I used to work here at this exact store. They were all happy to have me, but Im pretty sure Ill get a message soon about this review. Maybe not. Yes, I miss Advance Auto Parts. Yes, I miss my coworkers. They were a great group to work with. I used to walk in, and I was very pleased with the customer service that they all gave. I was always smiling when I was working there, even with my situation at hand outside of work. Why the 4-star rating??🤔🤔 Well. Like I said, the customer service was on point.. but sometimes, the men of the store would come in with some attitudes that shouldve been left at home to where a customer would get under their skin and the rest of the day would be bad for them.. well, sometimes. But, thats life. Keep up the good work guys. Ill be down to visit sooner or later!!

Just stopped by to grab some jumper cables. Selection was good and staff was courteous and helpful.

Went today to get a new headlight and windshield wipers so that my car would pass inspection. Everyone was super friendly and helped me right away. Kelvin even went out to make sure I was getting the right bulb for my headlight. Upon taking the bulb out he realized it was just loose and tightened it for me(Saving me $150 for the replacement bulb) Also put my windshield wipers on faster then flash. Great store with great customer service and everyone in the store had a mask on!!

Did not have a good experience here. Not one employee or customer wore a mask, even though it is currently a mandated law in North Carolina. Not only did they not have masks on, but they had no idea what they were doing. What should’ve taken 5 minutes ended up taking 20. Would definitely go to a different location than this one or Auto Zone instead.

Sold me a defective battery and they wont give me my money back, so basically they took$100 fry me. Not happy at all and the service was not good, wont come back here, Ill go across the street to auto zone.

Hours are good and they do inspections, but the customer service is pretty bad. Seems like they’re inconvenienced by customers. Next time, I’ll go to Auto Zone right across the street.

They are quick, attentive and efficient. They offer good manly customer service which is to say that are not at all talkative. They get to the answers you require and solve the problems you need solved - and youre on the road again. Great job!

Service here today was not good at all, i have been a customer for over 30 years here and it was like going in a place where the staff just dont care about the customer anymore. Why is it a person have a job,but they dont care about the customer and they dont want to be there! This is not all the time when i go there, just today it seems like the staff dont want to be there.

I been customer of this place for years and everything was great, but lately the personal in this store is the worst is sad that the action of one person make me take a decision of never coming back, my friends tell me about the bad service I cant believe it until now they need to hire better personnel not only good with knowledge but also communication with people

Terrible. Ive been to 2 different advance auto parts stores that said that they had 50w VR1 oil in stock, but once I arrived at the store they did not have it. Im going to a 3rd store tmro morning. I called them, & they say that they have 10 in stock, hopefully they do b/c this oil is for my race car, & we are leaving to go to a race tmro afternoon.

I like to share this to everybody please be careful to buy a parts from this store or advance auto part. They have a cheap part. Mainly the man he called as a manager had a bad attitude and He do not know how to talk to his customer. Ones again those who planning to buy anything from this store needs to think one more time it is not worthy.

This location normally has the part in stock. I went here today to do a warranty exchange on a faulty starter. Brought it up there, part was in stock. Sign here, yada yada Im on my way. Easy, done.

This store was absolutely trash. They took advantage of two female going in to find some parts. They gave us a part that was already used and I didnt realize until later. When going back they didnt allow us to return the part when it was $20 for something that was used.
