They were extremely helpful and courteous. They didnt have the part we needed in stock, however did some research and found one, called the other dealership and got them to hold it for us. They were just great. I would definitely recommend them.

I walked in and received top notch service. They diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it and got me out in a couple hours. They are very thorough and efficient. They run like a well oiled machine.

Brought my 2011 Acadia in to get looked at and Service guy Steven was a great guy ! The problem was they changed a part that didnt need to be changed and I was charged 388.98 for one upper hose to the Radiator. That was not the issue at all. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone to reconcile with.Not Good buisness especially when Ive purchased 2 cars from them.

Brought my car in this week because I started hearing a weird noise while driving. They knew exactly what was wrong and had me fixed up that same day. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and was very impressed with Austin in the service department and his excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained clearly what needed to be done to get it fixed. The owners have proven to be good people who actually care about their customers and employees and it shows. If I could give more than 5 stars I would🌟

Hard to get in contact with technicians & they kept my car for a week without even working on it. I feel like they didnt even listen to my explanation of my cars issues, because they unnecessarily fixed something that didnt even need fixing, yet I still got charged for it. I will only be taking my car back to this dealership if another issue arises that my local mechanic cant fix in his shop... which is V Auto care off of bessemer ave by the way... they get work done quick & do it the right way the first time...& they dont try to rob customers of their money. Sticking with them for everything, unless its something the bill black dealership HAS to fix there, but God willing I wont have to go back to that dealership!

After buying 5 cars over a number of years from another Chevy dealer much closer to my home and being treated like my car concerns were not important and like I was making things up..I am here to tell you that I will gladly drive an hour to deal with Bill Black anytime. Gene sold us my Impala and Billy in the service department has always made sure that I am well taken care of. These two men have made me a much happier person when it comes to my car. I love this place because of the people that are there. Gene even has me text him so he can make sure that I make it home safely after any of my visits to the dealership. Terrible. Never take your car here. I took my car in twice for the same issue I was having and they claim they couldnt find anything wrong. I took it home to Charlotte to a small car shop I always go to and they called back within an hour telling me what the problem was.On top of that the guy in Charlotte told me that this was a very serious problem and my breaks could have went out.
