I got my windows tinted and also tail lights smoked out, price matches the quality and the time it took matched the perfection, Daniel treated me like a client and not just a tint job. I actually thought I had a problem he looked right into fixed the problem so that made it no problem. I will be back for services soon
If you want to wait three months for a appointment and then arrive there, to be told you don’t have a appointment. Then definitely visit here. If you enjoy getting finessed for your money and time, you will like this place. Best group of theives I’ve ever encountered .
I had my vans two front windows tinted at Tint World on April 30, 2021. Im extremely happy with the job that they did. The tint looks really nice and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. I called several other tint shops before I went to Tint World and decided to use them instead. I have other services that I am going to use them for at a later time. Its great to have someone that you can trust. Dont hesitate to go by Tint World. Youll be glad that you did.
They were great, the young lady in the front was really nice. The only thing was it was really busy so it took longer than 3 hours. I brought my car in around 12:45pm and I didnt get it until 6pm. Other wise really good quality, loving my windows and will come back in the future.

I purchased their Ceramic Coating with the life time warranty and they made my Mustang Mach 1 look better than new. I am serious with that statement, because I brought my Mach 1 to them a week after I bought it brand new and it is even shinier then when I picked it up from the dealership. Everyone there was very professional. I will be returning for other services.

Tint World of Greensboro is a very professional automotive detail, tint, and customization shop! Owned and Operated by Daniel Apicella. Daniel holds very high standards for the level of work he performs. His word is very strong and work even stronger! He has always exceeded my expectations on 3 vehicles that I have had worked on in his Charlotte and Greensboro stores. I would highly recommend his tinting services. My new 2018 Genesis G80 was tinted with a very protective and long term film. The install job was perfect from the customer service to actually meeting Corey and Juan who put tint on my vehicle. Daniels entire team did an EXCELLENT job!
I scheduled 2 times the appointment for my 2021 Tesla Model Y s vinyl wraps 1 month apart and both times, they had an excuse that they could not install it because they were so busy. Drive 40 miles round trip and find out that they could not do my job was an absolute disappointment. I would not recommend these guys. !Today, I just installed the same job myself and saved at least $200.
First off I live 45 minutes from this shop and took a car that I bought used here because they had installed a head unit(radio) and after I had other electrical issues. They first referred me to a shop in Charlotte, I called them and did as they said. After an attempt to fix myself I called the shop to let them know that the advice I was given did not work. So I scheduled an appointment to bring it in under warranty.They did not want to give me an appointment on the weekend because they are busy then... but got an appointment a week out for Saturday at 11am. Dropped it off at 1030. At 3pm I get a call that their tech didn’t show up for work. So I left it there.Monday they call me but I’m at work and couldn’t answer. They did not leave a voicemail. I called back after my shift to find that the technician still hasn’t showed up. I left it there again...Tuesday I never got a call. At 5pm I call them and they tell me it’s ready. At this point I know I can’t make it on time to pick it up before closing but I have a spare key. I ask the receptionist to leave the key locked inside the car and they said they would.I drive 45 mins there, pulled in the parking lot at 6:02. 2 minutes after closing and my car is locked inside the garage and no one there.My advice is find another shop!
Had 3 cars tinted here in the past 6 years or so. Great and cordial service. Clean and professional waiting area. It may be a bit more expensive than other places due to it is a chain. You do get what you paid for.
The experience was good but there was a miscommunication regarding the darkness I requested. Daniel, the store manager really went above what I expected to resolve the issue. My thanks to him as well as the Tint World team for correcting the situation that took place. It was handled professionally and I will defiantly recommend them and use them in the future. They installed steering wheel controls on my husband 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I told them I wanted to upgrade my husbands Jeep they were very professional and they did exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t buy the controls from them. Unprofessional, trash customer service, asks you to prepay for parts and then steals your money. You never receive the part. They also tell you, you have a appointment and you show up. All of a sudden there’s not appointment.

