We ordered the turkey ice cream (cake) and picked it up yesterday. The turkey was a lot smaller than it looks in the pic. Also didnt quite look like the picture, it was wider and not as high in the middle as the pic. Very disappointed after paying almost $30. Also, no way it will feed the number claimed, unless each person only takes 1/2 of a cup. Last time I order one. Of course their ice cream is always good.

Took the kiddos here for scoops of ice cream. So many flavors and the staff were kind, helpful, and patient. Delicious ice cream too!

Went in to get my cappuccino ice cream and another customer came in without his mask. The attendant quietly asked him to leave and get his mask before ordering. I really appreciate this!

I love this location. The girls are friendly, fast and consistent with customer care. They have 3 freezers with flavors. At least 32 flavors like the old school baskin Robbins shops. Also, my favorite strawberry cheesecake is almost always here too!

Online says open at 11 walked in 11 45 and was told we do not open to 12 can you wait 15 minutes. Had to contend with screaming toddler due to this fun times!

I went to this location today with my husband and 3 year old. While there, my 3 year old told me that she needed to use the restroom. I saw a sign saying “employees only” and politely informed the employees working that I could see that there is no public restroom, but asked if they would allow my daughter to use their employee restroom since she is young and recently potty trained. The employees unapologetically responded that they do not have an employee restroom and there is no toilet on the premises. I asked what they do when employees have to use the restroom and was told that they have to use the restroom in the pharmacy across the street. I was Pharmacy Manager in this particular pharmacy for 5 years and never once saw a BR employee use those restrooms (restrooms are located directly outside the pharmacy). We rushed our daughter to Walgreens, but she did not make it in time and had in accident. While at the pharmacy, I caught up with some of my old co-workers who also agreed that they never see BR employees using the restrooms there and I had been lied to. My husband returned to BR to request the contact information for the district manager and gave them another chance to be truthful, but they continued lying even after my husband informed him that he works for an architecture/engineering firm that designs similar restaurants and knows it is a violation of OSHA requirements for them not to have one on the property.Tomorrow, the district manager, OSHA, and any other organization in charge of employee and consumer safety we can contact will be made very aware of our experience. These regulations are in place to ensure the safety of others. They cannot continue be allowed to ignore them and putting others in distress and unhealthy situations.

Wonderful! Good ice cream! None of that weird over stuffed trendy mess, or worse, soft serve! Needs better parking though.

Weve loved this little ice cream shop for many years. Its a lively place, but most people are buying their cones and sundaes to go. We took our two year old grandson their yesterday and he had a grand time. He left with chocolate all over his face. Parking is an issue. They share a lot next door at a cigar shop that is not obvious.

Baskin Robins is probably the better ice cream shop in town. This location is vintage, and gives you the more ancient approach. Parking is a mess here but you can always park next door with no issue.

The best choices of ice creams and frozen yogurt variety in town. Additional parking in the rear. Seating inside and out. The ice cream cost a little more but its well worth the trip. Baskin Robbins is my favorite place for ice cream !

Ice Cream! Thats the best about this spot. Parking is very poor. Only 3 places at the stand alone building, so you have to figure out alternative parking in the area.

We asked a nice worker if we could have an Oreo cookie sundae but with mint chocolate chip instead of oreo. So he asked a co-worker (Sam is her name) if they could do that and she says Oreo sundae? in this ughh tone. Instead of listening she just scoops out the Oreo sundae and rings us up. We asked a question, and instead of respecting us or her coworker she rang us up for something we didnt want. I was looking forward to mint chip not Oreo. Im now sadly eating my 6$ sundae that I didnt order because I dont want to waste.

We find Baskin-Robbins to be more than worth the extra dollar or two for premium ice cream! We came in just before closing and there was still plenty of counter available to serve us right away.

Horrible Experience! Rude staff and frost bitten desserts! They refused to refund me for a badly freezer burned dessert and instead made me pick out the same dessert in exchange. I mean, That dessert probably cost $2 to make, but they would rather lose a customer which is going tho cost more in the long run. I will not be back and neither should you!

Absolutely Stingy workers, specifically an Indian worker. I did the bogo ice cream sundae and choose one of scoop ice cream for each sundae. She told me they dont carry whip cream so my sorry sundae tiny ice cream scoop did not even reach the top of the cup, topped only with hot fudge; since she said I was allowed only one topping. It was an extreme RIP OFF and ruined my night.

What a wonderful place to spend a hot summer afternoon! The ice cream is, of course, spectacular, but the real highlight of each trip is conversing with the employees. Theyre all so chatty and friendly, especially that hunk Connor. If I could spend all my time talking with him, you can bet your bottom dollar I would. Hes so personable and cheerful, even when I ask him to scoop me up extra peanut butter and chocolate ice cream (hes deathly allergic to peanuts). Theres no doubt that BR made a good choice hiring that fine young man. He can scoop. He can drizzle. He can sprinkle. He can serve. He can talk. When you pair all that with his stunning looks and gregariousness, its easy to see how Connor is the real deal. My GOD, its as if the good Lord himself bestowed this handsome lad upon the Baskin Robbins in Greensboro, NC. Sometimes, I even get my order wrong because hes lookin like a SNACK, I tell you what. Id put Connor as a topping for my ice cream any day. Hes the (ice) cream of the crop, and let Him most high smite me where I stand if Im lying to you. Do yourselves a favor: go to Greensboros BR. Order some ice cream, and take a good long look at the demigod behind that counter. Take his whole image in. Look at that beautiful face. Those swole arms. Those hands that seem made to scoop ice cream. When youre done, take your ice cream and leave, knowing youre a better person for gazing upon Connor himself, who is the handsomest, most extroverted and friendly individual you will ever meet. Dreadful experience. Walked in and the place smelled disgusting, the entire place smelled like a fart. Service was atrocious as well, we were skipped over in line for personal friends of some kid behind the counter. Needless to say, we walked out and will never be back there again. I work at a group home with adults with disabilities, we just came today, the service was TERRIBLE. The lady got multiple orders wrong. There was no public restroom available, and to top it off, Staff asked for water cups and she gave it from a sink with no ice. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!! TERRIBLE..
