Recently completed repair was a major one, the manager Brent was always directly available to go over any and all questions I had throughout the entire process either in person or on the phone. Truck looks amazing, and I got it back ahead of schedule. Highly recommend

I came in to get an estimate on a vehicle I had bought at Bill Black last year (I have bought 4 there). James was the estimator, I was not greeted as a customer but just another paycheck. Even after the estimate, my question about parts being right and being sure I had an accurate estimate, i was told just let us handle it, we will do all the negotiation with your insurance to be sure we get paid correctly and not once did he say youll be pleased with our work.I consider this a job interview. I ask for a proper estimate and a fair price. Not to be told how i should handle it and just leave me the keys, I will take care of you.Anyone choosing to use this shop should be sure they get what they pay for and know all the cost up front. Insurance settlements are still money and not welfare.Customer satisfaction goes a long way in my book.

After my truck was hit I wanted a body shop that uses OEM parts and was going to be able to make the repairs up the GMs standards. These guys met those standards and went above and beyond to get my truck back to me as good as new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought my 2012 Lexus to Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac because I thought since they had experience with luxury cars they would hopefully do a good job on my can which had been rear ended. It was absolutely the right choice. My car looked brand new when I got it back. I wouldnt hesitate to bring it to them again.

James and his team were great. Tahoe wasnt salvageable but that didnt affect their excellent customer service.

I know businesses are out to make money, everyone knows that. Some places treat people well, and others just take advantage of people who dont know alot about cars or how much it costs to fix them. My god daughter hit a deer and her car was unfortunately towed here. First of all, there was a BIG lack of communication. Her car was here for a week, before she even knew they were NOT even working on it! Second, her mother calls them to find out what the status was. She was then given an estimate of $3,300. While she is attempting to ask questions like how much longer will it take? Or why is it not being worked on? Or why havent you contacted us back? She was spoke to so very rudely, as if they couldnt care less. A couple of days later when my god daughter had a day off work, she herself called and was told a completely different estimate of almost $4000! A guy names Jesse just flat out told her, that her car wasnt even worth fixing. Well, I dont think it was his place to say that because her car is only 7 years old, and only had minor front end damage from hitting a deer. We arent even gonna get into the fact that the price was astronomically more than the damage showed. It still wasnt his place to say that. If we have learned anything from this AWEFUL situation and their attitude towards fixing her car ( or the lack thereof), Is that nobody should EVER have to deal with the mental anguish that they put her thru. As if the wreck wasnt bad enough, this made it exponentially worse than it ever should have been. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone, unless of course you want a big fat struggle on your hands. If thats the case, then by all means, go for it. People work hard enough for their money and for what is theirs. They should not have to deal with incompetent idiots on top of it.

I think James Brown has done a great job. Very professional. The service gave me the most bang for my BUCK & EYE for detail.

We had a hard paint job where they had to blend a entire side of my highlander from where it was scratched and they did a great job, it was also completed on time. It Looks as good as new now.

Pretty quick service and friendly staff. Some of their prices are too high for service.