I used Tint World to get a remote car start installed in 11/2018. The service was great, professional and I was happy at that time. Couple of years later, I was having problem with remote car start and I set up appointment with them and they were able to re-program the remote car start at no charge. I was highly impressed by high degree of professionalism and acknowledging a contract even after two years(they were not required by contract to troubleshoot after 2 years but they still did). That shows that they can be trusted upon for long term follow ups.
Amazing personal and tech. I did tint on 3 of my cars amazing quality of film tint and clean, detailed and amazing price with full time warranty. Yuriy tinter was super nice and did my interior vinyal black with quality professionalized detailed job. What impressed me about this shop is really nice workers very respectful. If your looking for cheap film and job yes you will find someone else like i did before and you will pay three times more. So I decided to get great price and plus warranty amazing package deal. Plus I save money on tears on my seats from hot sun and brakes on my dash from hot sun. My Tint basically protects it not happening by shades my car. Tint world has done tint and remote start on two of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond with the services they provide. We have even called with short notice and they were able to get us in. They also provide a thorough detailing service as well! We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. 5 stars from me!! I needed to find someone in my town (Greensboro, NC) to install BAV speakers and woofer on my BMW M40i. I found them via BAV website as their preferred installer.From the buying/ordering the speakers and then installing was all done under one roof and a pleasant experience, the speakers made huge, I mean huge difference if you are someone like the best quality.I normally dont touch the original parts to modify anything that come with the vehicle for obvious reason but this was a must as the base speakers were okay but for rich sound and clarity this was a must. BAV made it really possible and they have partnered with TINT WORLD to match.This place is great. The folks here is awesome, friendly and very professional.The speaker as is awesome - waiting on BAV to bring in the much waited amp and will get that done too.Thanks Daniel and your team of professional staff..

1st time going was great.. Got my windows tinted. Great job.. So i decided to have them imstall some LED UNDERGLOW lights for me.. Went up there to set uy appoinment an to get a price on how much thwy was going to charge. I was told $200 by the service guy. The day of my appoinment they call me 1hr before saying it got reschedule cause the guy that do the lights was off that day..after I got off work early. So the day of my new scedhuled appointment they owner tell that its was going to be be $260.i told him they guy quoted me 200..he says how difficult the ligjts are and that was the reason why..i was low key annoyed about that but i wanted the ligjts so bad so i said ok...they told me 4hrs..and it took 8hrs.smh..happy with the results..but their time frames SUCK!!
I needed help with finding the right car part and needed it right away and with out skipping a heart beat they helped me and provided excellent customer service. But my man danny really hooked me up with being there when he didnt have to. Any other place would have just passed me off and said just get the part off line but he went out of his way and found the part i needed. Im deffinetly coming to them for their ssrvice from now on.
They offer great customer service and price. I just need to mention and thanks to Calvin and Elise for great services and time of effort. They always make sure I am satisfied with my service and products. Everything was worth of time waiting and they are extremely friendly which makes me want to go back for different services. They offer an outstanding warranty system that I want to recommend any services from here for anyone. Unfortunately, I have missed few appointments due to emergency and work. However, they never gave up and simply make a new appointment for best flexible schedule for me.
If you want your car coming out worse than when it came in please take your car to Tint World. They do not treat your car like it’s theirs and could care less if they damage it. I came in late December to get a wrap put on the roof of my car. An easy and simple job. The manager Victor said he had time and it would only take 30 minutes. It ended up taking over 3 hours because they were busy working on someone else’s car. No one at the shop bothered to explain why it took so long or apologize for the wait. While I was waiting I was talking to someone who had a remote start put in by them and it failed so he was getting it removed and eating $300 for the system. I was beginning to worry at this point if these guys were competent enough to work on my car. When the wrap was done it had large bubbles on it. They explained that if I left it out in the sun for two weeks they would all go away. Doubtful I did what they told and two weeks later it still looked just as bad as when I left their shop. Oh and they destroyed the back two clips of my car’s roof trim and Victor the manager said it was nothing and blew it off. I took it to their shop again to have them redo it and this is where the fun began. First one of their employees asked me to come in Saturday morning at 8am to get my car redone. I came in bright and early on a SATURDAY and they tell me that it’s against company policy to do warranty work on Saturday. They had several days before my appointment and they didn’t bother telling me this until I came in. They asked me to come in the following Monday and drop my car off from them for the WHOLE day to work on my wrap. I obliged and this is where the fun began. I dropped my car off at 8 in the morning. I called them at 4:30pm and Victor tells me that he’s now finishing up. I dropped my car off and they didn’t work on it until the end of the day and the employee that was supposed to pick me up from work to get to my car was over 30 minutes late. I finally get to my car and this time my wrap was done better. However I was horrified to find out that my headliner was wrinkled and my fuel door was scratched. The manager Victor said blew it off and said the wrinkles would come out in a few days. I asked them to use scratch remover to get rid of the scratch on my fuel door and as they did this they wiped paint of my car’s fuel door. Absolutely horrifying. The employee that did it said he would get someone to paint it and Victor again had no remorse that my car was now damaged worse. So now my car has three points of damage. 1. Headliner is wrinkled. 2. Trim cover is damaged. 3. Fuel door is missing paint. I had to drop my car again for another day to get the fuel door repainted and leave my car with these competent folks. After that got fixed, I had to ask them to new clips to fix my trim pieces. The whole process to get these parts took two weeks and I had masking tape on my car the whole time. I had to call them every other day and each time Victor would tell me that he was “doing the best he could” to get the parts in and couldn’t even tell me where the parts were. I had to personally stop by to ask him to get a move on it and the parts magically appeared two days later and they got that fixed. While fixing my trim piece one of the workers Kelvin jokingly tried to drop a screwdriver on my car’s hood. These monkeys will never touch my car again and now I am looking at spending $500 to get my headliner reskinned from their damage. Oh and when I texted their owner Danny Apa about the issue and sent pictures of the damage there was no apology and all he asked was the status of the repairs and ignored my messages afterwards. BEWARE! I have never left a review before but these guys were bad enough that I have to warn others, one of the worst experiences of my life. These guys have no respect for others.
Bad customer dservice and they playing with appointment
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!Juan made a tint appointment with me for Sunday.Turns out there not open Sunday’s so I call to check and see what’s going on the lady on the phone, though she sounded confused she agrees and said she’ll write my name down for Sunday (even though they’re not open ?). A couple days before my appointment I message him with a question and he tells me I got him in trouble for calling tint world and tells me he will no longer do the job for me, and to stop messaging him.Sad to say I will not be coming back again.
I never come back to this place! Its a really bad place! The costumer services was bad... The girl on desk let me waiting 20 minutes and she was talking with hes friend at the phone... I feel really bad and I not recommended to any body!Do not visit this place, they dont care about you and they dont want to offer a good service to us.The worst place in Greensboro to visit.

