I used online booking a week prior and selected the complimentary car wash but apparently it’s closed on Saturdays. Probably a glitch in the system but the techs made up for it by being thorough and honest. I appreciate them working on Saturdays and working their you know what’s off every day.
I like that BBC knows my truck and thoroughly goes over my vehicle each time that I bring it in. I also appreciate that there is a lounge with Wi-Fi where I can wait, because I do not have anyone to drop me off or pick me up.As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, it is very important to me. Customers pay your bills and keep your doors open. I will go to a place that might even have higher prices if the CS is exceptional.Wes was extremely helpful with my truck. They looked at the things that I had listed and found more. Wes explained what they had found and provided me with a detailed list and costs.I chose to go ahead and wait and to have everything fixed since I was there. I brought the truck in at 1 pm and knew that I would be there until close.At near 6 pm, they were still having a little trouble getting my alignment done. Wes and one of the service guys( sorry, I think Steve but they may not be right) stayed until they got the alignment right and I really appreciated that. I love my truck and use it for my business and my farm and cannot do without it.Thanks for taking care of BOTH of us!
My tech was Brady Kitko and his excellent customer service made my service experience wonderful. I recently purchased my GMC Terrain in March and after explaining to Brady what I had been experiencing he didnt hesitate to show understating in finding out what the issue may be. Even with my hectic work schedule Brady was kind and patient enough to allow me time to think through the inspection report and make a thorough decision on how I would like to proceed with repairing my vehicle. Overall, each person from Brady, the service cashier and even the guy that brought my truck around on pickup displayed appreciative and happy employee customer service and I will be a future customer for all my service needs. Everything seemed to go well. I wish my vehicle tag was transferred. Now I have to deal with that, and Im not quite sure how that works. Never done that before. I would like information on the battery recall that occurred with this vehicle. How do I know that the temporary fix was performed? When can I fully charge my vehicle? I was very excited to purchase a vehicle that has 238 miles range, but I cant use it. That doesnt seem like I received a full vehicle to use. Otherwise, I love driving the vehicle, love the technology. Oh, I am 6-3, and the seat is to short in the back. That is annoying, but tolerable.
Always very nice and courteous when I need my vehicle worked on. When they quote a time the stick to it no it will be about an hour and you wait three. If they run over time they let you know it will be a little longer. They offer a shuttle service if you have to wait quite a while so you dont have to do it at the dealership. You can walk the parking lot the sales people are friendly but do not hound you about what your driving and hey wouldnt you look better in this new model, which I absolutely love. All in all I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for any service.
The buying experience is great but I don’t recommend getting service done there. They won’t clean the oil off of the bottom of your car after they let it drip everywhere from the drain plug so expect oil spots on your driveway if it has an incline. Also when they rotate your tires they are going to gouge your lugs nuts like crazy. On my last visit they weren’t paying attention and even forgot to tighten one.
I took my 2020 Traverse to have back up Camara fix which had been given me problems for quite some time. They replaced my Camara and everything is working really good. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Dropped off car for service. Left key fob in car at check in. Service tech called later saying they could not locate the key fob and could we bring another. After another 20 mile round trip, they said they found the original key fob and didnt bother to call us. When the service was finished and another trip there, they couldnt be bothered with an actual apology or offer a discount or something for the additional inconvenience or aggravation. Just a poor sorry from the cashier. With all the surveys and call backs that Chevy sends, you think that someone there would be interested in customer satisfaction and retention.
The Engine light is still on, I will have to make another appointment for today. Cost of repair is not justified...
It was great!! The staff was friendly and communicated very well through out every step of the process. My car hasnt had a single issue since being fixed. Im a totally satisfied customer!

Service on truck took much more time than was quoted... also there were no keys in stock so they had to order one. I am sure everything was done correctly.

Mr O’Connor was great checking my vehicle in for service. Verified grease fittings were in-fact present on my 2500 truck. Quick turn around with paperwork when service was finished.
The representatives were nice, and courteous... the facility was clean there was a clean waiting area to sit... snacks, TV, to make your wait comfortable until your car get ready... which it didnt take long at all... Awesome guys...thanks.😉
Hi, I visited Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac for a scheduled appt. to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2014 Chevy Equinox (purchased from this dealership). I do understand Saturdays can be busy and things happen, but I waited almost 3 hours for a scheduled oil change with no update. Finally the service advisor let me know my vehicle was ready, told me to wait 4 minutes before heading out to pay and that was it. I waited then went to pay but the service advisor appeared to be eating. I said hi excuse Im ready to pay and he tells me his register is closed and directs me back across the service area to another window. I go and pay my bill at the 2nd window and ask this gentleman where can I pick up my keys and vehicle; he sends me back to the service advisor. I return to the service advisor and ask where can I find my vehicle and keys; the service advisor and another employee start looking around. I stand by waiting and then I walk outside while they are still looking for my keys (I guess). Once outside I see my parked vehicle. Soon after an employee walks outside to my vehicle then goes back inside with keys in hand. Then a different employee comes outside, walks to my vehicle, pulls it around to me and hands me my keys. And after all of that, I didnt receive the complementary car wash which I thought was a part of the service. The entire visit from beginning to end was short of the excellence customers should be given. Unfortunately from my arrival to the end of the visit, customer service fell short for me that day. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
Transmission flush was performed quickly and professionally. I was in and out within an hour, and that included washing my car. I am completely satisfied with my experience at Bill Black. Theyve always done an excellent job.

