Mari is one of the best people Ive ever encountered in my life she helped me save money and cleaned the coffee I spilled. Id been suffering with some nerve damage and she doesnt know how much that helped me in my spirit that day. Please give her some type of recognition!

Worst MTO Food From Sheetz I Have Ever Ordered !!! Everything I Ordered Was SOAKED IN GREASE AND TASTED LIKE STRAIGHT GREASE IT WAS VERY AWFUL !!!

This Sheetz used to be a great place to stop and grab a bite to eat. After COVID you can tell they do not care anymore. Every time Ive been in the last five visits in a row I have received the wrong order and not what I have paid for. If the order wasnt incorrect the staff was rude or unprofessional. Sheetz corporate needs to come in and assess the situation and revamp training or add monitoring of the employees. This is not cool. I ordered a turkey melt this evening and received a pepperoni pizza Rollie. Which is much cheaper than what I ordered. I tried to call their store and complain but no one answered the phone as it rang for about ten minutes. So here I am, I hope my voice is heard and I really hope someone does something. If not I will just contact corporate myself. I expect better from this establishment.

Its become a running joke between my roommate and I. Dont go to sheetz thet wont have it Every single time I go here theyre out of whatever I want. Meatballs. Pimento cheese. Ice cream. You want it. They dont got it. Final straw: I ordered a grilled cheese. Cheese isnt even melted. What happened? I called their customer service line. They dont care either have you tried asking for another sandwich? What? Try hiring people who can tell the difference between melted and unmelted cheese! Why is it my responsibility to open my wrapped grilled cheese in the middle of a covid infested public area to make sure your employees made the bread hot enough to melt the cheese? They cut the sandwich. They can see the bread is not brown and the cheese is not melted.

Been my sheetz for yrs but today never seen so much unorder. Items were all over counters and on top of Iles, counters were dirty with spills spilt items....not their a line up

Nice gas station they have a lot of different things to offer and customer service is good.

Drive through is comically slow. Took me 30 minutes to get a milkshake with only 1 person ahead of me.

This is a horrible location I places my food order at 12:45 I was told it would be 30 mins I agreed now it is currently 1:56 and my food hasn’t been started and everybody around me has there food already never again will I stop here and manager on duty has an attitude because she didn’t have my food ready sheetz better get better staff over here before this location gets closed down

Just FYI, the best sheetz atm to use is the one on Spring Garden! Some of them actually have a fee, Sheetz on spring garden does not! And you can withdraw different amounts than other atms! Plus this sheetz isnt too crowded

The reason Ill approve of this establishment. Is because it has a dinning section. Somewhere inside you can sit down at. A deal breaker to me for Sheetz. Wheres your continuity at you order food and may be a drink. You decide you wanna sit down, but you cant inside. This is what separates a legit Sheetz from just having one.

Long wait time for the food, what is the hold up? Barely any customers.

I usually really enjoy going to this sheetz. Most of the staff is friendly and the food is typically correct. The last few times I’ve been my food has not only been incorrect but sloppily prepared. A sandwich isn’t rocket science....most of my sandwich was hanging out of the bread and it’s like they wrapped it open faced. There are several younger ladies that work there that seem to have some. I know food service isn’t necessarily your passion. I Work two jobs and I don’t find either of them to be fulfilling for a lifetime. But customer service is right next to cleanliness in food service. I try to treat my customers as if I were fixing something for someone I care about. At the very least I try to make them feel like their food experience matters because they ARE paying for it. And I know when I eat out I expect the same service for myself. So with that being said....the customer service and the overall attitudes need some serious improvement because it’s really not cute.

Great customer service! Great selection of items and brands. This is a real convenience store. Needed items are at or near the front of the store. The ATM is in front of the register not in some corner of the store. This is a great place!

I made a promise to myself as a child, that I would never eat anything that was prepared at a gas station. I stayed true to this promise until Sheetz invaded North Carolina. This place is my guilty pleasure. I hate that I love the wings so much, and their fries are just so good. While Im keeping it 100, I should mention that you can get (and should get) diet Mt. Dew infused with Red Bull.

Sheetz is the best place to go for gas deals and late night snacks.

Terrible. . I filled up with gas and could not wash my windshield, all the buckets were completely dry so its not like someone just used the last of it and I went inside and told a lady at the register and she acted like she did not give 2 cents. Went to use the rest room and it had water in the floor. I purchased a wash for my Tahoe and the open lights at the wash are half burned out. Not ragging on Sheetz because I really like the brand and most stores are awesome but not this one. . Shape up or ship out store manager. ..

