Coffee shop with an insurance agency located inside! The variety of smoothies is impressive! I ordered a protein shake but they do offer coffee, lattes, and treats. They even have items from Cheesecakes by Alex (a local bakery). Very friendly service. Will come again!

I enjoyed my visit here. I had the everything bagel (which was better than Starbucks) and the Crem Brulee coffee. HA! MMMM. The store is cozy and eclectic. The attendees professional and smiling. I will be back. 😍

Coffee is okay, but I have a bigger issue. The two ladies up front seem like they didn’t want to be bothered. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a person of color or some of them continually have bad mornings just when I come in. Some of them won’t greet you unless you do so first. Definitely my last time going. I’ll take my business and tips were their appreciated. Employees like this can and will ruin a business.

Originally from Seattle so picky about my coffee BEST COFFEE EVER!! I picked up a Iced sugar free hazelnut latte, after a workout, was sooooo good! I also was impressed with the menu and options! Ill be back..... ♡ Probly should have taken the lic b4 I drank it all smh...

Loved this place. (Was in town for a business thing and had an unexpected free afternoon with 70 degree weather in February). I walked here from downtown and had a Carmel Frap. It was perfect and delicious!! The staff kind and efficient. Great little shop to stop by for a quick treat on the go!

Listen, it is a coffee lovers, health enthusiasts dream! I took me 20 minutes to decide,, coffe-what flavor or maybe frozen almond joy mocha,, or maybe a superfood smoothie! Thank goodness the associates are versed in erratic customers, they calmed me down and centered my selection. They have pumpkin spice all year and do not sleep on the cheese cake blend Muffins; OMG THAT PUMPKIN SPICE CHOCOLATE CHIP taste like I b back tomorrow❤❤!

The coffee is wonderful, strong and delicious, and the ladies who make it have always been real helpful, informative, and quick.Im giving this review a 4 rather than 5 mainly because of the cost. It is wayy too expensive, and the cups just arent big enough for the price. Also, this place has not allowed any one to dine in since the beginning of this Plandemic and it very well could have. I support places that DO open. If you dont want to deal with cleaning up after your customers or them hanging around your establishment, WHY did you EVER decide on a coffee lounge w/ chairs and tables in the first place?#OPENUP

Fantastic coffee drinks at very reasonable prices. You cant lose when your fave coffee house also doubles as an insurance agency! Generously loaded, hand drawn espresso shots ground from the highest quality beans make a great foundation for your favorite drinks. High end syrups and flavors. Plus, a huge menu of custom smoothies loaded with all your favorite additive ingredients and blended with the freshest produce. Cozy and inviting environment that is not so busy you cant hear yourself talk. A not-so-hidden local gem.

Best coffee around. I just wish they were located closer to where I live. My son and I try to stop by at least every other day. Man I just cant say enough about this place. You can go there to work or relax. Service is awesome. Prices are fantastic. They beat most coffee shop prices by at least a couple of dollars. But the ladies that work there are by far the best. They know their coffee, drinks, whatever question you might have, they know it.

Went there for the first time to meet an awesome friend of mine, and oh my goodness, this place was SO COZY. Their coffee prices are reasonable. The staff were FRIENDLY. Will go there again. That place is now one of my favorite places to hang out.

I just moved to the area and I ran out of milk. They were nice enough to sell me a small glass for very little so I could have my breakfast. I thought that was very nice of them and will be visiting again soon to try some of their great looking coffee!

The whole insurance agency coffee shop blend puzzles me. It is very convenient to pull in here on my way home from many points in Greensboro. The coffee is really good. They could use more foot traffic.

What can I say? No return phone calls... needed to make a claim and could never get a live person... Suspect that my insurance money was embezzled because I got a policy cancellation after I had already paid... absolutely love the owner but... Will never use them again for insurance

Cafegency seriously has the best coffee in the Triad. I miss it now that I live 40 minutes away, but whenever Im in Greensboro I swing by. The owner, Joe, is very happy to talk about why their house coffee is the best, and hes really nice.Its a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone is always very nice. There are comfy couches in little nooks if you want to keep to yourself and work, too.If you havent been to this cafe / insurance agency, you really should make a point to visit!

