Its very difficult to find kosher/jewish ingredients for all my favorite comfort foods. My first trip here was last week because according to Google they were the only place in a 30 mile radius to carry matzo bread. I was excited to find all the other items available and will be only going here for our high holiday ingredients. Thanks so much for being inclusive.

First couple of times in here ... everything is always so wonderful .Gluten free products even in bakery produce breakfast isle and baking section.Very clean, and they are very helpful.I m gluten free and love the items I can get here to make my food needs complete.

I went and got some food from the hot entree section. I was pleased to see the chicken tenders were fresh. They were juicy, not greasy or dry.The store was clean...staff was fairly decent.

This Publix location is okay. The customer service can be much better. It is a hit and miss at times. Overall, a clean location and we enjoy our shopping experiences at all Publix locations when we travel.

This Publix super market is well stocked and immaculately clean. The staff have always been extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful every time I have visited.

Im familiar with Publix lived in Florida for many years,all Publix have good quality food and great sales. I must say for myself this Publix that I visited (have been in many Publix)is beautiful when I say beautiful I mean beautiful. It is very clean, tidy and well organized. The aisle are wide,this is a place I would love to shop at all time.I hope they put more Publix around in every state

I visited Publix Greensboro 9-27-2021 and was very disappointed. I bought a box of fried chicken that yielded the most dry and hard chicken Ive ever seen, I bought two ears of unshucked corn on the cob that when shucked after cooking contained blue mold, and then the Southern style potato salad was not very good at all. I bought additional produce items but have not tried them yet - I hope they are not as disappointing. My son had recommended I try this store since he really likes the ones he visits in Florida. I dont plan upon driving all the way across town to this store again and be disappointed. Also I think the overall prices are higher than what I find at Food Lion and Walmart, and the produce is better at both of these stores.

From FL. I watched and waited for this place to open. I am happy to see they have blended into the local sales and such.. I Love love the subs..so missed those.. Only comment is they are very light on condiments. But Im use to FL.

I love their Ultimate sub!!! So good. My next trip, Im looking forward to trying their seasonal Turkey and Cranberry sub.

Clean store with plenty of parking and a large selection of merchandise. The fabled deli/bakery lives up to its reputation.The prices can be scary, but they are probably fair - the store likely has high overhead to keep up all the shininess. So, I only shop for specialty items here: high end, non-produce vegan items, freshly prepared deli/bakery items, and cheese.

Clean grocery store. Fresh produce was colorful and good. Meat department has nice cuts. Very enjoyable shopping experience.

Higher prices than food Lion but it’s worth it. Always clean with friendly and helpful personnel. I never have to worry about an item being out of stock.

The atmosphere here is very... upper middle class. Dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that but being a semi-poor student, it feels like taboo when using my EBT there.I do however like the look of the store, it feels like home almost.

Having lived in the greater Lakeland/Winter Haven area of Florida (the birthplace of Publix) I am very familiar with Publixs commitment to excellence in all phases of their business. So I am heavily biased in their favor. But even so, I have shopped at all the other grocery stores in the area. The Lowes and Harris Teeter I have been in are fine businesses too but I have to give the nod to Publix. Give them a try.

This is a really great store clean and well stocked. Most every employee is extra polite but I wish I knew why there can be a person at every self check out and the attendant stands in the back or even occupies their time doing something else but when a person of color comes through the self check out.... they physically come stand behind you or right beside the register. This is not something I heard.... I see it every time I come to this store.

What wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I dropped by this Publix location the night before Valentines 2021. All employees were wearing masks and actively sanitizing their stations, which we thoroughly appreciated. I even saw a employee give a sticker to a (very well behaved) toddler at checkout, which was so delightful to see. We don’t really venture to finer grocery stores often, but this night was made memorable by a new manager. Richard greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm as we ventured through the meat isle. He asked us if we by chance liked pork products. We replied yes— and this man gave us an entire Apron meal kit, free of charge! He explained that it’s one of his first nights in the store and that he just wanted to spend the night making guests feel welcomed. We were so excited by the gesture, we decided to stock up on groceries for the whole week in our outing— and we were actually pleasantly surprised at the low prices of our favorite staples. Publix may not be the value market we are used to, but it’s definitely now on our radar. Best wishes to you Richard! We hope to see you and your whole team again soon! :)

It was my first time ever!! I was excited to be there. Order from deli, sub and very good taste of food.I also walked around to see what it had to offer I was very impressed. Beautiful atmosphere and the people are great. Items that are always eye catching! I was on lunch break one day and spotted a grab & go cuban sandwich 🥪 and it was great for a quick bite!!! There are deals they got there with fresh foods and many more!

The only reason Im giving two stars is because the last two times I have online ordered Publix sub/sandwich both took over 25 minutes. Both times I had to ask where my sandwich was and both times the employee working said they forgot about the order. Ive been going to Publix for 15 years (lived in FL and moved to NC) and Ive never had this problem before, only at this store. Its a shame because I love a Publix sub and I dont think Ill be ordering anything else anymore.

Great selection of products & stocked very well, a good location too . Hopefully the store & area stay the same as they are now, clean & staffed.

