We called Flow while experiencing car trouble during travel through Greensboro, and I am so glad we did. The folks at Flow were friendly, informative and constantly responsive to our questions and concerns. Ashley, our tech, and Josh, especially, were amazing. From the moment we drove our ailing vehicle onto the lot to when we traveled back to pick up our clean and fixed family van, we received helpful text messages regarding the costs, timeline, and status of parts and repairs. The folks at Flow not only made a very anxious situation--leaving our car in Greensboro and traveling home--less stressful; they took care to take the extra steps to continually assure us, too.
I wish I could do 10 stars! Chad, John, and Misty are an amazing team. Upfront discounted pricing, amazing communication, NO ADDENDUMS, and very professional. If I am ever in the market for another Mazda, I will gladly drive 2 hours over here again. Can’t say enough good things about them, and this dealer in general. Please give Chad a call before striking a deal with any other Mazda dealers.
So it has been almost a year and a half since I traded my 2015 Mazda 3 Sport for a brand new CX-5 Signature and it is review time! First my car buying experience was so great with their team and every time I go to get serviced I never have issues and if I do it always get resolved plus a free car wash. In only this short amount of time I have put over 40k miles on this baby and it has done nothing less of loving me back. First, I was excited to get this car becuase it meant I did not have to rent a car for my Christmas road trip from North Carolina to Colorado down to the bottom of Texas and back up to North Carolina which meant over 63 hours of driving!! My trip was smooth, comfortable, stylish, and very helpful when it came time to stop. With the lane assist for time when I felt tired, the vibration of the wheel (there is also a sound option) alerted me that I was drifting out of the lane and that meant time for a rest stop! Becuase of the electronic seat position with lumbar support and heated and ventilated seats, I was very comfortable taking a nap in this beauty. During this drive we only stopped to sleep or put gas which got over 400 miles in a tank with only $25 a fill up. What I really loved about it was that I was forgetting to stop for gas, with the estimated miles left from gas it was easy to determine where to stop for the best price and save time going off route since andriod auto is available as well as navigation. This did not mean we didnt get lost though; but the good news is the automatic off road sensors helped us those unknown dirt roads in Colorado. All these miles and I was able to get in my first oil change during the trip after 7k miles on full synthetic. During this pandemic I did not stay coupled up, I explored our gorgeous state and in the middle a cement block on a highway was waiting for me. Now I believe mazda road side assistance could be better and faster; it took a whole week to get my baby back and sort it out with the extra tire and wheel insurance but rest assured it was perfect after and they provided me with a loaner. To the new year I recently went through an injury and I could not bend my leg. Normally a ride in the backseat sideways would be an option but I couldnt miss out on the comfort of having my back see middle rest and seat warmers since I could adjust my front seat to go all the way down like a bed! All in all this car has been able to get me through miles of mountains, ice, dirt, rain, wind, and even a cement block. Needless to say that being in love with the other features like the heads up display, sunroof, rear heated seats, heated steering, blind spot assist, automatic braking, power left gate, automatic lights and wipers, and so much more is just the plus. But now I cannot see myself without my car especially for the price of way under $40k for the top of the line.
I chose remote buying option to purchase a car from this dealership. The price you see on the website is what I got. No negotiation, At least that was my experience. The sales manager Chad, is very professional and made it a breeze for me to purchase a car from him. He sent two drivers to my place to delivery the car. When my temporary tag was about to expire, he offered several options to address the issue. Ultimately, Chad sent a driver to pick up the tag where it was being processed at DMV and overnighted it to me. He did everything in his power to make sure his customer is taken care of. Superb customer service experience.
If I could rate a 0 I would. My partner and I have had nothing but issues with this place. 2 times they have inconvienced us and hold no type of accountability. I never recieved a call back after they put my partner in an unsafe car after her oil change. The car shut down randomly after driving awkwardly once she left the lot after an oil change (Thank God she made it back to the dealership). WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY IS THE MECHANICS DID NOT SCREW SOMETHING BACK ON CORRECTLY!!!! I requested a call back from the boss yet I have recieved nothing and really dont care to talk to anyone. We have already recieved a refund for service once before and at this point we will NEVER go back to this place. The employees are incompetent and has proven their lack of knowledge the 2 times we have gone to this place. I will not risk putting my loved one in danger ever again. Ill fix the car myself before I ever drive 20 minutes just to waste my time with people who do not care about the lives of others.
Service Department Technician looked over my car and check off my windshield wiper blade that it was good after I ask for it to be looked at and changed because it needed changing one of the front desk ladies wrote it on the front of the paper I witnessed it and the tech left it just like it was torn and unusable makes you wonder if they will miss something that simple and easy I can almost guarantee they will miss the more serious issues so Do better and pay attention to what you do is my suggestion..... Disappointed in Mazda Technicians but Think the Service Department does a Outstanding job especially the Ladies up front.
I recently purchased a new Miata at this dealership. The car I wanted on the lot had already been assigned and was being traded to another dealer. There was a little confusion with this at first but when I spoke with the manager Chad Mills he assured me he would find the car I wanted. Chad called me later that day and said the car I wanted would be there that afternoon. He sent me pictures and all the information and he let me know when the car had arrived. We did a lot of the preliminary over the phone that afternoon as I only had a small amount of time to complete the purchase the next day.I went to the dealership the next morning and test drove the car and purchased it that day. Chad met me at the door and turned me over to one of his salesman Emanuel Austin Jr. Emanuel was like an old friend, we had so much in common and I could have talked to him all day. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had everything set up for me while I did the financing. Overall the experience started out a little rocky but ended up being a great experience. I own a small business and I know things happen, I told Chad that I understand things happen its how they are handled which makes all the difference. I highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy a car here again.
