This is my second purchase from Green Lincoln of Greensboro absolutely no pressure, very intelligent sales people, and quite an enjoyable experience for buying my second MKX. The Lincoln specialist I worked with was Andrew. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time to sit in the passenger seat and show me all the bells and whistles that come with the car, and even synced my phones Bluetooth to the Bluetooth in the car. Actually, I had to call a few days ago while I was in the car and the car answered and asked me if I wanted to answer the call which I did. Absolutely incredible voice quality and I was able to speak with the caller hands-free eyes on the road. That is so very cool. Thank you Andrew.

BUYER BEWARE! Would give them a zero if it let me. Bought an $85K car and told them I already had financing through Lincoln financial. Told them specifically to not run my credit any where else. What did they do? They ran my credit at 6 different banks trying to under cut me and Lincoln Financial. What they do is quote you a price for interest rate and then try to get other banks they are in bed with to give them a lesser rate to make money on the float. This is what they did with me. I called the GM numerous times over a six week period but he refused to call me back. So now I will use my connections and have Lincoln open up an investigation on the dealership for their shady business practices. Will begin to contact other buyers on my spare time. Sure Lincoln Financial will be happy to find out their own dealerships are cutting them out of financing so they can earn a few extra bucks.

My car and I were both well treated. If we lived here, we would do all of our car buying and servicing at Green Lincoln. I usually try to find something to recommend but I was unable to find anything I didnt think was exceptionally well done at Green Lincoln.

I accidentally left my other keys there and Megan was kind enough to find them for me. Been taking my 2012 Focus here since 2012 for routine maintenance and have never had a bad experience. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in the door and they are normally quick to get my car in for whatever it is that I need done. I say normally because there is an off-chance that I did bring my car in on a day or two when they are slammed, but even then they do their best not to waste any time. Like I said, I have no complaints. They are quick, respectful, polite, and informative. Their service is always great.

After many years of having our Navigator serviced at this location and driving over an hour to get there, we will be looking elsewhere.Customer service is no longer an interest to Green’s in Service or the sales dept. We hope to take our business elsewhere for any future Lincoln purchases or Service on the one we own.

They have the most courteous people, when they say they will 30 minutes to get your car they keep their word. The waiting room is comfortable, TVs, magazines, drink machines, snacks and coffee. The wait while serving your car it short, they explain what they did and bring your car to front door, in my days of long ago we called this service, good to see it still exist in some place today

I had a recall scheduled to be done and missed it by 5-10 minutes so they told me I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for a Friday at 8am and when I get there at 7:50am they said I scheduled a week later on a Tuesday? I even called to verify earlier in the week. There doesnt seem to be good management at this location.

I had just moved to NC and needed to have my airbags replaced in my car, since the dealership I normally took my vehicle to in WI did not have the airbags available at the time. I had called last year to have this service performed and received a call a few weeks later thanking me for having service done at their location. I told the lady I had never been to this dealership before and had just recently moved to NC and had no idea where they even were located.I had my airbags installed about 4 weeks or so ago. I noticed the next time I went to drive my vehicle my CD changer no longer worked and my dashboard clock no longer illuminated. I had called to speak to someone about the issues I was now having and was hung up on.

Dealt with a young overconfident and underwhelming sale representative that seemed to care less if I purchased from them or not. The General Manager is the typical smooth talking salesman but doesnt realize that is 2017 and that technique has gone the way of the Dodo bird. They bank on customers that are not informed about the vehicles as if the Internet doesnt exist and the customer cant just look up the information within a few seconds. They bragged about having no haggle pricing but proceeded to give me an awful deal that their competitors easily beat out. I would never set foot back in this building and suggest none of you do either. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

I bought a 2012 Mustang GT 5.0 back on May 3rd. Later I went to upgrade and found out the car was reported having sever frame and structural damage. Contacted Green Lincoln about this. Told them how I wanted the resolved. After three weeks of back and forth with them, Getting no where and actually in a way being told that it was my fault I bought the car. I contacted Ford Corporate and filed a complaint also filed one with the State Attorney General. If I ever get this resolved ill do my best to get the word out for everyone to stay away. All they care about is selling you a car not disclosing if it has been damaged. Also learn they run and buy there cars at auction. DO NOT BUY FROM GREEN LINCOLN OR GREEN FORD.

Used car buying can be a challenge; trying to find the right vehicle, making sure it has a sound history, and getting it for a great price. I suggest you start here. I ended up driving 3 hours to purchase my MKX and it was well worth the drive. They really are a first class dealership and not pushy but very professional, helpful, and down earth. I guess what I liked best is that they are relaxed and I didnt feel like they were anxious to just sell anything and push me through the system. BTW, in my search for an SUV I almost overlooked Lincoln but what a great car.
