My son has an 06 Ford Escape and when my wife and I bought this car, it was good - but not great. Truth is, we really thought it was in better shape until our son hit an embankment and slightly bent the front end. We had a place in mind to go, but the tow company recommended Aycock Frame and Body and after a few reviews, the son (Jason) made his decision - his vehicle was going there. Donnie at Aycock was able to identify and truly fix so much that was a problem we didnt know about, as well as fix the vehicle parts we did know about. Such a nice guy and such great folks. Now they were busy and there were things I needed to bring the vehicle back and have them repair because the first time didnt work right (we opted to use salvage parts and thats on us) Donnie did not charge us to fix things and we felt that this was truly honoring his work and efforts - he could have hung us out to dry, but he honored his word to us! There is more to do to the Escape and we already have an appointment and have worked out the parts, the work to do and the costs - when I say it is more than fair, in truth I think his price is about half of what I expected to pay for this work and I am so grateful because right now we do not have that much to spare. These guys are by far the best in town. Who ever gives a lifetime guarantee on their work? They have fixed 2 different cars for me. I had a 2009 Tahoe that he made look like new. Always fair and professional. Would not take my vehicles for repair anywhere else.

Literally had just scraped the bottom of my car at a Subway on one of those parking blocks. I was passing this place, decided to stop, and he fixed within 10 minutes and charged me $10 because it wasnt a big issue, the bottom of the frame of my grill was just slightly hanging. Called on Friday July 2nd to make sure they would be open on July 5 before taking my jeep. I had to pick up a trailer, go somewhere else to borrow a truck and then go load my jeep (took 3 hours total) to take it to these guys 40 minutes away in greensboro just for them not to be open as they said they would be. I was very frustrated after going through all of that. Needless to say, I am taking my jeep elsewhere.

They repaired my car that had back end damage. They worked tirelessly on my vehicle to make sure it was perfect. Although Randy had many delays from the manufacture with parts needed for my car, he did not neglect the fine details that was needed to make my car look brand new. Lee kept me up to date on their progress and alerted me as soon as my car was ready. They were fairly priced and less than the dealership as well as Maaco. The bonus is their work is guaranteed! I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Aycock Frame & Body Shop to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle.

My 2011 Hyundai Sonata needed the driver side fender, head light and bumper replaced. I ordered the parts and brought it to them. They quoted me on a decent price that included paint. I left my car to them on Monday with the parts and when I returned on Friday my car looked brand new. The staff is very professional and Id refer this place to anyone who needs work done in Greensboro.

Awesome shop, fit me in on 30 minutes notice and repaired a bent front bumper very quickly for $50 cheaper than the other quote I got.

Only had to speak with them a couple of times on the phone. They had my SUV towed to their shop and made the repairs in no time. I’m genuinely surprised when people do what they say they’re going to do and also do a good job. I would definitely recommend this place.

I wish I could have given zero stars but no option. The guy scammed my $885 dollars to fix my cars front bumper and he did a cheap job and made it much worse than it was before. He charged me an extra 1.5% for using a credit card.Dont take your car to this dude unless you want to get scammed like me!!!

I picked up my car today after dropping it off Wednesday. Couldnt be happier with the work or the turnaround time! They even fixed the hatch and i didnt ask them to do that! This team does great, timely work.

I took my daughters car in after a minor accident without an appointment and Lee gave me a prompt estimate and a ride home. They took care of dealing with the other drivers insurance and negotiating the payout. I needed the car back by a certain date because my daughter lives out of state and had to get back home. The shop had an issue with a downed tree killing their power so they were a day late (worked well into the evening to finish the car) but the work was excellent and they even gave me a partial refund for the delay. Highly recommend!

You will not find a more reasonable shop combined with such quality workmanship. They have done minor work on 3 of my familys cars. They can match color perfectly and the repairs were seenless.

I called Aycock Frame and Body after leaving several other auto body places. I was getting high estimates and long wait times (I’m talking weeks) to get into the shop and even longer times of my car being worked on. The owner of Aycock answered and he was so polite and welcoming and warm. I came in for my estimate and he really seemed like he knew his work. He had lots of other business going on but still made time for me. He got me in that same day and I was out and done in a day and a half! His prices were great. He was very trustworthy and I liked the family feel there unlike the big companies where you are just a number. He really took care of me and I will go back for all future car needs. I picked up my car and I was super happy.

