We bought our first tempur-pedic mattress today and have been pleased with the service. Delivery is only taking a few days and is rolled into the cost of the mattress. No extra fees. Picture yourself, if you will, pulling into a nearly full parking lot next to the TX roadhouse. What do you see but the store full, not of BBQ, but of mattresses. Mattresses everywhere, along with a gentle guide in the form of my new friend Josh H. Not only did I feel welcome over my entire shopping experience but also quite satisfied throughout my mattress journey.Josh led me to some fancy calibration mattress test and after a budget check, introduced me to several good options.The salesman didnt lead me by the nose, nor lead me astray, he told me plainly what was good, and what was great for me and my sleep posture (and my budget). Im a side sleeper and we immediately found a few choice options, amongst which I found my new sleeper. It honestly felt like we had the store to ourselves for all the attention I received. Would recommend this place and Josh.

I had read Mattress Warehouses guarantee and policies before visiting the store, so I was confident in my purchase. I knew what type of mattress I wanted (firm, queen, inner spring). CJ was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt try to change my mind, just helped me select the right mattress for me. He was thorough in explaining the warranty details and delivery process. The company made an automated call to tell me when they would delivery the bed. That morning, I got another call to let me know the delivery would occur in about an hour. They were right on time, and did an excellent and efficient job. I was very pleased with the whole transaction, and I have already recommended the company to others.