This sheetz is one of my favorite that Ive ever been to. The friendliness of the staff the freshness of the food not to mention how delectable those frozen smoothies are, this Sheetz seems to be A Cut Above the Rest. Its the air machine actually worked I would have given them 5 stars

Was early for a Saturday am. Looked as though night shift forgot to clean up and day shift....which consisted of 2 people; were left to double time it or let it get worse. To say the least, with the line of people in the store, it didnt seem as tho it would get much better.

I ordered 2 oreo milkshakes with specific ingredients that this sheetz just would not get right. Ridiculous.

I had to ask for the location of the ice dispensers button 😅 It was some transparent piece of plexiglass that I never guessed it was!! Crazy

I still think that Sheetz has some of the best fast food out there! Id put their food up against any other fast food restaurant! Drive thru is a little slow, but normally not too bad!

Okay I go here all the time just for their milkshakes. Their milkshakes and servers and the best. And Ive never personally been to their pharmacy drive thru but I heard they work fast and it stays open 24/7 for everyone who needs their medicine.

Absolutely the worst place to go for a coffee drink or the atomic chicken sandwich!! I saw the gentleman put his MOUTH on the espresso packet to open it. I approached the manager and she acted like it was no big deal. She asked if she could make me a new one and I said “yes please”. As I was waiting the guy that used this teeth on the silver packet approached me to let me know he didn’t use his teeth. Of course I said “probably because the lady that handed us our sandwich said they are right behind us”. I told him what he was “doing” to do wasn’t acceptable even though I watched the entire thing and he put his nasty lips and saliva on my product and then denied it. Also, the atomic chicken sandwich has my boyfriend in the bathroom for the last hour. He has it coming out of both ends so I I’m assuming it’s food poisoning. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO STEP IT UP! Completely ridiculous for $9.61 of food and drink when you get this type of service and product. I’m calling the health department first thing tomorrow morning (it’s Sunday). Save yourself the trouble. Get a cold Starbucks drink out of the cooler and a slim Jim with cheese along with some chips. Worst. Place. Ever.

I love Sheetz coffee. Went in to get some it poured like tea. I tried to make it anyway and as soon as I put in any cream it turned extremely pale. Needless to say it was weak. Not just one but all of them. I had a long day spending 8 hours in the hospital with my daughter.(she broke her arms poor thing) The manager told me it was just made and it was fine. He clearly isnt a coffee drinker. I gave him a look. He responded with I can remake it but it will just be the same. He didnt even try to fix it. Such a shame.

Sat here for forty minutes (literally) waiting on two drinks. We watched them fill countless orders before getting to ours, though we had been waiting before most people even came in. There were 3 employees working and they never got around to it because nobody wanted to refill the ice and kept passing the job off. When we FINALLY got our drinks, there was sauce all over the outside of our cups which would be understandable except that it was sauce for food, not what they mix into the drinks (we ordered a coffee and a milkshake.)On top of that, all the employees were clearly annoyed with the fact they were at work, throwing curse words around in front of us and just general complaints. I get that everyone’s job sucks sometimes, but try to keep it a little professional at least.

Literally a great experience EVERYTIME I go! Superb customer service, no matter what time I arrive.

This is the only sheetz in alamance country I go to anymore . My Girlfriend and I got feed up with alamance rd. (Hwy 62) and Main St (hwy 87) locations . The coffee bar was filthy . The creamer, half and half, whole milk, splenda and sugar are constantly empty . At alamance rd. Sheetz I would tell them when stuff needed refilling. It seemed like they were draging their feet in hopes I would just leave. Often I would after waiting for 10 mins . Then I would come back the next morning to find the same products empty. More than likely never changed . Other times I felt like they would just tell me they had no more in storage . I finally bit the bullet and decided no more . Now we go to Maple Ave . (Hwy 49 ) location every morning sometimes twice a day . It is inconvenient but the difference in service is night and day. This is the best of all 4 locations in alamance and from what Ive seen its probably the best in the triad . Maybe even all of NC. The staff are very professional, respectfull and hard working . The managers are great especially the one we deal with that works the morning / day shift. Maple ave sheetz is deserving of all 5 stars . The cleanliness of the store, the helpful, hard working and friendly staff have earned this customers loyalty and respect.
