Ive been coming here for years. The customer service is great! It has been kind of hard getting products in since going back to work after this pandemic but I understand because basically everything has shut down as did almost everything else through this NATIONWIDE PANDEMIC and I say that because people act like everything has been open or no businesses shut down for almost 4 MONTHS!

I like shopping here however the sales person I encountered was very rude. She needs A lot of work with her customer service skills. Very disappointed in my shopping experience today.

They NEVER answer the phone always go to voicemail this was going on quite some time ever since the coronavirus....I have call others Cosmo pro now they will definitely answer the phone..

Selection: medium sized. Many products. but they didnt have the Nudred twist sponge (for short kinky/natural hair) or any alternative. Its been popular for years now, even Walmart has it online. Not only did they have it, they werent even able to help me find another place that might have one nearby. Not what I expected from a beauty supply store.Customer Service: They werent rude, but they stood behind the counter chatting with each other for about 5 minutes while I was combing the store for a product they couldve told me they didnt have. When I approached them and cleared my throat, they then smiled and turned on the customer service but they had no idea what I was talking about. Lack of a popular product and even awareness of the popular product. I expect that at Walmart or Target, not a beauty supply store. Maybe black men arent a strong enough demographic for them...