I don’t typically write bad reviews. It takes quite a lot to for me to get to the point where I feel the need express frustration in a situation. I work in digital marketing and I understand that in a service-based business reviews can be everything, especially for small business. This is why I try to give every business the benefit of the doubt. An employee can have a bad day or a staff can be overwhelmed in a rush, it does not necessarily reflect a business as a whole. That being said, the customer service and culture I’ve experienced with Flow Mazda over numerous occasions has been awful. I do not have the space here to share my entire story as I had multiple interactions over the course of the entire month they had my vehicle and their treatment of the situation was absolutely terrible. In 2017 their service team installed faulty parts in my 2014 Mazda3 which caused issues I am now dealing with (and am just now finding out Ive been driving around with a faulty part for 2 1/2 years). In August their service team tried to tell me they needed to replace the same item (an iEloop battery they charged me over $800 to install in 2017) and claimed it was a 6-7 year old original part. Their claim the battery is original (as you can see in attached image of their paperwork) means they either charged me for parts they did not install in 2017, or charged me for old faulty parts in a patchwork fix. If that wasnt enough, when they had my car their team damaged the interior, scratching up leather and leaving grease spots on the seats.I brought this up to them over a month ago (shortly after I got my car back) and asked them to make things right. All I got was a coupon for a discount on my next service which was quite frankly insulting. I told them I was going to express my frustration publicly, and I have still not heard back from their management team after giving them plenty of time to respond. Im also giving them an opportunity to change my story and even change this review if they are able to make it right. Ill be interested to see if they respond with more than an unsubstantiated apology comment.UPDATEAfter filing a complaint with the BBB, I worked with GM Chad Mills to determine a solution. After asking for a full refund, they agreed to refund half of the amount I paid for for the part in the original service, as well as a diagnostic fee they charged. In addition, they offered a multipoint inspection and paperwork to show the parts replaced are now in working order. In fairness, I wanted to make sure to share that Chad was very helpful and did what he could to make the situation right. What happened before cant be changed, which is why I left it in this review; although Chad did do what he could to make things right after I brought my complaint, which is why I upgraded from one star to three.
I found the car buying experience with Flow Mazda of Greensboro to be awesome! The sales representative was courteous and thoughtful. They worked to get me what I wanted including the price point.
They went above and beyond and even delivered the car to me. I highly recommend Flow Mazda!
This was my very FIRST car buying experience and I must say I’m so happy I done it with Flow of Greensboro! John was my salesman and Jamie was the sales manager and both of them were so in sync with one another and answered every question WITH DETAILS no more how ridiculous I may have sounded. To put the icing on the cake here is a back story: my fiancé had to go to work so we had to cut the car shopping short in the beginning of the day-Jamie the sales manager did a follow up call regarding my interest and I explained that I wanted a particular vehicle today but I had no way of someone else bringing me to leave with the vehicle. Jamie proceeded to tell me that my salesman John would come and pick me up to get the paper completed and LEAVE WITH MY VEHICLE !!! If that’s not excellent customer service to it’s fullest I have no clue what to even call it. The financial advisor was also amazing(her name has slipped my mind) but she was kind and thorough as well!! If giving them a million stars was an option I would choose it!! Go to Flow of Greensboro you WILL NOT be disappointed! Oh I almost forgot I absolutely loveeee my Mazda CX-5 carbon edition !!!
I honestly just would NOT recommend going here I bought my VERY FIRST car here last November I have been having car issues ever since. Now I bought a used Ford Focus titanium 2015 only 55,000 miles on it the car sales man convinced me it was a good car to have for long term. Since the day my car left the car lot I have had issues with it . Out of the 5-6 month I have had it I have only driven for 4 months now you’re probably wondering why is that ? Well Mazda sold me a car that has multiple recalls on the car one major recall is the engine 🙄and of course since my car is by Ford they really can’t properly fix it so they do minor fixes to my car but don’t completely fix it ( if that makes sense) to where I bring my car up there at least every two weeks 😐 this has been the worst experience ever!!!! The only good thing out of Mazda dealership is chad he has been doing everything he can to help with this situation and tries to make things a little easier on me because we have had another situation I had to deal with besides my car that I won’t mention and I truly appreciate he’s efforts but other than that this has been a real headache for me . I’m young, a full time college student that works full time and I have to deal with the stress of is my car going to act right today ?? Personally I just wouldn’t do this again.
We just bought our 4th Mazda from this store and we wouldnt shop anywhere else. Chad and his team are the best! We always get a great deal and friendly service. We have to drive over an hour to get there, but its worth it! We will see you again when its time for Mazda #5.
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had and I attribute it to the wonderful team at Flow Mazda. Jaimie, John, and Michael went above and beyond to earn my business and ensure my satisfaction. Also, they were not high pressure so that was refreshing. I highly recommend them to anyone! Oh and I LOVE my CX-5!! Thank you Jaimie, John, and Michael!!
This was my first time purchasing a Mazda and I had a fantastic experience at this Dealership. I had an issue pop up with plates being delivered from the DMV and they went out of their way to take care of it. The service here was above and beyond what I expected from a dealership. Manager Chad Mills was great!
