Lqk is good but the sales girl Desiree can not comprehend well at all
Bought a wheel and hood on 3/30/21 and was told there was $100 core charge with the wheel. After the core charge it was less than I could find online so I was fine with it. I bring my old wheel in on 4/6/21 and instead of handing me back my money, like any other core transaction I have ever been a part of, I am then and only then told that since I originally paid in cash I would have to have a check mailed to me. I was also told that since they had my name wrong in their system that I might have trouble getting it. So I give him my info and wait. Here we are 2 weeks later and I still have no check. I called accounting and was told that not only was my check never sent out, but they still had the wrong information on file and that I should wait about a week and call back if its still not here. I guess we will see what happens. I needed a few more parts, but if customer service goes out the window the second you have my money then Ill go elsewhere. Just hope I saved someone else this headache.
Getting anyone on the phone is a nightmare. I sat on hold 12 minutes once, before being hung up on. Sometimes it will ring, then someone will just hang up on you. I absolutely hate having to call this place.Edit: after picking up, wish that I could give less than one star. It says they close at five oclock on Google, but when I arrived its been changed to four. I finally got someone to the door to get my parts. He closed and locked it behind him after sitting them outside, and didnt even give me an invoice. This is the last time I will use keystone for anything.
Called in got this guy name Jim Yancy helped me get right parts needed when no one else would and could find them and he searched until he found them on phone for 20 min. Came in to pick them up and got quick greeting when walked in and Danielle greeted me and got me the parts I was looking for.

Well of course my review will be great because I work for Keystone as a delivery driver location 130 3845 Appomattox route I really enjoy working for Keystone I just came up on my first year anniversary this jobs me is wonderful I get to meet so many different people and interact with my customers and the satisfaction I get when I go home every day knowing that I serve my customers well making sure that they get there Parts on time and working with them making sure they receive Quality Parts
This is the best place to go for any and every part to any model vehicle you have. The process has fast and all I had to do was place no order and wait about 10 minutes for my parts.

I work for a local body shop. We buy parts all the time from Keystone and rarely have any problems. Parts are cheaper than the original OEM and fit just as well. Ive been ordering from them for 5+ years. The company has changed through the years. Even with all of the changes there are several people that have been there for quite a while and can help you with random needed parts. I really like working with Travis he is a great guy, honest but always busy. I am giving a four because LKQ parts are pricey and the quality is not always there, but the customer service is outstanding...
Kinda of high but they always have what you need when you need it
They have a young sales girl that attends their shows and throws herself at taken men. This was the second year she was hitting on my fiancé. Luckily he no longer will ever be attending one of these shows and hopefully she will not be invited as well. If you send a sales rep to your shows to represent your company she should not be on the prowl to take men back to her room while on business trips. This girl has no morals and when I pleaded for her to leave my family be she said some horrible things to me that were uncalled for. She showed no integrity as a sales representative for this company and because of that I will not send anyone to Keystone Automotive to deal with reps like this. Especially if they are male.
Way too pricy. The guy in the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. They wanted $120 for a used accelerator position sensor. New ones run around $70 online.
