Ive been a crown Volvo customer since 2000. I think you pick a dealership and stick with them. They have the complete record of repairs. Of course, Volvo service and repair comes with a price. In my mind its worth it.

This location is the best! The customer service is A+. I live an hour and a half away and this is my goto spot when I need services done on my S90.
