I would give zero stars if I could!! I spent two hours trying to CALL this CVS a couple of weeks ago to resolve a prescription problem (it turns out the prescription wasn’t the problem, but this CVS’ pharmacy staff was the problem). Also, their drive through pharmacy TAKES FOREVER!!!
I made an appointment for my Covid vaccine. Arrived on time and checked-in via phone per the text message. Finally got the shot almost 40 mins after my appt time. I was placed on the list behind the last walk-in -- apparently walk-ins get same priority as appointments. Very frustrating.
I work in customer service & always give the benefit of the doubt / several tries before making judgement but this place needs to get it together. Every time I go there my medication isn’t ready… Even though i’ll receive notification via text my refills are ready for pickup. I literally have gone 3- 4 times for it either to not be ready or to have to call my doctor to resend a script. I finally gave up and moved to Walgreens in summerfield. Worth the extra 5 minute drive.. Not sure if it’s a training issue with employees or what.