I came to this auto-shop after something fell off a vehicle in-front of me, on the highway, and it smashed my bumper and headlight. Donnie and Lee were very kind and professional getting me in the same day without any appointment needed and they worked with me to get my quote as low as possible. They got the job done in 2 days and Lee even gave me a ride home! They also forgot to include a fee for doing the pull on my car and decided they wouldn’t charge me anything for it. If i could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I got in a wreck with my 2014 Toyota Camry needing welding and electrical repairs and they worked with me for a great price, helped me analyze the damage pictures, helped with towing and everything. Being a parent with tons of responsibilities they worked things out with me and communication was amazing!

Doesnt look like much, but these guys are incredibly friendly, no BS, knowledgeable and thorough mechanics. I have not had experience with them as far as body work, but for general mechanic work, they are straight shooting, quick, easy to work with, not condescending at all, and will do what it takes to make sure you leave happy. It may look like a junk yard on the wrong side of the tracks, but these guys will change your opinion of mechanics, and come highly recommended.

I would give zero stars if I could. First they told me my car was in storage then when I came to get it towed away they told me it was crushed. The car belong to the bank, and I’m in the middle of pressing charges.Update from you responding. That’s a lie I asked multiple times about my car and was given the run around and confronted the men right there in the office who I was keeping contact with while you all looked at me like you was brain dead. If the car was considered no good it was not your right to sale that car that I didn’t own and was still paying on. I would have simply had it towed away or you could have left it on the side of the ride and the dmv was not notified my bank has heard nothing from either you or the dmv. Y’all stole my stuff and my car for profit. I asked on multiple occasions if it’s a issue I’ll move it and I was told it is fine. We all will be held accountable for what we have done. No way around it.

This place serviced my 2012 Chevy Impala back to its original state. They kept my informed and updated me on the process of my vehicle. I had a bad headlamp which they pointed out to me but I thought was normal with condensation in it after an accident and they replaced it for free. He also educated me on how other auto body shops try to scam you which I experienced before choosing them which rightfully helped my decision on choosing them for the work. They also gave me $100 off because I guesstimate the cost in repairs which reason. Great work, great staff, & great service. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was so upset after my car accident. I didnt know where to send my car to get fixed. Thanks to Lee and Donny and their wonderful team of auto body experts I now have my car back and it looks so good that I cant even tell I was in an accident. I even was helped out with my deductible, which was a relief because the rental was more than I was prepared to pay for. They handled everything with the tow company and the insurance adjuster. Thanks guys for giving me back my sweet car.

Positive people i took my at in because my check engine light was on saying my O2 sensor was messing up... Took it them they said I needed a new catalytic converter they bought it and put it in for $480(Catalytic Converters average $500-$700) all in just one day talked to me that the light will show up again and if it does just come back to them. I came back and they recoded it for free they have a great attitude explain problems and what to do to fix it

I chose this place due to all the positive comments & the not so pricey Services, however .. I got the complete opposite. I gave them my car on a Tuesday and expected to have it back in a timely manner. They took 9 days to do a single thing.. knowing I had to use my car for a work trip that following week.Then on the 9th day they gave me the run around & took forever to just give me my car back. I will never use this company’s services again. Maybe they are short on staff now or just didn’t know what they were really doing.But if i were Told from the beginning it would take 9 days I would of Never agreeed to it.

They went the extra mile to get me back on the road safely when another shop turned me down. Honest, laid back guys doing quality work.

Took my car Friday and he was supposed to tell me how much for repairs. Instead he kept my car over the weekend plus Monday which is a holiday. I wouldnt mind but its my only car so I had no transportation. Bad customer service!

I wrecked my car and had a time with trying to get it fixed. It was on my own insurance which ment i had to pay a 500.00 deductible. the guys at aycock frame and body were very helpful and helped me keep my car from being totaled out by the insurance and even after that helped me by covering my deposite for me :). I asked about the reveiw by Zack and understand it is hard to make everyone just as happy. As for me im 100% satified and now have a shop to call as my own and dont want to go any where else. Dont go here he takes longer than what he says he is going to take. He wont answer your calls when you call to ask about your car. When I finally got my car they were mad because I got upset that they didnt have my car ready. They left it all dirty and with scratches

I would never recommend this company. I had them look at some damage done to one of our company vehicles in early December. I have not to this day received an estimate from them. I have called and called and have never received a response. Horrible customer service!!
