I called for an estimate on a rear seal oil leak and talked to Jason. This company was recommended by a few long time customers and I see why! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and honest explaining to me how I could monitor my vehicle and if I dont experience visible oil leaks or see smoke, I could wait a while before having to pay an excessive amount for labor which could exceed $1100. It is because of his honesty and professional advice that I plan to use their business for my cars servicing needs in the near future!!

Triad Auto Specialty has been my mechanic for 5 years.I am usually not a fan of mechanics, but with TAS, they do the right thing. They have treated me and all my Hondas respectfully and with the upmost care. They dont sell their services so I have never felt overcharged or frightened so they can make commission (like at the dealerships). I have always received quality work and they value long term customers. Best thing I can say...they are not a get-over shop and they will continue to get my business.

Soooo, I had brake issues. I changed the pads and rotors, they warped. I changed them to factory pads and rotors, they warped. I changed the calipers with the pads, the rotors - They warped!I spent thousands of dollars over the course of at least a year, and still couldnt figure out why my rotors were making funny noises, and then within a few thousand miles were inevitably warping.Finally took my car to Triad Auto. Ive been here before, years ago, for another hard to diagnose problem (which, of course, they solved). But I live nearly an hour away so its mighty inconvenient.The guys there didnt question me, they didnt blame my driving style, and they were sure to check all possible issues before presenting a solution.They were like, we deal with this a lot, and this is what we do... Like, no big deal lady, we do this all the time.Huh. No new parts, cost just a few hundred. And my brakes no longer squeak/scrub, feel unstable, get hot... So I know this was it. Im a believer. I actually think they feel better than they ever had since I bought the car new. Unbelievably, Im even having to unlearn my timid nature--instilled by my fear of the all too familiar, soul shaking, nerve wrenching onset of steering shutter--with regards to tapping the pedal.I have literally cried over this so many times, but next time... Well, you know where Im going when I have another problem!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! And the kindest, nicest staff you will ever meet to boot!PS. Im referring friends and family.

Went for a pre-purchase inspection based on a blind recommendation from another mechanic. The head guy personally took me outside to point things out about the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and obviously cared about me making the right purchase decision. He took the time to answer my questions and give his honest opinion. If I wasnt an out-of-towner, Id buy a Honda just because theyre such a great shop.

The only people I allow to service my Acura! Very honest with a professional staff, fair prices, which are less than the dealership and excellent quality of service! They only service Honda or Acura and they only use factory parts! This leaves me with the feeling that they know what they are doing and that along with their honesty and pricing is all that matters to me!

If you are west of Greensboro, this is the place to go for your Honda, but also any other brand.TAS is great shop with very knowledgeable people, honest, and prices are unbeatable considering the quality of the work done.Yes, it does not have the shuttle and all other fancy services the Honda dealership propose. But when they tell you that something needs to be done, it needs to be done.Personal experience ; went to the dealership for the airbag recall. Picked up the car with new airbags, and a huge list of fixes that I should do. Among those, brake pads. it is dangerous Sir. Right. So I go to TAS for my usual 3000 miles oil change and ask them to look into the front pads. Answer : you are good for at least 10000 more miles on them, dont worry.You got me guys, I wont go anywhere else!

Since finding these guys, I will stick with Honda cars just so I can use them. The guys at Triad are honest and professional. They communicate well so you have no surprises. Im an old man and I have used a lot of mechanics in my day; Triad is the best by a large margin. I have never felt like I was overcharged or pressured into unnecessary work. Very horrible customer service the guy that answered the phone I asked him how much would it be to replace a CKP sensor and he tells me oh we get all of our parts from Honda so the part at Honda was over 300 dollars and the after market one was only 67 dollars and he tells me well go somewhere else and then hangs up the phone!! I didnt even get to step in the place and already disrespectful over the phone. They will never get my business I would rather go to the Honda dealership!

I was a poor college student, when I went to these guys looking for a cheaper alternative to the Honda dealer and these guys did the unthinkable. They told me I didnt need new brakes, but they cleaned and adjusted them for me! Who knee businesses like them exist?
