Made an online order at 11am. I get a confirmation email at 11:22am. 6pm rolls around and I neither the text nor the email letting me know my order is ready. I head to the stores customer service desk and the rep is having a nice conversation with a customer. Sees me in line but shows no intention of ending their conversation despite it not being related to anything OD does. Its my turn, I tell him whats going on and he directs me to the shelf with finished documents. Its not there. I come back he asks for my name and then moves on to the next customer. I sit there while he starts another irrelevant conversation with the next 2 clients. Finally he hops on his computer and checks on my order to find that he never even started it I guess? It took 10 seconds to print it and hand it to me. Thats all my visit should have been but instead I had to sort through two whole conversations he had with other customers before getting the order I placed at 11am... Do not recommend.
The manager, Brianna, (located on N Church) went above and beyond to assist me with a missing/lost package from FedEx. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and we were able to locate the package after several days of issues! I appreciate her help and thoughtfulness!
This store was clean and well stocked. The customer service was good and my overall experience was. Positive
Before I start I really wish I had gotten this persons name.. This office depot use to be the place to go for your printing needs. Now, some of the employees working in the print section are the RUDEST people I have ever had to deal with. One of the managers there told me he didnt know how to fix a poster size print, that THEY messed up. Said that he doesnt have the resources, or equipment. Also said he doesnt have the knowledge or know how to print photos. If thats the case, why in the world would he be working behind the desk of the printing department? I have heard him have the worse attitude with everyone. Total b.s. He has the nastiest attitude and started raising his voice when I was being extremely polite. When I told him that I really needed the picture fixed because its for my kids graduation he just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and said, so, then literally told me, then go to a different store. The nicest employee working the print department there is Mr.Greg. Go to a different Office depot. They will mess up your prints and then yell when you tell them, and ask them To fix it. 10:20 on 4/15.

Visit other locations, TERRIBLE customer service, especially at print service desk! I went in today to simply have some documents printed out and I stood at the counter as the attending associate carried out a conversation with who seemed to be the manager on duty. I respectfully let them finish the conversation as I overheard the associate be told “you don’t have to empty the trash, someone is already working on it”. The associate then proceeds to leave the counter without a greeting or acknowledging me to follow around the associate already working on pulling trash and does nothing. During this transition, another customer who entered the store but was NOT in line came to the service desk and incorrectly entered the line beside me as I waited, but with me already standing at the register previously alone I figured it wouldn’t be an issue. The associate then sees a line starting to develop and she returns and asks “How may I help you today?” The customer who approached the desk after me ceded the way to me and as I stepped up to talk, the associate said to the customer after me “what can I help you with?” while I was still talking and she says “this customer was here first” which was incorrect. During the whole exchange, I didn’t receive any greeting, a request to wait to be assisted, I didn’t even get any eye contact when I was rudely cut off when she spoke to me. I just walked out the store and headed to another location nearby. Luckily I was assisted by who seemed to be an area manager at the next store (who was able to assist another customer AND myself simultaneously with no issue and the UTMOST respect) and as I was informing him of my issue with the Church st. location, the customer nearby who overheard me says “I don’t go there either, it’s always something like that going on over there” yikes. Although that’s the nearest location since my usual one recently closed, I’ll gladly travel the extra distance to avoid that bottom of the barrel customer service in the future. I definitely would’ve looked up the customer service number and called this in if I had happened to catch the name tag she was wearing but apparently this location has a reputation for complaints as the manager I spoke with informed me he knew exactly who to talk to in order to address this complaint. I never would’ve received this from my old location!
I wanted to give a Special Shout out to Greg who works in the Print Shop at this Office Depot. I tried to find the manager to let him know How Much I wanted to commend Greg on his service skills. Most people would have been overwhelmed by everything that was happening at the time of my visit. The place was so busy people everywhere at 4pm on a Tuesday. Greg stayed so calm and pleasant working 3 orders at one time. You just dont get service like that anymore. So Thank you Greg!!! Keep up the good work hopefully the people in charge will take note!!!Most Grateful, Joyce
Amazing staff with a sense of urgency and strong professional personalities.No matter what I come to him with..Jay always handles my business card needs.An amazing talent and gifted young asset for Office Depot.Margaret is always courteous and extremely well educated on any computer and/or accessory. Never once was she pushy which makes her a dangerous saleslady and asset for the store or any company.Angel can be found cashiering/filling in behind the print desk or helping any customer in an above and beyond fashion. Talk about a personality and powerhouse. Her impeccable knowledge on the layout of the store/products/special offers just about meets her charm. Just about.And last but, never least Leslie runs a heck of an operation and is always happy to help in any and every way. Never complaining when it is unbearably busy but, rather greets each customer with a warm smile and remarkable service.Amazing people and superior customer service.What else could you want?
Went in for a photo printing and was completely lost. Amea helped me out tremendously! She was efficient, patient, and charming. Will be returning for more photos prints!
Self Service Copying/Fax/Printing/Scanning Machines were all down and not working. I wanted to photocopy 12 pages and they were asking for minimum of $2.50 to do 12 pages behind the counter. That is ridiculous. You might as well close the store down because you cant make money off me

