Have had consistently good service here for years. Crown often runs specials on things such as oil changes that make their prices competitive to other service stations and worth a look at. All service employees I have encountered are personable, professional, and courteous.Would recommend an appointment to have service done. You can do this online 24/7. Also for the I have to be constantly connected folks, they send you a text link that shows you where the mechanics are in the process of servicing your vehicle. Nifty and convenient. It works.
Thank you for the professional and friendly service.
Excellent, fast, and friendly customer service experience. I set up an appointment for tires, alignment, and oil change. The tires were there waiting on me! I was enthusiastically greeted by my my service advisor and they got right to work. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they went above and beyond and washed it for me too. I have been getting service here for years and Eric Austin always finds a way to surprise me and maximize my experience!
Buying our SUV from Crown Honda was a very pleasant transaction, as far as buying a car goes. However, the after experience was just bad... Although Jr and Aj did their best to make things right they shouldnt have had to. The major disconnect was an almost complete lack of communication and follow through. Things were looking up when I took the car in for minor service work. They were completely backed up and were good enough to get me into Crown Nissan. The Nissan service dept fixed the issue and pointed out that the air and cabin filters were bad and needed changing. We drove the car less than 1200 miles. When I returned to the Honda Service dept. I was told by Eric the Service manager that both filters were changed when they took the car in. I showed him the filters and he refused to accept that it was an oversight be the Tech. He told me that he was not going to change them. That the air filter was acceptable. I went back to the Nissan service department an John was kind enough to have one of the Techs do it right then. I paid the bill and then took it back to An and Jr. They were not thrilled to here of the situation. They agreed that this was not the acceptable and are reimbursing me. I appreciate Jr an Aj were put in the middle. I will not be taking me SUV back to the Honda dealership I purchased it from. Highly recommend Crown Nissan for repairs and device. Ps here are the filters in question.
Ive been using Crown Honda in Greensboro for all of my maintenance on my 2015 Accord for 2 years now. Im right at 100,000 miles so Im having to get a lot of the major maintenance done (timing chain, transmission/coolant flush, tune up, etc)($5000+ total). Mechanics are great, never had a problem with the work...however MANAGEMENT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. Ive had issues on 2 separate occasions, calling multiple times and the service manager REFUSES TO CALL YOU BACK. My service advisor left with an emergency the day I dropped my car off, (understandable). I called 3 times throughout the next day, on the day I was supposed to pick my car up, and couldnt get any information on the status of my car from anyone else in the building. Had to wait for the advisor to come in the on the 3rd day to find out it hadnt been finished the day prior. Due to the short comings of management, Ill find another Honda dealership to maintenance my car with. Feel free to comment one nearby that youve had a good experience with.
This service department has the worse customer service of a dealership I have EVER experienced. No one greets you. They act like you’re not even there. I counted 7 men standing back there and NOT ONE ever acknowledged I was in there!!! At one point, there were 5 men in the glass office and I made eye contact and still…NOTHING! There are no signs to tell you where to go. I had to walk up to one of the service guys and ask for help to pick up my car. He sent me to someone else who was missing in action. I asked another guy and he said oh he will be back shortly and then he got on the phone. I finally said I just need my car so I can go!!!!!! Finally, one of the service guys said I can get you. Then he asked if I wanted him to run the car through the wash-seriously? You haven’t even washed it?This was my first and hopefully my last experience with them. I will take my Honda to another Honda service center but I will not be coming back here!
The thing they call a manager, Eric is incompetent, emotional, and failed to do his only job. Instead of actually doing the job they pretend to, making you wait and then they have the audacity to take your money. Once they are called out for their mistakes they tamper with your engine to intentionally. I only asked to receive services I paid for. In return you ruin a perfectly new vehicle bought here at this location. This place is a disgrace to Honda and Greensboro.
Jerry Romero always goes the extra mile when I bring my car in for service! He always puts his customers first and does the best he can to get them in and out as quickly as possible. My family and I have been going to this dealership for years and we will continue to do so! If you ever need service, go see Jerry! He’s got you covered!
Great service! A little slow for a oil change but its okay
Great and professional service - you always know you will be treated well whether your car is brand new or if its a 1998 like mine. Thanks to our service advisor Colton for making it a great experience!