Got my Jeep Cherokee latitude windows tinted today. Very clean and looks even better and darker than what I was thinking it was. Very helpful and told me exactly what I needed. Will definitely go back for more stuff. Highly recommend going there very great quality.

Very bad service and hes playing with customers
This place lacks business acumen and quality control. They claim to wash the window before installation but yet me back window is streaked, even after cleaning. The drivers window inside rubber seal was folded down after picking up my car.But the real issue was that I also took my wife’s car in to have it tinted. Made an appointment for 9 am. We prepaid because they offered 5% discount. Took the car in and they were unable to keep the appointment. Requested a refund and they claim they don’t give refunds.This place should not be in business if that’s the way they treat the customer. Those that gave this place a 5 star rating is ridiculous. Buyer beware this place is trouble.
Excellent service and tint job. My appointment was at 2pm they promptly started as soon as I arrived. The waiting area was comfortable and they finished my car in 45 minutes. The price was good as well. I am very pleased with the outcome!!

I can’t even begin to explain of how much of a headache that this place will give you!!! Customer service is horrible and the girl at the front desk will give you the run around and really waste your valuable time. She always over book and have your car sitting for hours and not even touched. I had my tint done and there is so many mistakes and air bubbles. I have to take it back unfortunately People really don’t have time to waste.
They don’t answer the phone. Got tint a month ago. Already peeling. Have a lifetime warranty but doesn’t seem like they want to honor it.

They have up front pricing, so you know exactly how much the project will cost. This is the 3rd tint job theyve done for me, 2 cars and one residential . Ill go back for my next Tint service.
I recently went in wanting to speak with Alice, who was the experienced sales girl up front, on some things pertaining to my car. Turns out that she no longer works at Tint World, which is fine, by all means. What’s not fine is how I was treated when I asked for Alice’s contact information. I was only given short answers and a lot of attitude from the new girl up front. I’m sorry Alice no longer works at your branch, but you need to be more respectful to clients who have gotten thousands of dollars of work done at your store.Xx
Went in this morning for a 9 am appointment. No tinter. Paid in advance. No one knew when tinter would arrive coming from Charlotte. manager unprofessional. How can you not refund when you have not performed the service! My advice find another place!

