Lord...looking around for a nice meat store and someone recommend this one. The meat is blue green and thrown in the package in such a nasty way that it hangs out. What do yall have going on in Greensboro, NC you all dont have a decent meat store?. Go to Burbage page in Goose Creek, SC so you guys can see how quality, clean and a decent store is supposed to look. This store is trash also. 1 star for the greeting cashier because nothing else was worthwhile as I walked into this facility today. Then I walked right back out. Disgusting!!. Period.

The people that work there are friendly, but the ground country sausage I purchased is horrible!! My husband said it tasted old and there was no seasoning like you taste in most, and he grew up on homemade sausage!!The guy said theyve been making it a long time, but I would rather haveNeeses or something!any otherjust regular sausage

Outstanding butcher! Every time we have been to TMC we have been completely satisfied. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you have a special request or want something you dont see, just ask. We have a nice prime rib roast ordered for Christmas, cant wait to pick it up on the 23rd! Awesome place. Great fresh meats and chicken that is processed on-site. They also have fresh seasonal fruits and veggies as well as a small section of FRESH NC seafood on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Honest assessment: Theyre products and pricing are very reasonable and if there is ever a discrepancy, the Manager will personally call you to make it right. They are very accommodating in preparing the orders, always adjusting to my familys needs. They do more for the community than most local businesses. I will support them in their efforts in any way I can, even if only to continue shopping and offering the highest recommendation.

Awesome customer service and lots of choices with good prices on always fresh meat. You can get plenty of meat for the freezers and if they dont have what you want, they are always willing to substitute meats with their package bundles. They are by far, the best meat company in town. They except all forms of payment including EBT.

I shop at Triad Meats all the time. Good quality meats the prices have increased because of the pandemic. I do have one employee that I like to take my order. CJ is very professional, polite, beautiful smile as his personality is beautiful.

I called ahead to see if they sold racks of lamb. I was met with a friendly voice that said yes. I then said I would be there in 15 minutes. When I walked in the door, they had all of their selections already pulled out for me! Bottom line, great place and great service.

Prices appear fair, but products are much lower quality that comparably priced items from places like Costco. I have cooked their chicken, sausage, bacon, steak, and ground beef. The ground and the sausage were fine. The bacon just isnt exceptional in any way. The chicken had the texture of an eraser, impossible to eat. The steaks are just mediocre quality steaks. Im shocked at how good the reviews for such low quality meat are. I have also had a back to back taste test of their eggs vs Walmart cheap eggs and there was no desernable difference in taste, texture, or color of the finished product, although the shells are of varying shade.

My wife and I have been coming there for about 2 years. CJ is the man!!! Great cooking tips!! Everybody there I’d gladly buy a round of drinks if they ever open the bars again... pretty much anything you can think of they can get... also they will de-membrane your ribs if you ask!

I ordered a meat package on Friday, It was suppose to be ready on Saturday, but I wasn’t able to pick it up until today, Monday. Well, I live only 15 mins away, when I got the meat unwrapped to separate it, some of the meat was black! I wanted all fresh cut red meats, I spent over $100 with you all and I’m very unhappy.. I took it out the wrapper put in my freezer and I will be calling and returning it

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Their products are always fresh, and they have something for every budget. I love going there to fill up the freezer. If you are unsure, you can never go wrong with pick 5 for $19.99.

Different prices depending on how many customers they have that day or week apparently. Usually had good experience with processing but was charged almost $20 more this week for less meat than usual. Not sure why the price shot up but they were not willing to explain other than we supposedly have been getting a deal for YEARS. Taking our business elsewhere.

Shopped in there the first time a couple weeks ago. The young man CJ was very helpful and recommended the 5 for $19.99 as a first customer purchase. Wow, they had slabs of fish too. A guy name Kevin was very nice to my son. I felt like I was in a small town butcher shop and everyone was family. Will return.

These folks are always polite, attentive, and they have tons of local options. We have never had a bad meal after cooking their products. We like their house bacon and sausage especially. Highly recommend their fresh farm eggs too.

I buy pork belly at Triad Meat Company to cure my own nitrate / nitrite free bacon. I find the pastured meat here to be of the highest quality, far above the quality of the commodity pork found elsewhere. I think highly of the staff as well because of their willingness to help and their friendly and cheerful attitude.