Staff was friendly, store was clean, some sale items were bogo but in general pricing was pretty high. Deli meats were all boars head, so if you like that its great. Im used to lower pricing and larger variety of deli meats so I had sticker shock.

This is the best Publix that I have been in as of today. I went looking around at every grocery store within a 30 mi radius and they did not have the item that I was looking for even though it said it was in stock. The customer service at this Publix went beyond customer service duty and looked everywhere for the item until they found it and brought it to me as well as wonderful prices.

This is my favorite Publix. The people that work there take pride in their job and it shows. They are one of the few places that still provide real customer service. Even the bathrooms are immaculate!

I ordered this birthday cake suppose to be a quarter sheet cake. I pick it up it is a round cake. I ordered and and else. They told me they could only decorate and and else in butter cream but when i pick it up anna and else after plastic play toys. Im so disappointed in publixs. I drove 19 miles for this cake since that was the closest to me. Notice how much i paid for this cake also. 30.00 was with tax.

A little out of the way for the family to go, however the ONLY Grocery store we now go too. All others pale in comparison to our Publix store. Seriously. It’s always clean, customer service is great. Prices might be a little higher then other places but still worth the extra cost of stuff.

Very disappointed with my deli order of parmesan-garlic wings. They had very little sauce. I kept asking the young lady who checked me out if they were the right wings because I couldnt tell what if any sauce was on them. I purchased them a week prior in Florida and the sauce was very visible.

I first started my Publix experience in South Florida. Ill start this off by mentioning that if you have never had a Publix sub GO GET ONE! You really are missing out. Its not hard to fall in love with this grocery store mainly because Publix has it down pat on how to treat and keep their guests returning. You see when you pay a little attention to detail everything else falls into place. Thats what you have here at our Greensboro Publix. I hate that this is the only one and its a little far from my house but Im glad to make the trip. Everything is ALWAYS nice and neat. They spend time to make shopping a pleasure and its noticed. Other stores just plain out dont care about you. Publix on the other hand takes the time to be personable with their guests. Every associate speaks to guests including myself when Im in the store and they make sure to help me out when I cant find something. Their areas are always clean, they have people sanitizing constantly and ensuring that we stay safe that really speaks volumes in these times. Not one time that Ive went to this store have I really had a bad experience. So kudos to management here for hiring and maintaining a winning team. It really shows. I dont have to worry about much at this store because everyone does their part and its actually rare they are out of stock except for high commodity items during the pandemic. They have a BANGING hot food selection in the deli and their rotisserie chicken is A-1! They always keep their bathrooms clean, odor free and sanitized regularly. Even the milk shelves are clean which is RARE because most stores just dont care. They have most of their shelves without a hole in sight if they can help it. Cashiers are always helpful, courteous and eager to assist. They are very kind and insistent on helping you take your groceries out to your car. Im telling you Publix is really ahead of the game in the grocery business and other grocers should take note. Id honestly be fine if the other ones went down the drain they should have paid better attention. If youve yet to experience your Grandover Village Publix go ahead and stop on by. I was glad when they finally got it built and Im sure youll be glad you chose to stop by!

I absolutely love this store and it is my go to for my shopping every time. Recently I came in with all 3 of my kids on a particularly rough day and at checkout Paige kindly asked if I needed help getting my groceries into my car. I love Publix for this, but normally don’t ask for help, although always a very appreciated gesture of kindness. This time I accepted and she was so kind and wonderful with my kids, talking to them the whole time, while putting my groceries into the the car and offered them a sticker afterwards. This girl truest deserves a raise and is kind every time I come to this store. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves! She is very much an asset to this store, as customer service is very important!

This was my first visit to Publix at Grandover Village. Store is in a great location, staff there is very friendly and so helpful. Deli looks amazing, with great food. I was greeted by someone who works there, which is a great thing. Love this store.

Produce was fresh as always. The bakery section had an amazing DIY cupcake kit that was perfect for an at home activity for my kids. All of my questions were answered by an associate in the seafood department. He was very knowledgeable.

I love this Publix! Before they put this one in I used to have to drive to High Point (30 minutes away) to visit a Publix. The employees are so much nicer at this location. As a couponer and single mom, Im used to dealing with cashiers with attitude and eye rolls.... But this location has hired a set of great, friendly, patient people! Everyone is always super helpful and checkout is a breeze. And you just can not beat the deals at this place! Love it!

First off, the store is extremely clean. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly. A young man named Malcolm walked across the store and walked back just to show us a product we were asking about. That is top notch in our book. Our cashier was a young lady named Madison who told us about the app for Publix which has coupons etc. and was also super friendly. The produce is of good quality and the meats look good as well. Im hesitant to write this review because I dont want a bunch of people ruining my new favorite grocery store.

Publix is always clean, every one is helpful and polite from the bakery and Deli to the seafood counter and Pharmacy. If you need anything not at the store just talk to the manager and they will work hard to get it if possible .

The Publix Super Market at Grandover is just one of the finest stores that Ive shopped at. The physical store itself is brand new, super clean and bright. Well organized and laid out with lots of identifying signs. The staff is enormous. Friendly greeters and knowledgable about the products. These people aim to please and are appreciative for my business. This is a wonderful place to shop. You will be impressed!
