Now if you want to save money this is the store for you. They have everything you could think of and a few things that you dont, but need. I can never go in here and just get one thing. Before I know it my cart is full. lol You can never go wrong shopping Roses! They have those deals honey. They also have cute clothing too! Grandma will be back! lol

Make sure that if your dressed well that you wear your mask. Many employees werent but I was told to as soon as I walked in even tho there many other customers around me that werent wearing any at all. Have been in this store many times. Today was not the first occurrence. Other roses stores are lovely tho.

I will never be going back here i came here because it was quick and convenient but i believe his name is shemar tall with dreads he yelled at me because he couldn’t hear me when i said i was fine when he asked how i was he said huh loud twice and so oh alright i didn’t hear you and he didn’t scan my items until he heard me . i will definitely be calling somebody about this because it’s not the first time something like this has happened. this store needs to be shut down COMPLETELY poor employees poor management and nothing is ever stocked !! worst store i’ve ever been too and they don’t disinfect anything between customers seems like covid the covid precautions on the website mean nothing to them lazy workers rude managers

Always a mess and only 1 or 2 registers open at best.

Closses to early sometimes workers get to mad when price is asked workers get annoyed lines to long only 1 person working in register

I found great sales on my visit yesterday. This location is always well stocked and seems to have great sales weekly. The employees are always polite and helpful. The store is always clean also. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at in Greensboro, NC.

Wasnt impressed with their womens clothing selection. Its all size large and up. I saw two pieces of medium clothing and absolutely no small. Prices arent bad at all, just need to cater to every body type

Worst place to ever work! The micro management system is insane. Workers have to track and write down their work on 3x5 index cards. Any other department store use Bluebirds. What really bakes the cake is employees have to jot down when they go to the bathroom or get stopped by a customer in the midst of working. Some of the workers are very “Urban” and it shows in their personalities.

This store is hit or miss...if you know what your looking for. The prices are decent and good plants and flowers

OMGOSH! This place is filled with unprofessional employees. No customer service at all! I visited this Roses on the night of 10/13/16. My husband and I come to this store for small inexpensive items and for the convenience. Usually the employees arent great with customer service but I have never seen anything like this night we went... We asked a gentleman for a item and where it was located, he politely showed us and we was on our way. Once we got to the check out there were 2 females; One was talking on the store phone, the other doing some sort of paperwork. My husband and I stood there for 2 min until I decided to ask out loud Are one of you open for checkout? The girl who was doing the the paperwork walked away, and the female who was on the phone hand gestured for us to move forward. I didnt say anything about her being on the phone, I thought to myself Maybe its a customer or another store she is talking to, she cant possibly be this rude She begin to ring up our items, still talking on the phone! Talking to her boyfriend about what they were gonna do tonight, what they were going to eat, who he was around, and how funny and silly he is. Me and my husband was in AWE! I couldnt believe it, she didnt tell me my total, but instead pointed to the register. My husband paid her and received our change she then handed over our bag, while still talking to her boyfriend, and said Have a good night. We looked at her with such disgust and walked out! Unprofessional, Rude, No Customer Service, and Un Polite! Roses really needs to hire better representation to be the Front of their Face! I understand people that dont want to work there, but my thing is No one forced you to take that job! Be professional at a job that requires it or work in a wear house where you can be alone. Horrible experience and my family and I will not be back.

I like the store But the casher was rude and wanted me to check my bag . I have been in the store be for and no body has ask to check my bag. I will never go to the store again.☹🤬
