I came to Flow Audi in Greensboro to test drive an S3. I knew that was the car I wanted and my local dealership didn’t have one at the time. I first met with Robert Botchway who took me on a test drive. I loved the car but the model they had wasn’t exactly what I wanted.Robert communicated what I wanted with Wayne Pawlowski. Wayne and I talked numbers on the car they had and even though their offer was fair I decided it wasn’t exactly the car I wanted.Jason Ramsey the sales manager was able to locate a car set up exactly how I wanted. We negotiated for a little while and ultimately they got the price into the range I was comfortable paying. I never felt negotiations were contentious, I can’t say the same for every dealer I dealt with. Everything was courteous and professional, I told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made it happen.Throughout the process Robert and I talked about our shared interest in Manchester United. In past car buying experiences I’ve felt like they left you alone to stew on whatever their last offer was but at Flow I always had someone to talk to, even if it wasn’t about the car.Jason told me the car would arrive in around 10 days and in exactly 10 days my Daytona Grey S3 showed up. Robert helped me set up the car and I was on my way enjoying my amazing new Audi! I’m in love with the car already! I would happily go back to Flow for any future Audi purchases.
Visited Audi of Gso on 05/02/2018. Received terrible customer service from Mark Hankins. He was condescending, belittling, insensitive and arrogant. He was not receptive at all to me test driving an A8 Vehicle. Following some robust discussion, Mark did allow my husband and me to test drive the vehicle. If Mark is going to remain an employee in this type of environment, sensitivity and customer service training for him is a must. I hope no other customer will be subjected to this type of poor customer service..

We took our Audi in for service and used the drop box- our car was checked in and diagnosed by 9am yesterday. Repairs were completed and the car was delivered today. Our service advisor kept in contact as needed (many times at other places I have to leave frequent messages and wait a long time for a call to be returned ). These people are very professional!!

Spent over 7k to get car fixed car left the dealership with the same problem I bought it in for!!!! Will not deal with Greensboro location ever again! Plus they are not friendly!