Had an appointment to get an oil change, inspection, and software update. Was told it would take an hour and a half. It took them four hours to have my car ready and that was only bc i called three times and told them it had to be done at a certain time. i was told everything was completed. But when i get in my car my screen still says software needs updated. So it took them four hours for my car to receive an oil change and state inspection.
Nice facility and great help. Eric Austin is a huge help and always finds a way to make my experience a good one.
Tire pressure was low so I had them check the tires. Said I had a small nail that needed to be repaired, not plugged. It would take an hour and half and I had to come back in an hour. Cost would be $37. I had bought tires a couple of years ago for my last car from Discount tire. Called them, they said come on in we can work you in. Did the same procedure that Crown would do, no charge! Sat in my car, took about 15 minutes. Very disappointed in Crown Honda. Glad I called Discount tire.
They actually wanted $500 to do front brakes on a Fit. This is about $200 over priced. Got them done today for $280. I would do the additional services if they were reasonable. I buy commercial auto and truck parts for a living so I know when Im getting screwed.
Customer service is great. friendly employees
The Rep Adrian was pretty awesome . Honest and Straight toward ! Highly recommended!
The first experience was 3 years ago, when I brought my Honda CR-V in for an appointment in the service department. There was an intermittent change in the acceleration while driving. However, the service attendant simply stated that he was not sure what would be causing that and did not offer for my vehicle to be serviced. To which, I politely asked that it be looked as this did not seem normal. Once my vehicle was seen, the problem was identified and fixed.Despite the initial below average experience, they did inevitably fix the problem and thus when experiencing a knocking sound in my front drivers side tire, I took my vehicle back to them for service. At the first visit for this problem, I agreed to their conditions that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee in addition to service fees and upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed that there was actually a problem with my rear wheel bearing - despite my insistence that the noise was coming from the front drivers side. I was told that this was the cause for the noise and it had been repaired. I paid for the cost of the service of the wheel bearing and left.Upon leaving the service department, I immediately began noticing the same noise and called the gentleman that I had been working with to alert him of this and he instructed me to bring the vehicle back at my earliest convenience. At the next visit, they determined that the noise was coming from an issue with the axel on the front drivers side and it had been tightened and subsequently eliminated the noise. However, I was then charged the diagnostic fee. Confused, I asked why I would be charged this fee when this was the initial reason the vehicle was brought into the service department and was not fixed at that time. I was informed that sometimes that happens and they had a different service technician look at my vehicle the second time. I was then offered to have a discount on my next service at their service department - and was given the example of an oil change. My husband and I then scheduled an appointment for an oil change and selected to wait for the vehicle as opposed to dropping off; however, upon arriving my husband was told that it would be best for him to leave it otherwise theyd be doing oil changes all night. My husband probed the service attendant about his scheduled appointment and to wait for the service to be complete, to which he stated that the appointment was actually made with someone that wasnt even working today. The attendant was also unable to inform him if the vehicle would be ready at any point the following day. Before leaving, my husband then inquired about the credit that was supposed to be placed on the vehicles account for a discounted oil change. The attendant was short when my husband was trying to explain why Mike (who we were told was a former manager) had given us a credit.I then received the multi-point inspection for my CR-V, in addition to my oil change request, they determined that my vehicle needed several additional services that required “immediate attention.” (For example, a coolant flush, rear differential, wiper blades) However, when my vehicle was serviced for the front driver’s side noise, less than 2 months ago, none of these were found. I am unsure as to why they are being found now.We have given the service department at Crown Honda several chances to make us loyal customers; however, they continually miss the mark. Though from a financial standpoint we are frustrated that the lack of attention to detail and/or mistakes made were then put on us, we are more concerned about their utter lack of customer service. And thus, we will never be returning.
I bought my 2018 Honda Accord there 2 years ago. From day 1... my radio cuts off by itself all the time... and has been in the shop 5 times for this and no fix. Recently I’ve been told over the phone and in person the manager would reach out to me about this 6 times within the past 3 months... guess what? He still hasn’t called. I’d never ever do business with them again! Ever!
Made an appt for a oil change an it took 4hrs to get my car back just to go home an find out my oil was leaking out..came back the next day and they try to tell me it was a aftermarket part that caused it...i never had an issue with my oil leaking till i got the oil change...not a place i would ever bring my car back to.
Everything went smoothly.
Excellent!
Great experience as always
Always good
