Great place awsome service

My truck has sat at Sincere auto for two weeks. I keep getting told that it would be ready in a day then two days. Now it’s we are still waiting on a part. But if I had taken it to the shop down the street it would already be fixed without a deposit and the run around about parts not being there. Price has change three times since day one. Mechanic is great but whomever it is that’s running the place isn’t handling business properly.

Warm staff, good oil change, and a great price. I got 7 quarts in my truck for $36. That would have cost me 20% more pretty much everywhere else. Thanks!

I had to collect my thoughts to not just write a angry review but a honest one. I feel like this is a fair establishment for simple fixes not for intricate detailed work. My experience was iffy I try to do black business but I’m burnt out. Things I had issues with here includes clarity I never knew what was going on unless I pressed the issue, transparency I don’t feel I was kept in the loop of the process of what’s was going on and deadlines my car needs wasn’t met in a time appreciated fashion. And lastly the attitudes it wasn’t super rude but it wasn’t pleasant either and I was displeased and really didn’t wanna get out of character so I said as little as possible until I got my car back. Not the worst place but definitely not the best.

I went for an oil change every since they touched my vehicle it has been squeaking very bad.. charged me double then what i normally pay charged me for extra oil after he said he wasnt n i have a mechanic i was n a rush so i went to him i know my car only take 5qts i was charged for 6 .. i dont recommend n i wouldnt doubt if they put the wrong oil n my car.. n let me add his assistant only changed my oil no checks was done not at all .. i could have went to firestone for 40 bucks 😕 😪

Ive been taking my vehicles to Sincere for a few years now..Was just in and had my brakes done...great people...honest, friendly and fair...(I wish they had a bigger waiting area, but hey, a girl can dream.)

NEVER take your care here, the lady Leslie is very rude and should not be running a business. They kept my friends car from July til yesterday October 19, 2018. We went to pick up the car 3 times yesterday and it is still not completely fixed. His tags were stolen off his car while in their care and he had to pay for tags. He should have been reimbursed for that yesterday. Leslie laughed about it and said oh you know this is randleman road and its only $25. Little does she know is that the conversation was being recorded. They have now been reported to the BBB and her business is under investigation. We have all the proof we need and last but not least they told my friend to come back so they can finish. They have no idea who I am or who I work for. I will not stand back and let anyone else get ripped off by this so called business.

I have been bringing my wife and my car here for everything from inspections to tires to breaks over the last three years. As long as LaLa and C are running things I will not give anyone else my service. I almost dont even want to give a good review because I want to keep this hidden gem to my self. I appreciate the authenticity and intentionality they have provided our vehicles, it is a rare thing to have a business that actually cares about their customers safety over dollars.Thank you all!!