James at Flow made it simple and easy. Found the exact right car, no hassle. Best car sales person indeed.
Flow has a great team- A big thank you to Jaimie, James and Josh for a low-stress auto buying experience.Everyone was relaxed, helpful and communicative. I love my new CX-5!
Absolutely awesome experience.James Simmons went above and beyond.
First and what’s really important is ...I love my CX-5 Mazda SUV. The Mazda dealership on Bridford Parkway in Greensboro is where you need to buy your next car. I just purchased my third SUV from them. From the Service department, Sales and Management, I’ve never seen such professional and caring people. Chad, Jamie & James (as well as everyone there) make the experience of buying a vehicle so easy and pleasant. And this caring spills over after you buy a car. Check them out.
Most honest car dealer I have found in Greensboro. Chad, the sales manager, is a straight shooter. Definitely recommend doing business here.
Id give this place 10 stars if I could. Every single person Ive dealt with, whether I was in for lease/purchase or just routine service, has been professional and very helpful. Ive been using this dealership for over 5 years, and Ill continue to use it and recommend it to people.
Can not say enough about the team at this dealership. Sales and service are fantastic. Mohamed, Richard and Tonya worked out a great deal on a CX-5 lease for me. This is my 5th Mazda and this by far my favorite dealership/service experience.
These are wonderful people, they really want to Please. I test drove a 2019 CX3, CX5, and a Mazda 6. OMG Im in Love !! Its such a smooth ride 2.5 engine. They have special incentives tell them Vermelle sent you. They dont have a separate area to comment on the Service Dept, but they are pretty awesome as well they get you in and out as soon as they can. I got a loaner car this time as soon as I finished my shopping they were done as well in a hours time. They all are great here at Mazda .
Flow Mazda are the best!!! I had a recall and scheduled an appointment with them. They were so professional and kept me informed on each detail as far as my car’s maintenance. I was also given a courtesy vehicle until my car’s maintenance was completed. I am so pleased with the generosity they have shown me. The Best Dealership in Greensboro,NC😊. Sincerely, Felicia Pounds!
Always very nice at the front desk. Mechanics still have a problem with correcting the tirer indicator coming on but ill stop by when i get back into town.
My husband made an appointment to have our Mazda 6 checked out due brake system warning light and was told that we would have approximately 1 hour wait...2 1/2 hours later we checked in to find out the status of our car and were told they had not even looked at our car. We went back to the service garage area and noted that there were at lest 3 service technicians on their phones and smoking...I understand that employees need breaks, but come on, 3 at one time when they were severely backed up??? We were also told the “senior tech” had to look at it and yet he was nowhere to be found. We had to leave the dealership with no service or repairs due to the fact that we had a long drive home, which we had mentioned to the service advisor upfront...we live in a remote area and do not have a dealership close to our home.
I had the BEST car buying experience here! After dealing with do many shady dealers and car salesmen over the years, I was definitely skeptical of them claiming of a no hassle, this is the transparent deal, car buying experience. They are absolutely the real deal. From the guy who called me about the ride I was driving out to purchase, to Sebastian our salesman, to each of the managers there, everyone was super cool and helpful. I bought a certified pre-owned Miata that had a few chips in the paint from rocks, and a small scratch on the door that I wanted fixed. Chad the manager was great in helping secure a loaner, making sure the work was done seemlessly and on their dime, and communicating to me how it was going every step of the way. He even messaged the next day to ask how our drive home was. I know its little things here and there, but it is almost impossible to find such good customer care nowadays. We will definitely keep our business with these guys!
I arrived at my appointment time and they were very friendly and thoughtful. They took my vehicle, guided me to the waiting area, and let me know they would come get me when my car was ready. I was there for an oil change and wash, both of which turned out perfectly. The only downside was that a few customers were ahead of me so my service took about two hours.
I received great service during my visit to Flow MAZDA. My service advisor Joe Williams was very friendly and informative of my mechanical needs. Although I was there for a recall Joe made me aware of some issues that would need me attention in the future. He was not pushy or demanding. He advised me of my issues and the costs to get it repaired. He sent me a confirmation email of our discussion and said that there team will be ready when I am. My car was ready when promised. I would recommend Flow to any of my friends. Flow did a great job.
Great place to get your Mazda serviced. The staff is very interested in your concerns and they do a great job in repair and service. Would highly recommend there service department to anyone. Keep up the great work.
Sweet. Took time for good detailing.
Great people! Worked with them for a few months before settling on the right car and deal. Everyone at Flow Mazda very patient, willing to help, understanding, and (my favorite aspect) they aren’t pushy salesmen!! They genuinely want to help!
Overall poor experience. Was quoted a very high price for a 2019 Mazda 3 replacement wheel while already at the dealership for a recall. Another Mazda dealer in the area quoted a much lower price.. I was hoping they would help out since the bend came from a city pot hole going 35 mph. If I purchase another Mazda, it will be from another dealership.
Buying my first new car in 14 years had me a little anxious. But it was a totally positive experience at Flow Mazda Greensboro. From Chad and his teams responsiveness and patience with my questions, thorough explanations about my financing, and extremely, patient teaching of ALL the tech by Ms. Jamie, I could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend this dealership.
