I will be using The Pack-N-Post for all of my future shipping needs without hesitation!!! After being turned away from a national brand that was not willing/able to assist me with returning a large rug- the gentleman at The Pack-N-Post was the MOST accommodating, pleasant, efficient!! I was in and out in less than 2 minutes and was ecstatic at he overall experience. To others who I have written that the business is warm, welcoming etc I agree! No reason not to use this business!!

Conveniently located, The Pack-N-Post, offers mailing, shipping, and myriad other services. Above all this, the customer service is excellent. Jordan and his team are patient, knowledgeable and kind. Instead of walking into a loud, dusty building, I was greeted by smooth jazz, on the radio and welcoming surroundings. I was expecting something more like an actual post-office-type environment and was pleasantly surprised by the laid-back atmosphere. Although the atmosphere may be laid-back, the staff is competent and hardworking. If a member of the staff doesnt know the answer to your question, sure enough, another one will. They take their time with customers and make sure youre equipped with the information you need. This is a great place to do business.

Really like it here, friendly local place to send packages. Only they do not accept drop offs for UPS so remember that. Fun selection of funny greeting cards to send. Also selection of candy for your sweet tooth.

I do A LOT of online selling. (Reverb and eBay) I love the Pack-n-Post b/c its on my way home from work and I can easily pop in and drop my stuff off. Staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. What I REALLY like is if I am waiting in line and they notice I already have printed labels on my boxes they will ask me if thats the case and then just take them. All while working with the other customer.Some other places just let you stand there and wait even though its not necessary.

I own a small business and am at the post office at least twice per week. The service at Pack-N-Post is absolutely unmatched! Tyler is typically the associate who assists me and he is fantastic & so sweet! I highly recommend doing business here, miles upon miles better than going to a regular USPS or FedEx.

Priority mail sent to a box at this place was lost by employees at the Pack-n-post. USPS tracked the package and said GPS put it at the dock at this place yet the employees cant find it anywhere. The manager of this place is a joke - he could care less about his customers. When I complained, all he did is say oh well. I cancelled my box, which I paid over $100 for 6 months, yet only used it for about a month. Even though they lost the package, they refused to offer any refund of the money already paid. This is how they make a profit - by hurting customers?? Terrible customer service.

I have been dropping off Fedex and DHL packages at this store for several years. Typically I take them in the front door to the counter, but if the boxes are unusually heavy or large, I drop them off on the dock at the back of the store. I ring the outside bell and an employee will come out with a hand truck to take the packages inside.Today however I had a very different experience. I had 3 packages, two of which were large and heavy. I unloaded them on the dock and then a tall gentleman with glasses (the manager?) came out the door. I asked him if he could take the boxes inside or could he send someone out for them. He replied that he couldnt have his employees picking up boxes on the dock and that I had to take them inside to the counter.I said, Well I have a bad back and leg but if he insisted Id take them around front. He turned around and said, Just get out of here, just get out of here. I said, No problem and put the boxes back in my car and left.I couldnt believe how rude and inconsiderate this guy was. If I treated my customers this way, Id be out of business. Maybe he was having a bad day, but thats still no reason to be disrespectful.