Bought a car detail package, the low end one. Well, you might ask what do you get for the basic car detail that is 49.99. To be honest.....not much. You get windows that look like a 2 year old tried to clean them with Vasoline. A poorly vacuumed car. A hand wash that doesnt really get in the cracks and you can see the spots he missed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Auto bell does a better job and its just a drive through. Too bad it was a gloomy day and i couldnt notice the poor job. WARNING TO EVERYONE ELSE. DO NOT GET A CAR WASH HERE. HAVE YOUR KID DO IT AND IT WILL ONLY COST YPU 10.00 AND THEYLL DO IT BETTER.
They are honestly a ripoff play with appointments. Play with your money. It’s not worth the trouble.
We have had two vehicles tinted here. They do great work. They also have great customer service. I feel like we got a good price for what we had done and our vehicles look awesome. Plus the ceramic tint makes a huge difference on heat and sun protection.
Too expensive in my opinion, I called to get quote for 2 Windows. I was quoted $149+ tax.
I went to have my new car tinted and was talked into the highest level tint that cost over 600 dollars, I asked for 35 in the rear and 50 in the front which is what is legal in my state and thats what I told them, a while later they came out and asked if I wanted 45 instead because it would match better I said sure thinking they meant instead of 50. They made the while car 45, before I could correct the issue my little girl got her finger pinched in the door resulting in a rush to the hospital when I went back later I was told you paid already theres nothing we can do, very poor experience.

What a horrible experience! paid $394.15 to have tint put on. Car was dropped off at 12:45pm and was advised it will take 3 to 4 hours. I showed up at 5:15pm and my car wasnt even touched.. I demanded a refund and was told no at first.. I finally got a refund. This place lacks professionalism and common sense.

Went here based on reviews and the sales reps did a good job selling the product but the application was terrible. Had to go back several times to fix without making any progress and ended with damage to my vehicle in the end. The owner did make it right eventually but I would not trust the certified techs to work on my vehicle again.

I am retracting my previous post. I as a paying customer am totally and completely dissatisfied with the service I received from Tint World. They installed a new radio and back-up camera in my vehicle. Tell me why the camera came on while I am driving forward and when I adjust the temperature control in the car. The camera also came on when I am in the park position and adjusting the temperature control. I complained to the staff the same day I picked up my car. They offered to fix the problem the following week. Tuesday prior to the appointment from the following week the whole radio went black. I called and spoke to the owner, who said this was normal and it would be looked at when I bring my car back on Thursday. I was told it would be corrected because it was under warranty but its not a warranty issue its a workmanship issue. I ultimately decided not to take my car back there due to the inferior workmanship of the staff from the initial installation. I took my car to the place where I should have had do the work from the beginning. I WILL NEVER recommend Tint World for any service be it for window tint or otherwise. Workmanship is shoddy.

I went to get my windows tint on Saturday, it was scheduled at 10am but they didnt tell me the hour before, so when I came in at 1:30pm they told me that my car cant be tinted, that they have another 4 cars to do, so I had to be rescheduled, I dont know why they put my on their schedule for Saturday if they didnt have time for my car, at least shouldve told me what hour exactly! I waited the whole week, just to come and get another week more for wait...

I am very pleased with the window tinting job on my Honda. I made an appointment, when I arrived I was checked in quickly and they went to work right away on my car. I originally had my back windows tinted here back in 2014 and drove here instead of the Cary location due to reviews. The back window from my 2014 visit started bubbling a bit in last several months. Went back and was completed within 2 hours. The lifetime warranty was no hassle and the newer ceramic tint looks great. Thanks and hoping my car keeps going another 5 years!

Grab a coffee and take a seat.I recently dropped by to get an estimate on having my Jeep Cherokee detailed. The girl at the front desk was just as cordial as she could be and gave my Jeep a good look-over and gave me an estimate.After that, trying to be a pal and help someone out, I let them detail my Jeep (instead of letting Tint World do it) and thats where I went wrong. In treating my bumper, they left about a 1.5 x 1 patch of my bumper untreated and made it look like a shaved aliens rear. I worried they had messed up my vehicle. They left smears on the glass. They steam-cleaned the seats and left a stain that a drunk monkey couldve removed. Again, I worried that my vehicle was messed up here too. It wasnt a good cleaning job at all.Back to Tint World...I brought the Jeep back there and explained to Alice what I did and pointed out the problems my pals left while supposedly detailing the vehicle. Being worried, I told her to do what they needed to do to fix things. She couldve suggested the priciest detailing job and Id have gone for it being as worried as I was. Instead, she told me what I didnt need. She looked out for (and took care of) me. I asked if the Jeep would be ready at a certain time and she said it would...they beat the time by a good forty-five minutes.On to young Jacob (the detailer) and his work. I knew I was in for a good one when I could see my reflection in the Jeep through their garage doors. Alice took me to inspect the Jeep and explained each area quickly and Jacob came over to answer questions if I had em. The smears? Gone. Messed up bumper? Fixed. The stain in the seat? Gone. The young fella did better than good. After steam-cleaning the carpets, he stacked my floor mats (theyre pristine too) in the back so the carpeting could dry. Even the windshield wipers had been cleaned to perfection. Crevices in the vehicle I didnt expect to be cleaned were cleaner than new.To sum it up, Jacob had my Jeep cleaner than what it was brand new. Seriously.After reading some of the other reviews, I feel I should review the staff and their personal comportment.I had questions about ceramic coating and a few other things. Jacob mentioned that he was about to start the process on another job and offered to let me see it. (I wish I wouldve had the time.) He was as cordial as he could be and never once acted like he had other stuff to do and couldnt answer questions.The gal at the front desk...Talking to Alice is more like talking to your little sister than dealing with some employee. She was jovial, friendly, detailed with answers but quick, perfectly professional, and had a smile on her face the whole time. That lady is good.Ill say this and then zip it: as long as I get to deal with Alice and Jacob, Ill be darned if I ever take my vehicle (or my wifes) anywhere else but Tint World.