Really great coffee and Im a Starbucks fan. Im now drinking the smoothies. I love the meal replacement one with kale, spinach, avocado, pineapples and more. I wish they would tell you the calories on their menu items for Im really trying to keep tabs on my food and calorie intake. Great place and always clean.

This is the best idea ever! A relaxed atmosphere where you can get all of your insurance needs met. Did I mention they make the best coffee in town?! Waste your bucks if you choose to but this place is way better and a fair price for quality. Not paying for the name on the cup!

We passed by this gem while driving through Greensboro. We pulled in and ordered our usual hazelnut latte and chai latte. They are more smooth and flavorful than our usual spot at home in California. The hazelnut was more nutty than sweet. The chai was pleasantly sweet with a fair amount of spice.

Great atmosphere, coffee was delicious, and customer service was even better. Definitely stop in when youre in town!

This is a great little shop! The coffee is outstanding, the people are so very kind and the coffee is outstanding! Did I mention the coffee is really good? They make a great Caramel Latte and it comes with not 1 but 2 shots of Espresso! The Chocolate chip pumpkin muffin is so yummy too! The prices are great and they have free WIFI!

Went here yesterday. The pumpkin spice coffee was excellent, the ladies had good manners in their customer service. Definitely a place to take ones spouse for a nice quiet moment over a hot drink.

It took me a few weeks to check out this place, because I knew I wasnt looking to buy insurance and I had assumed I would be asked about it the moment I walked in the store... I was pleasantly surprised when I finally ventured in. The staff was really friendly and professional and they have a great selection of different drinks. And the place is much larger than I had expected. They have lots of cozy nooks to rest, get work done in, or catch up with a friend. I definitely recommend it.

I stopped in to get smoothies for my husband and I - they were delicious. Ive been here several times for coffee and tea before, always delicious. I like the atmosphere. Ive met friends for catching up and coworkers for brief meetings. Local, tasty, cool.

Dropped in to this coffee shop on my way to work and absolutely loved it! This was my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised at the ambiance, the friendly staff and their promise to quality organic products. They quickly prepared my drink and had me on my way in no time! Their prices are wonderful for the Greensboro area and they are conveniently located off of Wendover/70. I would definitely recommend this as a quick stop or hang out - especially for students considering its close proximity to UNCG. I think I have a new favorite coffee shop!

I was considering giving only four stars because of the small parking lot but the size of the place is a part of its charm!! The staff is very professional and friendly. The beverages are delicious and the place is very comfortable and intimate!!

Delicious coffee, their daily roasts are great as well as their huge menu of specialty drinks. the owner is often the one behind the counter serving and hes incredibly friendly and loves to talk about the products. all organic beans, milk, and smoothies. Im going to make this a regular visit!

Started coming in right after they first opened and now go 3-4 times a week. The coffee is so much better than other large chain coffee houses for less. The environment is very inviting, a perfect place to set up my laptop and get some work done while pumping myself full of caffeine.

I go to Cafegency daily for my caffeine fix. Their cold brew is unparalleled. The baristas, Chelsea and Nicole, are enchanting and always make me smile :) Definitely a must try if you havent already.

I have had my insurance with Joe Fowler since 2002 and enjoyed his coffee since the opening of the CafeAgency! Joe is an awesome guy with a servants heart and wonderful family man. He will give you the shirt on his back but will fire you in a heartbeat if you steal from him.I smell sour grapes!!!

After reading over some of the other reviews I might as well add mine. Caffagency IE- Nationwide Insurance: Mr. Joe Fowlers agency is probably one of the most concerning agencies I have dealt with. They were very up front with me and on top of things when they were earning my business and now that I need them or have been trying to communicate with them about issues there is no response from Joe or Ryan. I am very upset. It seems customer service is their last priority. If you want the hands on one on one experience and someone who really cares about you as a customer RUN FROM THIS AGENCY. FIND ANOTHER NATIONWIDE AGENCY.

Great little coffee shop if all you want is a really good cup of coffee. All the beans are locally roasted and organic, the coffee is always fresh, their lattes are delicious and they have locally baked muffins to go with it.