You wont have to go far to find a more disappointing service department. Sure you can find the normally outrageous prices for service at any dealership, but here you have bonuses:1. Make an appointment and arrive on time only to find there will be at least an hour or more before they can even look at your car.2. After 2 hours and 48 minutes to check on a warning light for the battery, please dont expect a text telling you the results are in...go back personally to the dealership out of curiosity and check on your car.3. After being told you need a battery that will cost $840 installed, you get to wait several more hours, but wait, theres more.4. The day is almost over and you never get notification regarding the status of your car. Now theyre closed. No worries; wait until the next day to call them and discover whether your car is ready...or not.May want to try your luck at a Winston or Raleigh dealership before you come here.
I wish I could give this team 5 incredible stars, but I purchased my vehicle entirely via phone, text, and mail because I live 8+ hours away and there were quite a few, preventable mistakes. Overall, Chad Mills takes the cake for going above and beyond to restore my faith in the Flow Mazda of Greensboro, NC experience. He took ownership of the mistakes (as did Sal Matthews) and worked quickly to remedy the situations. I am in LOVE with my 2020 triple black, manual transmission Mazda 3 Hatchback! Had it not been for the Flow Mazda team, and Chad Mills willingness to work with me for an excellent out-the-door price with options, I would still be on the hunt for this fantastically fun, reliable vehicle. Thank you Flow Mazda! The 2020 year was made better because of you.
I had my car serviced and the waiting area was open. I did not feel safe in the waiting area. People were walking around without their mask on or pulled down, mostly the workers.Update: I received a message responding to my issue about covid 19 safety from the general manager. He took my concerns serious and advised he would be addressing them with the workers ar flow madza. I really appreciate the quick response.
I had the best experience at Mazda in Fayetteville NC, Mrs. Jenni Koch and the rest of the team was amazing. Thank you Flow Mazda.
The staff was extremely kind and professional. There was no hard sell when we turned down add on services. They never tried to upsell us on a higher trim level than we could afford. We didnt have to argue and haggle or go through any of the usual theatrics. They even offered a rebate I had missed in my online research. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have encountered in the last two decades. I will recommend Sal and the guys at Flow to my friends and family.
Just bought a Mazda CX30 from Flow Mazda and it was such an easy purchase. Sal made the experience very simple and has been so helpful. I was very grateful to the person who help me set up things on the app and the finance guy was easy to deal with! Would definitely recommend them after my experience there.
Just took my car to a different Mazda dealership for exact same service on my 2016 cx5 that I had done on my wifes 2016 cx5 at flow and that $55 miscellaneous few that they assured me everyone did for disposal was not on my bill hmmmm makes me wonder
Chad Mills and his team at Flow were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with how quickly his team was able to pull together everything seamlessly. Lamar and Sal were extremely helpful as well. They have an outstanding team!I passed up multiple dealers in the Triangle to go to Greensboro, which is more than an hour away. It was absolutely worth the little bit of extra effort. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend working with the Flow team — you will get a fair deal, they will treat you well and work with you to get to a win-win.
Sal is a dirtbag. Would never come back while he still works there.
Flow Mazda service manager, Amanda Smith, is superior to anyone Ive ever had business dealings with in the auto industry. My story is too long to write, but Amanda saved me from a disastrous situation. I will recommend Flow to anyone. Amanda is the reason why I will.
Sal and the gang at Flow Mazda went above and beyond to make the buying experience painless and straightforward. They were upfront about pricing, even going so far as to put every little detail in writing each step of the way to ensure transparency. No pressure, just great service. Im really enjoying my CX-5 and Mazda 6!
I was visiting a client in Greensboro on Monday. At the end of my visit, I went to my car to drive back to Raleigh, a huge rain storm rolled in.I got in my car and discovered my wind shield wipers were not working and I had to pull off the road. After riding out most of the heavy rain, I discovered I was only a 1/4 mile from Flow Mazda of Greensboro.I was able to cautiously drive over to the dealership to get some help. It was 6:30pm and the service department was closed.Chad Mills the General Sales Manager came out of his office like a bolt when he heard my story. He told me he would make a couple calls to see if anyone was still in the service department. Chad came back to me and said everyone was gone for the day but he said he would give me a loaner car to get home to Raleigh for the night and have the service department on my car first thing in the morning. Mind you, I did not even buy my car from the Flow dealership.I bought my car brand new at the dealership in Durham. I have made multiple car purchases at the Durham location and I have always enjoyed my car buying experience at this location. (yes, you read that right)It appears to me that my experiences at the Durham dealership were not an isolated experiences. I would say Chad Mills went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint, he clearly believes in the Mazda brand and stands behind the brand 100%!Mazda dealerships seem to be a magnet for honest, customer facing staff. I would say that Flow dealership would be a great place to buy a car and would recommend it to anyone that is in the market for a car.Mr. Mills, I commend you for your genuine concern and attempt to help me. It was greatly appreciated!
Friendly and nice staff. But I can’t begin to understand why it takes over 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation when you make an appointment in advance. Next time I’ll be taking my car to a different dealership.
I was recommended by a good friend of mine to go and have my inspection done at Mazda. As i walk in they greeted me with a smile ask me what i was having done, before i even sat down they took my keys and drove it to get serviced. Very fast and friendly service, Every sales person that came in said good morning offered me and two other people waiting coffee n water. One guy came n asked if we needed anything before he went to the other building.Waiting time was around 40 minutes which it was not bad at all. When i got my car back i realized that they have washed the car n also vacuum it. I had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.
