These guys are good. I do a lot of business with them and when my car broke down yesterday they drove a loaner to me. It was a nice gesture in a bad situation.

I submitted a service appointment request online which allowed me to put in hours that doesnt even align to the hours they are open. Once I didnt see a confirmation via email, I called the day before. They agreed they could cover a 9am appointment, it took them an hour to take the car back to even start. It was a 4 wheel alignment for a Tesla Model 3. My car was returned at 12:45pm. Error messages were due to alignment as per the Tesla Mobile Tech, Eurobahn when they returned the car, said they were able to do the alignment and clear the errors but when I went to the car the errors were back. I mentioned it to them but they suggested I take the car into the Tesla Service. What I was trying to avoid but guess I am going to Raleigh after all.Another thing that struck odd, there was a lack of attention to detail, they wanted to wash my car as part of the service, which was great but they only vacuumed the driver side but didnt do anything for the rest of the car? I could see just a wash no vacuum but just to hit the driver side and nothing else, not sure whats that about. Although advertised they are able to provide some services for Teslas I guess nothing too complex, not even sure I got a wheel alignment after dropping $170+? Wouldnt recommend for Tesla Service.

Great experience, they helped me understand what was actually happening with my car rather than just fixing the issue and giving my car back. I would have liked to have a more detailed invoice or just something to give me something to look back on and know EXACTLY what was done to my car and why. But overall a great experience with these guys. Id definitely go back, Ive already trusted them with 2 repairs I couldnt seem to get done myself. A bit expensive but worth it to know that they took great care of my BMW.

Felix and Dustin took great care of me. They had the parts ready when I arrived and had a loaner car reserved as requested. The job was done quicker than expected and the work was top notch. The car feels and runs great. They answered all of my questions and demonstrated much professionalism. Even though it’s a bit farther for me to drive vs the dealership, I saved over 25% vs the dealership.

This visit for maintenance was good. Last time, however, I received an estimate from you guys on a body repair from a fender bender I had. The estimate from you was $2700-$6500. I got two other estimates that were much lower. I got a perfect job done for $915. Got a bad feeling about this.

They do good work at a fair price. Example the front end brakes and rotors for my car was $200 cheaper here then a local mechanic. They are also reliable. They get the work done when it’s scheduled and if there is a problem they communicate.

Always very courteous and professional. They actually service 2 of my cars and prices are a lot cheaper than Audi and Chevrolet dealerships. Had a 2020 f150 ceramic coated and tech took extra pride in his work. Very satisfied overall with experience of not having to fix issues on my vehicles that dont need fixing. Eurobahn conducted a pre-purchase inspection on the used X5 I recently bought. The inspection was thorough and took approximately 90 minutes to complete. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a large flat screen and coffee/water if youre interested. After the inspection, Felix reviewed everything with me. He is professional and did a great job as a liaison with the technician. His functional knowledge of vehicles was apparent while he thoroughly explained the recommended repairs and how soon I would need to have them done. I received a typed report in addition which is nice for my records. I went ahead and got the repairs about a week later. My X5 is running great now, and the price was quite reasonable. The front desk staff are very pleasant, and seem to work pretty hard keeping the store clean and sterilized. I would definitely recommend Eurobahn for your Bimmer! Or for your other foreign repairs.

There were some issues that arose; however, due to the state that most companies are in because of covid I consider them all to be understandable. Eurobahn was very helpful getting my 2005 Dodge Sprinter squared away with a turbo boost pressure issue, and persistent leaks from several areas of the engine. I would certainly recommend them for work on T1N Sprinters.

I would highly recommend this service center for MB repairs verses MB dealership for service B I paid over 450.00 my husband paid 275.00 at Euroban for his service B thats a significant difference and MB doesnt deliver the level of service that they used to.

This place is awesome, all the folks there are very professional and driven by customer satisfaction, if there is anything your not 100% happy with, they will fix it. Ive had my Audi worked on there and the communication and turn around time was second to none. I had my Tesla ceramic coated there and again service and communication was second to none! If you need anything from major mechanical work to something as simple as a car wash, nobody in the Triad will touch this place, when it comes to customer service, professionalism or communication.

Eurobahn has completely won me over. Ill try to shorten my summation, but there are just too many good points to mention. Brought my car in for a warning light and overall check-up. Felix from the service team was so honest by alerting me to a few of the issues still being covered under BMWs warranty due to a recall. He forwarded the details directly to the BMW dealership so that I could simply phone up and book the service appointment. BMW phones back with a pick list of things they say need repairing totaling over $2k. I quickly called my service tech at Eurobahn and went over both sets of inspections and was assured that everything was in order. In this one instance, Eurobahn has saved me over $4,000 in repairs. They are honest and transparent. Im very grateful I was referred.

Here is my experience. During the sell everything was good. They discounted the car and gave me an OK amount for my trade. The sales person was nice. After the sell everything went down hill. I purchased the car for my son (assisted him). The car started having a few issues. They (Eurobhan) did not help. I was told; we gave you a good deal, not sure what we can do. Within 28 days of owning the car I spent over $1425 in services. I did get a call, who said: there is nothing he can do since I took it to another location for repairs. Also I did not purchase a warranty. Now let me be clear, this was my experience and it was not the best. I hope you have a much better one.

He would send me cars and ideas. I met with him again in December and he was able to help me find a car. He was very knowledgeable and in no way pushy. I feel that he helped me get a good deal. The process was quick and easy. I did pay for tint but realized my car wasnt tinted. They got me in to the service center quickly and had the tint placed. They gave me a car to drive while tint was placed. They called to see if I have been enjoying my new purchase. I feel that even though they sold me a car and now that part is done, they would still be willing to work with me with any questions I had a great experience. Easy to contact.
