John and Glenn are wonderful people. Maybe not all their cars are perfect, but everyone has their own different problems and they don’t promise perfection. Very understanding and helpful people, and the variety of vehicles, vehicle prices, financing options and service is A+. Very helpful when it comes to getting you a vehicle when and for what you need, as well as helping find mechanics and parts when you need them. Haven’t had my car for a long time yet but I have it on faith that I will continue to be satisfied. Could use a facelift and some more marketing as well as a new parking lot, but cosmetics are trumped by the personal experience of being given honesty and authentic care when it comes to getting a vehicle. Do not take this car sales lot for granted, you won’t find genuine car salesman as John or a genuinely good payment plan, honest price, nor such an understanding and caring person who has the connections in the greensboro car world that Glenn does. Again not perfect, but this place is the place to go in the tri city area if you don’t want to get screwed over, lied to, or taken advantage of. Would recommend for personal vehicles, and for work vehicles. Just be smart and get as many people to check out your vehicle and do the maintenance required and your part of the deal will work with their part of the deal. And I can’t stress enough about the lack of greed or obsession to get one on you, never been so at peace with a car sale even at a brand new car dealership. They don’t even Deserve a one star. I bought a van from here put a big down payment down, 40 days later the engine blew. We had it towed to them to see what we could do. They want more money down to fix the engine. I feel like they were not honest and are tryingTo just get more money out of us. I now can’t get them to respond back to me. So they have the van and the down payment and we have nothing. 😡 the only good thing is the Lady who works in the office that helped us. She was very friendly! Also, they guy who cleaned the van up for us was super nice. Just disgusted with the situation and the owner.