If you ever need to buy a car or get service done then this is the BEST most Professional and Courteous dealership and service center to do so. Matthew has helped me every time get my vehicle in and out efficiently and ensuring it doesn’t leave until it’s 100%. Also each time, he has a loaner car ready for not only me, but other customers I’ve seen as well, so I/we can continue with our day uninterrupted. I have never been to a dealership/service center that is this proactive and willing to help customers, whether it be as simple as an oil change, or a bigger fix. Matthew is the guy to talk to if you take your car here! By far the most professional and well rounded team willing to go above and beyond for customers that Flow Mazda has seen in my opinion. Awesome job! Highly recommend if you thinking about buying a car and want a great service department for the future and the life of the car!
Great experience at Flow Mazda of Greensboro! I made a mistake and this group of extraordinary people were kind enough to assist me quickly and without extra payment. Give them a try!
If you want to be treated respectfully, fairly, and honestly, then Flow Mazda of Greensboro should be your first stop! From the sales manager Chad Mills to my sales person Jaimie Jordan to the finance manager Joe Williams everyone made it the best car purchase ever! They have managed to cut through all of the annoying red tape and hours of waiting to provide a great buying experience. As a consumer who has purchased many, many vehicles over the years I have never seen a more efficient operation. Their attention to all details made me feel like I was their only concern, and my new car was prepared quickly for delivery. You cant go wrong with this fine dealership!
These are good people. Jamie sold me a 2016 Mazda today. She has spirit. And her spirit sold me. A great deal. Everyone I met dealt with me fairly. I recommend this establishment.
I cannot say enough good things about Flow Mazda. My car buying experience was fantastic. It started with Amanda in internet sales who responded quickly to my inquiries. She hooked me up with Chad Mills who worked patiently with me as I researched my options, and who was able to get me a great deal that allowed me to get an even better trim than I thought I could get. I went with a very good interest rate from a bank, but their finance manager was able to get me an even lower rate. And Cam Aufderhar spent an amazing amount of time with me, reviewing the cars features and answering all my questions. I hadnt bought a new car in 14 years so I had a long ways to go to catch up with all the new technology, and Cam explained things clearly and never made me feel rushed. I am so pleased with my new vehicle, and really felt like everyone there cared about me. I never felt pressured. I got a great car These folks are the best!!
I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda from the team at Flow Mazda in August of 2019. From the time we walked in the door to look at the car to the first time back for routine service, I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the Flow Mazda team! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend purchasing a vehicle from Flow Mazda to anyone.
What an incredible car buying experience!!! I am already looking forward to working with them again the next time I need a car.
Flow GMC experienceOn May 3, 2019 I went to Flow GMC, 1205 Bridford Parkway Greensboro and purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali with 68,000 miles. Driving home that afternoon, the check engine light came on. They picked up and fixed, said it was some sort of sensor. Driver’s side running boards were only intermittently going up and down with opening of the doors. I started taking it to the dealership in August to get them fixed. After 3 visits there, they told me it would be covered under warranty to fix once parts were available as GM was on strike and they couldn’t get the parts. Come February 2020 the parts were available and they did not want to cover it since it had been so long. However, after having my vehicle 3 weeks they put new running boards on the driver’s side. Upon picking up my truck, I noticed deep scratches in the driver’s side door. I called the service manager David James over to look at my vehicle and he stated “ I have no idea what happened, but do NOT take it to our body shop, they are horrible. Go ahead and take it to your body shop get me the estimate and we will pay for it to be fixed”. I drove straight to Modern Collision in Burlington where the tech and I looked over the vehicle. There were deep scratches all over my truck. They (Flow) had buffed it to try to “cover” up some of them but the total damage was almost $4000. The only part of my truck that did NOT have damage was the hood and the roof. After multiple calls to Flow (David James along with Jeff Ballou (used car mgr.) and the General Manager of the facility with no response, I contacted my insurance company to try to get my truck fixed. My adjuster, Clint, spoke to David James and was given another contact and told that it was handled and they would be paying Modern Collision for the damages to my Yukon. Weeks passed and Modern had no communication from Flow and Dustin (Modern Collision) was unable to get a call back or response from anyone at Flow. I again reached out to my insurance company adjuster and got them to cover it with the intent that Flow would pay them back. At this time, that still has not happened. June 2020 I noticed my truck was driving pretty rough. After taking it to Wescott GMC in Burlington NC, it was discovered that the front struts were locked up. Looking at the history, the front struts had been replaced by Flow in April 2019 just weeks before I purchased the Yukon. According to GM, it was still under warranty but under the Flow dealership not me. I contacted Flow, and was told that they would not cover it since it was 13 months and I had driving 19,000 miles. Struts should last 50-75,000 miles not 19,000. I am so over working with Flow. These was my first experience in a GMC vehicle, one that I had anticipated enjoying for many years and now I want nothing more than to get rid of it, stop having to deal with Flow and move on. At this point, I don’t think I will ever want another GMC again.
I visited this location for the first time today and my experience was top notch. Kent and the other gentleman were extremely professional and friendly. I went in for a NC State Inspection and it was ready in a hour. They were very busy so this was impressive. My family and I visited the near by stores while waiting for the vehicle to be completed and I was notified by text that my vehicle was done. How cool! Oh yeah, when I walked past my car entering the service center, I thought it had a little more shine to it. When I went back out to leave I had a better look at it and sure enough they washed my car for free! They also vacuumed the front floor mat areas as well!Awesome experience. I highly recommend them!
