Mr. Bo, John and the entire crew have been amazing to work with over the past 10yrs. We generally keep 3-5 engines there at all times and cycle them out with new ones as we get the original ones back. They also deliver which is very helpful. Always honest, friendly and over the top service for an amazing price. We will continue to use them for many more years to come with zero intentions to ever look elsewhere. Chose Bos Machine Shop LLC on a friend’s recommendation and had the engine sent to him on a Monday morning. John was extremely helpful through the entire process and constantly kept me updated. Prior to the engine arriving he was very clear with the timeline that he needed to rebuild the engine. He told me that he needed it for approximately 10 business days, which was quick enough for me. John talked over all the options that were available for my engine until I was comfortable with the power output and the price point for my rebuild.The engine went to him as a tired and crusted 52 year old engine and came back as a strong running brand new looking piece of machinery. There were some internal pieces that caused some concern for John as he was working on the engine. He called me up and gave me multiple options to resolve the issue. Overall, John kept his timeline (only took 9 days) and delivered sound performance to me for a price that I was happy with. The engine was visually appealing and also very clean. I am impressed with John and his team’s work and would recommend Bos Machine Shop LLC to others.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I came in with little knowledge on how to build a motor and I was walked through the entire process. In no shape or form did they try to sell me anything that I did not need. The employee John was VERY helpful before, during and even after work was done. Answers all questions in timely manner with knowledge and understanding. Took time out of their busy schedule to walk me through ANY issue I was having, even if it was something I done. Gave me print outs of information I needed to build the motor and break in properly. Beat any and every deal that other shops had to keep my business and to save me from going over budget while still getting the parts I needed. Took time to learn my name and my build instead of most businesses that are focused on getting job done and getting paid. Wonderful crew! They have my business and they will be the first I recommend!

Nice people, know what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible service. I took in my exhaust manifolds that had a broken stud in each one. One stud was was sticking half an inch out which they took that out with a pair of pliers and a torch. The other bolt was the one that worried me the most and I asked them if they could weld a nut onto it to get it out. He told me no problem it would be ready by the next day. I called the next day he said it wouldnt be ready till the day after since they had been busy. Today I came to pick them up and now I have a mess on my manifolds because they didnt even bother to take some tape off of them before setting the torch on it. The worst part is that I got charged and that second broken bolt he never took it out. He claimed that my drill had gotten broken in there which is not accurate. Nothing was broken in there besides the stud! He then proceeded to tell me how those manifolds werent good anymore and that if I hadnt tried to drill it first then he couldve gotten it out -which is not only rude but its also a lie. If you cant do the job, blaming your customers isnt the solution.