It might not be a pretty place but the quality of the products (meat, produce, ect..) are outstanding. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, love em.

Never been dissatisfied w/ Anns/Triad Meat...they have always been very helpful they even carry it out to my car if I need them too. Sometimes you might think the meat looks bad if its gotten a lil brown...do some research sometimes brown is better☺

First of all the other two reviewers obviously have no idea what they are talking about. First off one guy accuses the store of stealing his deer meat. He may not be aware of this but when you turn in deer meat to be processed, realistically youre not going to get back 100% of what you gave them. 70% return is pretty average and from my math he got about 76% back, he should be happy.Secondly the other lady who says to avoid this place at all cost because they gave her the wrong cut of meat. She wanted a pork shoulder and she goes on to explain how they wrapped it up all conspicuous like, and she gets all the way home only to find out she has a Boston butt. If she had any clue, she would have known the butt is an interchangeable name for the shoulder (its the top half). So you have one person complaining about not getting enough meat back (when he in fact got more than average) and the other person is complaining about not getting the correct cut of meat (when in fact she did). So please ignore the ignorance of the previous two reviewers.Now on to my review. This place is absolutely great, and I would recommend it to anyone in the triad area. I knew I was in the correct place when I advised I was looking for a pork shoulder and the kind lady behind the counter responded how big do you want it? The quality of meat that i received was much better than any local grocer including The Fresh Market. I will not purchase from any other establishment as long as I am close enough to drive to this great hidden secret of Greensboro. They are a family run business and have been around for over 50 years. They do things the right way and have a life long customer here.

Compared to same healthy cuts at big name stores its comparable its not like your gonna save a bunch of money by no means. Quality is where they knock it out the park. We host events and get request for hamburgers n hotdogs they are great there chili is really good too.

This is my go to Butcher. The staff is friendly and professional. The meat is fresh. Not pumped full of solution to plump the weight. They have THE BEST ground sausage on the market.

Customer service was amazing I bought some whities fish that was supposed to be fresh it was not fresh at all it was tough and really chewy and they are very expensive I got six pieces of fish for $10 Im going to save my money and go somewhere else next time thanks for the great customer service and no thanks for the bad fish

I bought a boneless leg of lamb yesterday for $48.95....it was the worst leg of lamb I have ever bought so tough you couldnt hardly chew it had a strong taste like it wasnt baby lamb.. Very disappointed will never buy another one there.. .

Deer processing prices are RIDICULOUSLY high, i paid $64 here, and went down the road to Richards meats in Reidsville, NC got the same cuts but with MORE meat and got my deer processed for $27 and it was ready the mext day, where triad too a week, meat from Richards tastes a lot better also

We bought some filets and they are the toughest filets we have ever had. I am not sure they are even filets. They are held together with tooth picks. Needles to say we will not buy anything else at this store.

They handle money and handle meat at the same time without washing hands. And when they do wear gloves, why wear gloves if they handle money and answer the phone with the same hand that they grab people meat with? I have had to request they change their gloves. Disgustingly witnessed this... I dont want money germs interwined with my ground beef... Extremely unsanitary. Someone need to handle the money and another person should handle the meat... Or change your gloves accordingly. I know there is all type of blood on the computer key board, phone, etc....Unfortunately I have to find a new meat market, because they were conveniently close. But Id rather travel to safe meat and be free from bacteria breeded meat. Another problem is that I have had to return spoiled meat the next day...and have noticed that they date their packaged meat a date ahead...Example: If the date is 8/21/2017... then there is a possibilty to see 8/22/2017 as the packaged date.

The reason my rate is so low is that the driver has never brought the rest of the meat and made sure he got all his money by cashing all my mothers checks in at one time,which he said he would not do. My mom is 94 years old and has not even delivered the product if you want to check my mothers name is will shelton.

A great place with quality meats! I purchase hamburgers and hotdogs to cook at Church events and Fundraisers..... typically for over 150 people. The burgers cook up great with very little shrinkage... but taste juicy and tender.I served the hotdogs with the chili they sell in 5 pound containers and everyone keeps coming back for seconds.... The staff is always friendly and helpful....... I rate this facility at five stars....!If you really want a taste sensation.... buy their 8 ounce bacon wrapped fillet and cook it on your grill...... you will give up ribeyes... lol