When a service appointment is made for the first time available in the day, the car is at the service 15 minutes early, and the person is waiting at the dealership For the service to be completed, there is absolutely NO reason it should take 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is unacceptable.
Chad and the team were very professional. Time is crucial to me and they did their due diligence to make sure this was an easy process from start to finish. I was looking for a specific car that I knew would be harder to find without doing a factory direct order which would take months. Chad did all of the background work and was able to find the specific car 2 states away and made it happen. In two days I had the car I wanted. Great work ethic and professionalism at Flow Mazda
I always have my Mazda serviced here. The customer service is outstanding. They have a nice waiting area. I am also offered the choice of waiting or being shuttled to a nearby destination. I didnt purchase my car there, but I will strongly consider buying my next one there!
I hate the car buying process as much as anyone.Even with all the new virtual processes available, its still stressful and you tend to feel youre missing on some deal. But my recent experience dealing with Sal Mathews and John Ware at Flow Mazda was the exception to the rule. Both made the process relatively painless and John has the patience of a saint going through all the car features with my wife! Good people, good car.....painless process.
If I could give zero stars I would! This is the WORST place to take your vehicle to have it worked on! I dropped it off on May 4th because my check engine light was on. I had already replaced pretty much everything in the vehicle but the light was still on. I was tried of throwing parts and money at it so I decided to take it there since Mazdas are their specialty (Or so I thought). They wanted to change everything that I had already replaced (turbo, timing chain, valve cover, gaskets, bolts, etc) Originally they wanted to charge me over $5,000. After several back and forth conversations they said the check engine light was on because the timing was off and I needed a new valve gasket. They told me my total was $1,437.55 before I came to pick up my vehicle. On May 20th I was told I could come pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival they charged me $1,617.51 but assured me my check engine light was off and everything was fixed. On my way home, my vehicle started pouring smoke out of the hood an my check engine light came back on! I took my vehicle back to the service center. They tried to tell me that the smoke was residual oil from where they worked on it. I told them that is not what is wrong with it and that something was messed up! After having it a few more days they informed me that my valve cover was cracked and was going to charge me $499.66 to fix it. I refused. They had worked on the valve cover gasket and had done something wrong to cause it to crack. They refused to own up to their mistakes. They were very rude and tried to say it was my fault that it was cracked. On May 28th I had a tow truck pick up my vehicle. I had the person who had replaced the parts before I took it to Mazda to look at it. The Mazda Service Center had not installed the valve gasket or the cover properly. It was completely busted and laying sideways. The person who had previously worked on my vehicle had marked every bolt and piece as they were replaced with pink paint. All of the paint was still on everything the Mazda Service Center had claimed to have replaced, including the timing chain and cover! They charged me for things they didnt even touch! If they would have looked at it, they would have clearly seen they pink markings. So now I am over $1,617.51 short, my check engine light is still on, and my car is in WORSE condition than it was originally. WORST experience Ive ever had!!!
I was contacted by Mazda for a free service. They brought me in, had a shuttle ready for me, and gave me exceptional customer service. I dealt with the service desk woman Devin, and she was terrific. Had everything laid out and ready for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Service is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk, calls for anything out of the ordinary maintenance, always remind you of the available coupons. Mechanics are doing great, car is clean when you pick it up after service, work is done on time. This is what makes you buy a Mazda when the time comes to change your car (on top of great reliability).Would recommend to anyone.
Wasnt there for service, shopping or repairs and was met with a kind professional setting that was unlike competitors was relaxed and courteous. I look forward to any future ongoing with the Flow company. It seems like a great place to work.
My daughter went in to have the oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. She also asked them if they could replace the headlight bulb that was burnt out with one she had brought with her. They said sure. We didnt know that they would charge $75 to replace that headlight bulb until after it was already done. No call, no text granting approval for the extra cost. Not realizing there was an extra cost on the bill my daughter paid it. Once she noticed that the bill was much higher than expected, she called me. So, I called Mazda. The cost was explained that it took 0.6 of an hour and therefore we were charged that hourly rate to replace the bulb. Get it, but thats not on the pre-workorder my daughter agreed to. Mazda said yes it is, I said no is not as I read the PDF they had sent her, they say well I see it right here. Fact is its too late, they got us and our money... For the last time!UpdateMazda Service Director Joe Williams posted response and contacted my daughter about this issue. They apologized for the misunderstanding and refunded the $75. The quick resolution of this issue dose restore some confidence in Flow Mazda and for that I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star.
The best car dealership in Greensboro!
I’ve had 4 Mazda’s and loved them all. I’ve also had a BMW and a Volvo as well. This dealership is the best I’ve ever dealt with.
Great service, excellent customer relations. You got me in before my scheduled time. Found a problem that other Mazda service dept never found.
Very customer oriented. Staff is friendly, and sales people arent pushing you to buy a car. What else can I say? I prefer coming to this location than the Winston Mazda dealer.
Used to have better service. Bought my car here 3 years ago in cash and have had my oil changed here every time. If Im going to be charged $100 for an oil change and tire rotation, it better be done quickly, it better be done right, and no one better take it out on a joyride without my permission. This is what happened to leave such a poor rating:-Waited 2 hours on an oil change and tire rotation after having made an appointment a week in advance.-Charged on tire rotation despite having purchased my vehicle there, quote You didnt buy your wheels/tires here.. I had free tire rotations for the past two years here with my aftermarket wheels/tires.-Some service tech decided to take my car out for a 4-5 mile joyride without my knowledge. How I know? Average MPG was sitting at 27 and that requires flooring the pedal (which I havent done) to drop the average fuel economy from 33+ with 40-45 miles after a fill-up. And odometer read higher mileage from when I dropped it off. An oil change does not warrant test driving my car.
