In store is fine. However we asked about having a dresser delivered and they assured us of white glove service and that we could not have the product delivered to store. We had to pay the $250 for delivery to our house. Long story short - delivery company put 3 holes in my walls, they damaged the dresser, I have been on the phone with west elm no less than 4 times and they still have not corrected the issue. One supervisor said we could do one thing, the next supervisor we spoke to said that was wrong. So far its been me calling west elm for updates. They have yet to call me or put forth any effort in this debacle of a situation. The company is a complete joke. White glove service for $250 that gets me damage to my property and the item I ordered. I see a long road ahead to get them to do the right thing. I will never purchase another item from them again.

I absolutely LOVE West Elm! I recently redecorated several rooms in my house and I bought all of my throw pillows, blankets, and accessories from the West Elm store in Greensboro, NC. The design team is super talented and they make renovating a little too easy! Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Leslie has been so helpful in designing our space. The process with her is so easy and fun. She has a great eye and is super nice. I have gotten her help in many different areas in my home now and I plan on continuing to get her help going forward. I really struggle with making design decisions and usually when I make them on my own I either dont make them, or regret them. An added bonus I didnt realize at first was that Leslie proactively reached out to us when she saw we were having some problems with our order (we got the top to our coffee table, but the base had been delayed). She got in touch with customer service to help resolve the issue.

Kaitlyn David is so sweet and so professional! I hate going to higher end stores at my age because I am easily dismissed for being young. Kaitlyn saw my interest in the furniture and was SO helpful. She ran me estimates and even provided me a swatch of the fabric! Thank you Kaitlyn! Go to her for all of your West Elm needs!

Todays experience wasnt as usual. The sales associate seemed lost. Didnt have correct info on any item. Wasted our time and we still didnt get what we wanted. Shes probably new and still learning how things work. It would have been nice if she mentioned that to us. Todays experience wasnt that good but it wont stop us from going back. My husband and I love west elm and their decor collection.

They only offer assistance to white people. This is the second time I’ve been there and felt unwelcome. They automatically assume you can’t afford there high price poor quality ikea looking items. They had what I wanted but because they prioritize the white people I didn’t get help to buy what I want.... so I left.

West Elm is West Elm, but this store is a delightful place. We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular, Ally treated us like we were the only people that mattered in that moment.

Store was very clean. I am tempted to say on the board of organized... only because the store is small they pack product into every inch... it’s almost overwhelming. I do find this in many west elms, not only in this one. I will be sticking to the one in Charlotte though that’s a little bigger.

My husband and I ordered some bar stools off our wedding registry and had some difficulty get the correct ones we wanted. We finally got the correct ones however it was charged on our credit card and not the gift card. Michael the store manage at the Greensboro location was extremely helpful and most definitely put our minds at ease.

I have purchased almost $3000 furniture. They charged my credit card wrong, for several times. Even they have charged my card 2 weeks after purchase. Today I was at the phone with their credit card customer service for one hours to figure out why and who has charged my card. Finally I went to local store for 4th time, and after 30 minutes she asked me to wait for 7-15 days to solve the problem. Completely disappointed with West Elm as a modern store.

I did a great job screwing up the assembly of our table, driving the screws too deeply and cracking the finished top (in my defense, the manual wasn’t the greatest). Even though it was my fault, I gave West Elm Corporate a call who directed me to my nearest local West Elm for potential solutions. I ended up speaking with the manager Demeterius (Dimitrius?) sorry for spelling.... who was INCREDIBLY helpful, placing an order for a replacement wood top and no questions asked. I brought the old one back, got the new one and all is very well! Thank you West Elm Corporate and West Elm Greensboro!

This store nickels and dimes you to death. First of all, you cannot but most furniture they have and it must be ordered. Then they charge you an additional 250 for delivery on top of their high prices. It’s a ripoff for furniture that is mostly imported. Avoid.

Nice, trendy looking stuff but I think its over priced compared to other upscale stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful but we had trouble getting a quote finished for a dining room set because they were constantly helping other customers.

High prices for uninteresting furniture and gaudy knick knacks.