Recently I was involved in a rear end collision in my boyfriends vehicle. Some how some way while Terry Labonte Chevrolet was working on the vehicle. The Sub became damaged. Terry Labonte Chevrolet took the vehicle to Tint World to get the Sub replaced & now 4 months later the Sub was defective. My boyfriend proceed take the Sub to Tint World to get it checked out because something wasnt right while we were playing music one day. Since I never got any proof of the replacement & obviously not having any documents Tint World wanted to charge $69.99 for them to check the Sub. Lucky, my boyfriend worked with Daniel who only charged a lower rate to check the Sub. Daniel explained that the piece they used was to much for the amp so of course it was too much voltage. Obviously, we were upset because that wasnt our fault nor did we know about it. Now since we finally got the documents from Terry Labonte Chevrolet and went back to Tint World. Michael overall professionalism & assistance was great and we were able to get everything squared away without any hassles.
I recently got a radio installed at the Greensboro location and I couldn’t have been more impressed. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile from the lady at the front desk, Alice. She was very helpful and got me everything I needed. These guys and the lady in the front office are beyond professional. The work was amazing and quick! Only thing I didnt like was the lack of communication of letting me know that my truck was finished. Other then that, I am 100% happy. Thank you for the great experience AND my lifetime warranty!

Update:Recently took another vehicle for a full tint. Called, made an appt..or so I thought. After I made the 50 min drive Jo told me I wasnt in the computer, however all of my information was written on a notebook on their counter. I waited more than an hour before they even pulled it in. I was told the boss was who I spoke to and she was an employee doing her job. I never once blamed her but wanted to know WHY I made an appt if it wasnt being honored...they fit me in. I was a loyal customer but not anymore.Always professional! The shop is welcoming and very clean..Trever and Matt are very nice and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for additional work

I got my windows tinted by Tint World a week ago and have been more that pleased by the job they did. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Considering I had a good experience like I did at Tint World, you can bet Ill be going back for anything I need done to my car. At first I had no idea where to get the windows done. I called other places but Tint World was by far more knowledgeable than anyone else I spoke with over the phone. Im the type of person that will pay more for a good job and great customer service over poor service. And this is not to say they charge more for the work they do. In fact, it was cheaper than anywhere in town. They have a great display for the different tint packages you can get, showing the different shades as well as heat reduction.I was reading some of the negative reviews on Google. They are fake. I spoke with the manager about it and was told that competitors are posting fake, negative reviews. Being a real customer, you can believe you wont be disappointed at all.If youre a little lost on where to get tint installed like I was, go to Tint World, you wont regret it.Thanks to all at Tint World that were very, very helpful!Collin

Tint World is amazing! If your looking for affordable, friendly service this is the place in town. I have always wanted to tint my windows but was unable to for fear of improper installation or overpricing. I took my 2012 Charger up to Tint World and i was not disappointed. They were very professional and I trust the staff completely. They made sure to ask questions about my car and take care of any of my special requests. I had work the day of my appointment so I was able to drop my car off and have my tint and premium detailing ready by the time I was off work. I recommend Tint World to any of my friends or family and will continue to support them in the future when I go back for my audio system. Thank you Tint World, Keep up the good work!

Tint World came recommended by several people and they were not wrong. Great Environment, Great Staff, Great Work. I went there for a remote start and window tint. The staff was very helpful and were not pushy at all. It was closing time and I am sure they were ready to leave, but they took the time and explained in detail my starter and the care for my windows. While there, I dealt with Nate, Brandon, Jeff and David.....Great Customer Service. Will be returning for other things in the future.