I highly recommend this dealership. Fantastic communication by their entire staff. I will be buying another vehicle from them when the time comes. No pressure sales staff.
Flow was able to schedule me to come in on the same day I called about an airbag recall. The receptionist was friendly and the service manager did a good job communicating with me during the day.
I bought my Mazda 3 new from Flow in March of 2018, and have taken my car back for all servicing, they still know me by name and the service has exceeded anything I’ve experienced in the past. I highly recommend flow to anyone who is considering a Mazda!
Bought a new Mazda from Flow and cant say enough good things about Chad Mills and his team. We drove from Charlotte because he underpriced everyone near us. Everything was ready to go and smooth. Chads honesty, lack of sales tactics, and total professionalism won us over. Make the drive - its worth it!
We had a great purchasing experience at Flow Mazda. All of the staff members: Chad, Angela, Sal & Sebastian treated us very well. If you are in the market for a new Mazda this is the place to go. We are very excited to take some road trips in our new 2019 CX-5.
Had a fantastic experience here. Very friendly staff. Sebastian is awesome to deal with, very happy with his service.
I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my life, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this experience was the best I’ve had. David Jones is an excellent sales representative of Flow and the Mazda brand. He has fantastic knowledge and his dry sense of humor was icing on the cake. I highly recommend talking to him about any Mazda vehicle. Chad Mills was a delight to haggle with and I feel I got a fair deal. There was a small snafu with the delivery of my CX-5 GT, but Chad and his team went out of their way to get me to my daughter’s band concert that evening, even though my car wasn’t ready. The sales team is top notch and I can’t recommend them enough.
If you own a Mazda take it to Jaime for all of your service needs. Jaime listens and determines the most efficient remedies. Service has one of the best techs in the south region and Tommy will deliver your clean car.
I just bought a mazda miata. All the staff was very helpful even before i set foot on the lot.
I went in seriously looking to lease a car. I have had a few bad experiences at car dealerships so far, I believe it is because I am a college student and young so many do not take me seriously. However, the way I was treated at Flow Mazda was by far the worst I have been treated at any other dealership. The car dealer I dealt with was very nice. It was one of his first days on the job and he was extremely helpful. When I found a car that I was interested in he said that he just had to go talk to the financing manager. When the manager came out, he came out in a fit. I am not exaggerating when I say he started off by yelling at me. He asked how old I was and how much money I was making a month. I was in shock at how aggressive he was and how he made me feel extremely violated and uncomfortable. When I stated how much money I was making a month, he continued to yell and say how do you expect to afford a car like this on that salary!? I obviously am not making much money a month as a college student, but my dad was going to be co-signing on the car that I picked out. After I stated that, he continued to argue and yell at me, wondering how I was going to register the car since I live out of state. He clearly did not have knowledge on NC car registration laws since you can legally register a car in NC even if you live out of state, as long as you can provide proof of enrollment in any NC university. I had to explain that as well, then he finally let me test drive. After the the test drive I sat down with the car dealer. Being fully aware of the fact that I loved the car I drove and that I could afford it, I decided to end my time short at Flow Mazda of Greensboro. The unprofessionalism and personal attack of the finance manager was too much and I could not do business with anyone like that. I am disappointed with my experience here.
Came in for diagnostic checkup. Was very specific in detailing the issue at check-in. Issue was NOT communicated to technicians properly so problem was not diagnosed. Waited 3hours.
I purchased a 2013 Mazda 3 from Flow 2 years ago and absolutely love the car. At the time I had poor credit and had to get a more basic model so that they could get it financed however I have had NO issues.Fast forward to May 11, 2016 and I filled out a form online requesting information on the 2016 Mazda 3s as I was starting to look into upgrading. Well within 12 hours of speaking with John Ware on the phone I was sitting in my own brand new 2016 Mazda 3. This place is amazing. From the moment I walked in it felt like I was among friends. Everyone is extremely polite and professional, not to mention they genuinely want to help. I know its a sales oriented world but the guys at Flow really seem to care about their customers. John even stayed about 3 hours late to ensure that I got the car I wanted with no hassle. I HIGHLY recommend this place and wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
Weve had such a positive experience with the purchase of our new 2016 Mazda 6. Flow Mazda of Greensboro made us feel very welcome the moment we walked in the door. We were referred here through another highly satisfied Mazda customer. I highly recommend Flow Mazda for their professional and friendly staff that goes above and beyond to help their customers! Thanks so much to Steve, Raymie, Cooper, and the Service Tech Staff for taking such good care of us.
On 2/3/20 my husband & I were on the lot looking at the red Mazda CX5s.....Lamar, a salesman, joined us as we had questions while looking around at diffetent vehicles. From the minute he came up to us till the minute we drove away in my new red mazda cx5, our experience was awesome, I know, right!!!Everyone we spoke/dealt with were so pleasant & insightful as my husband had many questions.Lamar had me take the car for the routine test drive & when we came back he sat w/me & went over every function/feature of the vehicle & made certain I understood. That for me was sooo necessary & I appreciated Lamars customer friendly attitude & personality. I would say my experience was a 5 ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤ experience.Thank you Lamar.Regards,Patricia B.
