I like shopping here because the store is organized I dont have to worry about tripping over extra boxes of merchandise, its less crowded when I just want to make a quick stop and pick up something which I can usually find at In Mode.

Everything compact..was easy to find stuff and they had sale on a few items...customer service need to be better though

Dollar tree has better products than they do!! To make their sales final, they use the lousy no return policy due to covid for over a year straight.

I can maneuver around the store easily isle not overflowing with merchandise that you can trip over and seldom real busy, has reasonable prices.

I havent been to this supply store in a while until today and I see that there was no change from my last visit. There is nothing worse than being micromanaged while you are shopping. It makes it uncomfortable for those of us who are NOT shoplifters. I have over 20 years experience in retail and NEVER have I hovered over a customer while they were shopping. Neiman Marcus service is truly a thing of the past! I see the other reviews that this business prices may be good but I would rather pay more and travel further to be respected. In Mode... at least have some discretion about how you monitor your customers without hovering!!! Jesus be a white picket fence!!!

Most beauty supply stores have horrible customer service however my experience here has always been great. Of course they are watching you, just like in every other beauty supply store (cameras everywhere and a large screen they watch customers on at the checkout counter) but they at least offer help and acknowledge you with a decent attitude. The only beauty supply store I go to

Very rude! I was looking at the human hair that’s behind the counter (I was not in no way shape or form behind the counter) and one of the Asian women blocked my view and said tell me what color you need and kept cutting me off like she thought I was going to steal or something when I tried to explain to her by pointing at it. I’ve been going to this store for close to 10 years and when other people told me how the acted I’ve never experienced it till now I won’t be returning I would highly recommend beauty world on Bessemer and divas on randleman (highly recommended) The lady that owns diva has also know me since I was a teenager and I’m 27 she has always been nice and remembers me even though I live out of state now and visits rarely but when I stop by it’s nothing but great service!

They have the best prices and the best customer service around town. May I add that theyre kid friendly for sure!

The owner is very friendly. He and his staff is always very helpful. The pricing and availability of the products is always a plus. Shop here for your hair care needs in the future.

At first I thought they were pretty decent until I needed help. They are ridiculously rude. Woman told me I could return item if it was wrong but next day the man said no refund smh. I will no longer give them my services or money. I would not dare recommend this beauty supply store because who wants to be watched like a hawk while shopping. Anyways, if you consider going here, please reconsider because just 0.2 miles up the road is another beauty supply store that is great.

Horrible store.........RUDE STAFF. Kicked out a lady that needed to have a service dog with her. Other hair stores in not a problem but they literally kicked this lady out never go here. What if she would have had a seizure in the store

Way too many catty asian women standing in the middle of the floor not doing anything. I didnt know if I was at hibachi buffet or a hair supply store. It was my first and last time going there.. i didnt even give them a penny. Take your money elsewhere ladies.

This establishment has horrible customer service. I handed the cashier lady my card to pay for my items and explained to her I would like change for a twenty that I also handed her. She acted like she didnt understand me and took my money for the transaction. When i asked for her to redo the transaction they all acted like they couldnt speak english when i know Damn well they all can. ILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.