Great copy center. I was able to forward my print job to their email address in advance. When I got there they printed it for me. Post office and Fed Ex drop off. A bit more expensive than other office supply stores but a great store.
Just had the best experience here! Ordered a desk online to work from home and it was ready the next morning. Once I arrived at the store to pick up I was assisted within minutes and was out of the store in no time! Thank you guys :)
When there 2 times first they give me the wrong size print after trying 5 times. The next day when back they said the printer was done. When online did in 3 minutes and the right size print was shipped to me. I think the employees have no idea how to work the printer. They could understand file format.
Use someone else for your banners. I placed an order online. The print was finished on time and the print quality was good. However, the banner was cut crooked, 2 1/2 difference between sides. I called the store and they asked me to bring the banner back in. The associate said she had to cut it by had and she thought it was fairly straight. She did reprint the banner at no cost.
I met one of the best helper I have had in an Office Depot. His name Is Greg in the office solutions and printing section. I will always seek him when I next need anything in his section.Many thanks for having him on hand.
This is a great location with an amazing leadership team.I had a problem with a chair and mentioned the problems I had working with the manufacturer for a replacement part in a survey I received. The next morning, the store manager (Joe) reached out to me and offered to replace the whole thing. I waited a day or two to give the manufacturer a fair chance, but then decided to take him up on the offer.The assistant manager was there when I came in (Leslie) and was already familiar with the situation, as soon as I mentioned “chair.” She was so kind and offered to have one of their team members assemble it for me because I was nervous about getting one of the same kind. It was ready the next morning and Joe called to let me know.You can tell they take a lot of pride in their store and serving their customers, and they work together as a great team!
I talked with a very sweet young woman, and after 40 minutes of waiting, my prints could not complete. I had to head to a different location, and hopefully theyll be able to assist.Great customer support, terrible computers; they should get some upgraded equipment to be able to compete their jobs.

This location is the absolute worst for printing. Theyre ridiculously slow and the prices are not even worth the wait. They only have one person in the back working and I still dont understand why it took me an half hour-hour just to print some business cards. I basically wouldve had to clear my entire day just to come here. Then, the guy behind the counter was so kind to let me know that I may have to wait because there were other people waiting 4-5 days for stuff. That is not my problem or my concern. Why should it take 4-5 days to print something anyway?? This is not my first run in with them but I can guarantee it is the LASSSTTT!!!! NEVER AGAIN! Theyre too damn slow and uninformed. Avoid them for printing. Save yourself the headache and go print your items elsewhere

I love Office Depot they are very helpful the staff is very friendly I go in there two to three times a week and Im satisfied every time they make you feel important every time I would advise everyone to go there on Church Street

Horrible customer service. I should get half of their checks since I was doing their job🙄 An older woman needed help with the copy machine and they all (at least 5 employees) acted as if she wasn’t even there while they stood around doing nothing. Everybody that was clocked in June 8th 2019 between 12-1pm needs training.
On Saturday morning I arrived wanted some programs printed the employees felt that what they were doing which was making a note book whs more important than a printed program he told me to come back in an hour he did have time right then I let him know I am a regular customer they never make me wait he seems as if he didn’t know what he was doing so my printed copies was not important to him I have a lot of trust in Office Depot because they have always been there when my business needed something printed I must say they have lost our business on that morning I took my business to fedex and they did a great job The employees need to too do better or they need to if another job
Been standing in line for 25 minutes. There was one person in front of me when I got here and there still is. Theres no one working here and the only person thats here is very slow.

My experience was the worst. They dont even deserve 1 star. Barry the store manager talked over me and cut me off a plethora of times. So rude and unprofessional...ive been a loyal customer spending lots of money here often and never recieved such terrible service. They will not get anymore of my service. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Slow and rude workers. Chewing food with mouth and very unprofessional. Ordered a small item online came to pick it up and they acted like it was a big deal to just scan it in and give it to me. Next time Ill go to another office store and shop off the shelf. Wow what an experience!