Had a great experience with Flow Mazda Greensboro today. The salesman (Joe Williams) and the finance representative (Sheldon) were wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
Nice buying experience, although the process took longer than expected
Sal made sure that my dads old Miata was picked up and his 2019 red Miata was delivered. My dad could not be happier and this makes me very happy. All of the employees we dealt with at Flow Mazda of Greensboro are top notch professionals. This was our first purchase and will certainly not be our last. I would have to say that Flow Mazda is a tremendous asset to the Greensboro community. THANK YOU SAL!!!!!!!
Great service department, gave me a free loaner so I didnt have to wait and applied a coupon to my service, even though they didnt have the copy of it attached to my invoice.
Purchased a new vehicle through them and felt extremely comfortable, they explained everything thoroughly and were not pushy at all. Would recommend to anyone!
The sales person I dealt with was very nice, but the manager was rude and condescending. When I explained that I work from home and don’t travel often so I thought leasing would be the way to go, he laughed in my face and told me I should just Uber since I don’t go anywhere. He also said my budget was unreasonable and impossible, that I’d need to settle on a beater instead one of their “high-quality vehicles with all the bells and whistles.” I also feel like he tried to take advantage of me with this being my first car-buying experience. Then, he pretended to go “work some magic” once he found out I was a recent college graduate but came back with an estimate of $10 HIGHER than the monthly payment that was already out of my price range. “If you could just put $2000 down...” What part of “I don’t have money up front” did he not understand? I may not know much about cars, but I’m definitely not stupid. Flow Mazda gives “the hard sell” a terrible name.Chad Mills contacted me immediately after writing this review and tried his best to make up for the terrible experience I had at the dealership. He was very apologetic and willing to do anything to make things right. Even though I decided Mazda was not the way to go for me at this time, I truly appreciated everything he did.
The staff at Flow Mazda took great care of my family. They listened to our needs and met them without hesitation. The salesmen that walked me through the process were very detail oriented and left no stone unturned.I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The new flagship CX-9 lives up to the hype. No question. I new standard in non-pretentious luxury.Scott D Johnson.
Took my Mazda van in on 11/03/16 for some repair work and I couldnt be more pleased. I had made an appointment and reserved a car for my use while the repair work was being done on my van. Everything ran smooth as silk. I did not have to wait to check in and my loaner vehicle was parked and waiting for me. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Cant say enough about the great guys at Flow Mazda.
DONT GO TO FLOW.After having my car serviced there twice within the last month, and spending over $3,200, the original problem (check engine light) persists. Although the service department has been helpful with a loaner car each time Ive taken in the car, Im doubtful that they have been able to diagnose the problem properly. Im afraid that each time I return I will be sold yet another new part that does not address the root cause.I called to speak to the General Manager, but Ive gotten nowhere past the service managers, as the operator sent my GM phone call request to a peer service provider (the guy sitting next to him). I feel like Im getting the runaround and dont have faith that they could actually fix my car at this point. They seem to be throwing darts with highly marked-up parts. I would not recommend their service department to anyone.UPDATE: After becoming frustrated by getting absolutely no sympathy from the service manager, I did my own research online to self-diagnose the problem. After reading a few Mazda bulletin board posts, I decided to go to the auto parts store and pick up a new ($18) gas cap. THIS did the trick! $Thousands at Flow vs. $25 (bought a coffee after leaving the parts store) spent by a non-mechanic! Flow did a great job loaning me a car, washing my car, inspecting my car for free, and replacing my headlight bulbs and air filter. Check engine work? Not so much. Avoid Flow if you need anything more complicated than an oil change.
I am a licensed used car dealer so I have been to many car dealerships over the years. I buy a new vehicle for my wife and I periodically. Usually a pickup truck for me and either a car or SUV for her. I researched for a mid sized SUV this time. I wanted something with a sporty ride and all of my research led me to the 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature. I made some internet searches for nearby Mazda dealers. There were none so I made an inquiry to Flow Mazda which is 1 hour drive from where I am. I normally buy from dealers that know me well which are my local Chevrolet and Ford dealers. I have on occasion bought other brands of vehicles from dealerships that didnt know me. I felt like I was a target the minute I walked into the circus! Flow Mazda of Greensboro was so unique in the way they do business. They made us feel like the most important people in the world. I was met before I reached the door by Chad Mills the General Sales Manager. Before I purchased my vehicle, I had met the General manager, Service Manager and others involved in the dealership. My experience with the sales department was outstanding! I purchased my Mazda in April but I wanted to wait until my first service experience to write a review on the total experience. Again outstanding! Chad Mills made sure that our wait was a very pleasant wait. I have NEVER done a google review before on a vehicle but I was so blown away from the experience that we had that I felt compelled to write this. My father started my company in 1948 so I was born into the car business! This was/is rare to be treated the way we were treated here. It will honestly be difficult to go back to other dealerships that give you the normal treatment so i wont! 5 stars just isnt enough to show my appreciation to Flow Mazda for the treatment that my wife and I received. Im giving them a 10! The Mazda CX-9 that we purchased is incredibly fun to drive as well as practical. It was the right decision!
The sales and finance staff here are some of the most friendly, down to earth people Ive ever met in buying a car. I highly recommend this dealership! They went above and beyond.
