Had the Apple Crisp Macchiato. It was like my mouth went on a Fall vacation to Vermont while I was drinking it. Will definitely be getting another one.

I love Starbucks and I wish there was one in Martinsville, but there isnt. So, since I was in Greensboro I decided to stop in. I was able to combine my stars to get a caramel macchiato, pumpkin bread a d a set of color change cold cups. The service was awesome and the coffee is always good.

Very busy, but the barista was SUPER peppy. She and the other barista did a good job of humoring a troublesome customer who requested an impossible-to-make drink. The customer was quite certain she had ordered this imaginary drink at every other coffee shop in the world. The baristas managed to sell her a drink that is actually possible to make.

Starbucks store within Harris teeter in friendly center... small inside seating area and some high top tables available outside on the side of the store. Overall clean store and friendly stuff... was not really busy when I visited during day time...

Nothing better then shopping with a Starbucks in hand. Makes shopping so much easier. This is why i only ship at Harris Teeter stores.

It is sooo hit & miss at this location. Depending on who is at the register determines how serious they take you as a customer and how fast they fix your order.A few of the workers have no sense of urgency or a persons time.The other day I got a song and dance while I waited (literally). This morning I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for my order and my breakfast sandwich had not even been started yet. After already paying, I left without it.The clerk was having a convo with another regular laughing and joking. Which wasnt a problem until I realized my food was not even cooking. How upsetting. .2 starts because its Starbuck & the coffee is always good.

Food was delicious fresh and properly sealed. Quality of food and Delivery man Dariel will be the reason I continue to order here he was courteous on time and efficient and also the food was not touched I love it thank you starbucks 😀

Hugh, Brandy, Tiffany, Conor, Latifa you guys are so good their customers. Riley is very sweet and writes cheerful messages on cup. This is THE BEST Starbucks in Greensboro & my personal favorite.

Drink and scone were great as usual, but found the baristas didnt try to engage the customers.

I had to go to 3 Starbucks to find the tie-dye frappuccino. I was very disappointed. It didnt look anything like they advertised and it was tasteless and weak (melted ice).

Pumpkin cold brew. Is great. Nothing like pumpkin spice. For some reason. Probably the same exact ingredient. I just dont know.

NO MASK!! And the workers here let him order and wait here sneezing and coughing WITH NO MASK!!!! IM DISAPPOINTED IN YOU GUYS

My favorite Starbucks!!! Store is very clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. They remember who you are when you come in which makes it more of a personal feel.

Theres this one employee who got visibly aggravated when she spoke to me. we had a confusing interaction but she acted very bratty. if i see her again im walking the other way to caribou.

I simply wanted a plain black coffee. I was the first customer in the door, asked for coffee, black, with room for water. They offered to put water in it (nice) and off I went. It tasted as if it had been in a burned pot for a week! Way way way too strong and bitter. I poured 1/2 out and added my own water to make it somewhat palatable...but, alas, it did not. I take it Starbucks makes their coffee 99% stronger than it needs to be so that when people order all the flavoring, etc., you can still get a mild coffee flavor - BUT - if you just want a good cup of black coffee, this is not your place.

Girlfriend orders through the online app, and I just pick it up for her. The order is almost always waiting there ready by the time I arrive. No waiting in line. I have no idea why people waste time by not ordering ahead.

I couldnt give 5 stars because I was told the chai latte doesnt have sugar. Not only does it have sugar it also has honey.

I like this location a lot even though it is inside the Harris Teeter. It even has its own entrance. Try the new flat white, delicious pastries and seasonal espresso drinks. Good every day.

This is my wifes favorite location. Its out of my way but I still visit it from time to time. The staff had always been great! One of the best Ive visited!

This location is close to terrible. The only reason I have continued to go back is convenience when grocery shopping or running errands. They have constantly messed up my order or not given me something I have paid for. And the baristas have some of the worst attitudes around!

This is my favorite starbucks in Greensboro!!! The employees are so friendly and its always a nice and cozy environment.

Great coffee and staff just way out of my price range for a cup of coffee

Employees were not very pleasant and it was dirty in there. The floor had lots of debris and paper. We were there for 45 minutes and there were not very many customers coming in and mo one attempted to sweep it.

Ordering a decaf is taxing to these people. You wait 12 minutes for them to do a pour over with hot water and when you get it..it is ice cold.

Despite being in a Harris Teeter, this is a corporate Starbucks store so they take the gold card and have a full menu. Lovely little place to go.

I got diluted iced coffee. I was not happy. Since I am a believer, I went there a second time--just to get another watered-down coffee. I can understand other coffee shops, but this cannot happen to Starbucks.