Amazing service from Brandon. It’s never convenient to have a flat tire, but It happened to both of my vehicles in the same day! Brandon handled both issues the best I could have asked for. He brought a loaner to my house, kept me constantly updated with status and price and got the work done fast!!! I will ask for him every time!!!
The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was surprised that a cabin air filter costs $40 and more surprised that nobody noticed the noise the AC system was making with the new one installed. But the issue was quickly rectified by the service tech, whos name unfortunately escapes me. He did a good job.

We had a good experience car shopping here. Be aware that although hours online and on the door say open Sunday, they’re not.Overall, the vibe is more car-salesy than some other locations (all the sales people standing around out front seemingly waiting for when you get out of your car). Decent stock of vehicles compared to other dealers that have much less right now. Good follow up too.Although we didn’t end up with a Chevy, I would have bought one from here if we had.

Darryl took a 2k check as a deposit and guaranteed me the check wouldn’t be cashed. I arrived to purchase vehicle with the full amount power check and he tells me they cashed it and will take it off the total purchase price of the car. I stated that’s not what I wanted and demanded my check. He then states it will be mailed back to me. I have not heard and feedback and my salesman forgets and has no legitimate answer as to when I’m getting my money back . Never again !

I went to nearly every dealership in Greensboro and Burlington and this was the most helpful one. They worked together and were very nice. I love my truck! They didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need and they got me a good deal.
Repairs were done quickly and as far as I can tell to a high Standard, time will tell. I wish that the worn out parts that were replaced were returned to me. When I can see the parts that were replaced I can have a better feeling about the value of the work. Bill Black has offered this to me in the past, but not this time.

I came in for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, transmission fluid exchange, and an engine air filter. In about one hour the job was completed, and i was on my way out. These guys dont fool around.
They were very polite and concern about my car. They listen to me about the car and saidthey would found the problem. When I pick up the car they were very good at giving me an explanation of the problem. Everyone was very friendly.
I would love a refund on the part I was charged for that did not fix my car. No one has that type of money to throw away. And BRADY needs to be fired for scamming people and being disrespectful to people after it was his fault that my car wasn’t fixed. I should have never swiped my card before actually getting in my car and noticing that my car was not fixed. Then I’m re-charged for them to fix a problem that they could of fixed the first day. I’m getting a lawyer on this one.

Did not give excellent rating because: I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 2:30 to wait while service being done. Did not get finished until almost 4:00. Ridiculous long time. I fell that you cater more to people who bought their cars there. I would be buying my next one there but now I’m thinking of switching to crown. Sad that you treat people differently. But you do. It should not matter.
I arranged to look at a used gmc truck at this dealership, the day I was going to the dealership I was sent a text that the truck was sold. The truck was never removed from the website so several days later I inquired about it again, but this time I was told the truck had to much rust under it to be sold as it wasnt up to their standard. I do not trust a dealership that the associates cant tell me the truth about a vehicle. Very disappointed.
I had to take the company truck in for inspection and routine maintenance. The set up of the drive thru service center is great. Very convenient and moves customers along quickly. The staff was friendly and the lobby was comfortable. Wait time ETA is 1.5 hrs, with an appointment.

Then made the remark “ You’re just a car.. who cares how you feel?” To know that’s how companies think of people who spends there hard earned money. I would think twice before coming here because WE ARE PEOPLE AND NOT JUST CARS OR MONEY. Sad to say Jim works for a company and this is how HE represents them !!

Brought my car because I started hearing a weird noise while driving. They knew exactly what was wrong and had me fixed up that same day. I was told, I have a steering column problem and to change a steering column would be 6hours plus parts. The part never came over 8 business days and I was billed $930 to have my car returned to me with the same parts it came with and its working find. Lied to make work for yourself, when all I needed was ignition lock cylinder.

They told me the nail in my tire was fine... it was not fine. Fire stone had to patch it afterwards. Then they told me they rotated my tires. And they did not. When I called to ask about it then finally admitted they did not rotate them after I had already left and went to Fire Stone. Would not recommend no one wants to be lied to about their car especially when they buy a brand new.

I was very disappointed in the Service Department and lack of punctuality. I made 9:30am appointment for my truck to be serviced, dropped my truck off at 9:15am. My truck didn’t make it on the rack until noon and I didn’t leave until after 1pm and still had to pay $90 for an oil change!The service manager then told me that walk ins had priority over the people that made an appointment. That is the most asinine thing that I’ve ever heard.So I was not pleased at all with their service department at all. I will not return to this dealership for anything at all!

My recent experience with the Bill Black staff started a day prior to the actual service at the dealership. Due to CO-VID and only driving if I absolutely had to go out, I became negligent about starting up my 2018 Camaro. The battery was dead to the point of not unlocking the car with the fob. Tammy (I think her last name is Venable) talked me through how to access the key in the fob and then pop the part off the door handle to access the lock. The battery is in the trunk of my Camaro and I could not pop the trunk. After the 4th tow truck service said they couldnt guarantee they could get my car to the dealership before it closed - nor would they agree to schedule a pick-up time the next morning, I called and spoke with Tammy again and she gave me the info for the towing service the dealership uses.Though they,too, had people waiting for tow service, they happily set a time for my car to be towed early the next morning, Tammy could not have been kinder, more patient or more helpful. And the service next day, battery replacement, oil change, tire rotation and all was excellent as always. The car had also been washed, vacuumed and the interior wiped down, all far beyond the service of any other dealership of my previous vehicles.All of the dealership staff have been fantastic and I could not be more favorably impressed with them and the service as they all go the extra mile to assist customers.
Bill did excellent job taking care of my car service needs. The pay clerk is where my problem was. I am a platinum member of Cadillac and used to their great service.
