OMGGGGGG, just go with your gut because you wont be wrong. We got powder and glaze, didnt know they are cooked fresh to order. We got in the car and DEMOLISHED them....you cant go everyday or maybe you can, your treat....but we cant wait to stop by again.

Walked in at 4 on a Saturday and ordered immediately. Really tasty and reasonable ($13.99 a dozen). Customer service was awesome as well! I didnt like the pumpkin as it tasted like pumpkin from a can, but that was just personal preference. Also, they are coming soon to High Point!

My family and I came in early this morning as brand new customers to Duck Donuts. Weve been hearing great things about this place, so decided to give it a try. We were welcomed with huge smiles and excitement. Weve never felt more welcomed. The manager gave us a great tutorial of how it all works, which was nice. She gladly made our half dozen with swiftness and precision. Definitely will come back.

We are new in town and a lot of our coworkers mentioned Duck Donuts and we decided to go check them out. The place is clean, the attention was great and fast and you can literally see the donuts being made right next to you. The menu is very simple but allows you to combine the toppings and glazes....Yum! And even thought its not your typical donut as it is a little cakey for me they were delicious 🙃 Really fresh... Try the blueberry glazed with Oreo crumbs and hot fudge 😱 to die for!!! Thank you and we will be back soon.

I showed up at 750 on a Friday morning for a dozen donuts for work. I was told 1/2 the store had electrical problems and wouldnt turn on when the young lady arrived but was up now, however it would be a while. I said no problem. My donuts we ready by 810 which is why Im giving them 2 stars. The donuts were in no way fresh. There is no way the donuts I received Friday morning were made Friday morning. They were dry and harder than expected. I was extremely disappointed and even more disappointed when after the event I was left with 6 1/2 donuts. I wasn the only one who didnt think they were fresh. I wish I could get my money back honestly but I dont live in Greensboro, I just work there.

Did not realize they close at 5pm on some days. I arrived a little after 5pm, just as they were locking the door, but they still offered to take my order. As always, the donut and coffee hit the spot! Great customer service and product.

A really YUMMY donut! They are very busy in the evening. They do take call in orders but they ask for a credit card. Im not really pleased about that. My husband is a trainer at the Post Office and he likes to take these as a treat. He pays cash so its a terrible inconvenience for him to have to go out of the way to get these and then wait 10-20 mins for them to make them.On a normal trip they are definitely worth the wait! We ate the whole box before I realized I hadnt taken a picture! We got an assortment. The one pictured is powdered 😋.

I was headed to an Italian bakery. My sister said try Duck Donuts. So l did, two them, glazed. Donuts were hot, soft, good consistency, flavorful, sweet, and smelled simply wonderful! Those donuts truly made me happy and well worth the turnaround!

Duck Donuts is a nice shop with a good variety of donuts and other items. It is unfortunately an expensive shop if someone wanted to buy a dozen donuts or even a half dozen. Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts are a much better value for the money.

I don’t usually leave reviews but today when I came to get donuts today, I was impressed with how exceptionally clean it was as well as the way I was taken care of. The manager on duty, Eric I believe, took such amazing care of us and the donuts came out beautifully! there were only 2 people working but everything came out super quick. They were beautifully topped and so warm, (try the blueberry pancake donut, you won’t regret it) I will definitely be coming back for more delicious donuts! Thank you duck donuts!

This was only my second time visiting a Ducks. The donuts did not disappoint! I was very surprised, however, at the lack of employees at this location. There was a steady flow of customers and the young man working needed some help. He appeared to be doing everything by himself. He still kept calm and did a great job managing it all. He was nice and friendly.

I went to duck donuts with my parents and the donuts were so good I love the marshmallow cream topping I’m so excited to go back when I go to college in the fall.

Delicious donuts in so many flavors, it makes it hard to decide which you can leave without! They are best eaten there-- or soon after, so its better to get only enough for a couple of days, at most-- which was a problem for me, as I was about to travel 40 miles back home! Both ladies I spoke with who were working that day.. were very efficient, courteous, friendly & helpful-- as this was my 1st visit.

I come to here every other Sunday.. Let me tell you, this place is amazing. Your always treated like family. My favorite is the blueberry pancake with coconut😋I do recommend this place to everyone!! The Staff is friendly, the place is always clean. THE DONUTS ARE ALWAYS FRESH

Not a fan of cake donuts, but really love the donuts here. The maple bacon are the best!!!! Try them if you havent already. I promise you will not be disappointed in the donuts, service or selection of flavors. Havent tried the coffee but look forward to trying it out as well.

Im from Virginia and I love the Duck Donuts there. I think this one is even better. There are so many options, but the staff is great at helping you decide. And what I really like is their honesty. Each staff member gives there honest opinion. Ive even had two of them with different opinions tell me why they liked or didnt like certain options. I feel that level of honesty is great because most places steer you towards something there pushing a little extra that month, or whats more expensive. And you never hear them say something they dont like. Here they tell the truth and are very helpful, and they get excited whenever someone says its their first time.

Well worth the wait! Though it may take awhile for your order to be filled if ordering more than one or two things, the fact that they use vanilla cake Donuts that are made fresh and then top them to your liking makes the wait worth it every time. The restaurant is clean, the staff is courteous, and the food is incredible. Highly recommended!

Maple, bacon, salted caramel. Thats enough!...This place is awesome. Made fresh to order. You choose your toppings! AND you dont have to get coffee with the combo you can get bottled water. It is very inexpensive.

A friend took us to try them while we were in the area for vacation. Donuts were made to order and delicious. We couldnt help but get one of their maple bacon donuts to try. It was amazing and very rich... we were glad we had gotten just one to share ☺

Place is so good. Maple with bacon is on point. So is maple with Oreo. Fudge is good too. Try em all. Just be prepared for a wait b/c there are usually a lot of people ordering at same time. Weekends and off work hours are generally the busiest.

This place is amazing! After the duck donut food truck parked for a day in front of my pizza hut. We traded pizza for donut and it was amazing! Me and my emplyees fell inlove!!!Brought my wife all the way from thomasville.( yes I know that there is one in high point )(( Greensboro is better ))We ordered 6 donuts all came out in a timely fashion. I got a chocolate madness sundaeAnd it was amazing. Staff was great smiling greeted up and helped us with our first in-store visit!!!

The donuts are amazing! The staff is very friendly. They also have breakfast sandwiches which the original in Duck, NC does not.The music was so loud that the cashier even asked us to move to another register so we could all hear each other. Other than that, the store was great.One of our 6 donuts was made with vanilla instead of lemon. That seems to be a rarity and not the norm for this place.I recommend it! We will definitely be back.

I had my first duck donuts experience about a week ago. Everyone I knew raved about the maple bacon donut. They neglected to say that every donut is incredible AND MADE TO ORDER! Its a fun atmosphere and Im definitely going to make that my main donut spot

After buying a dozen for my children and not receive one, I decided to finally go and buy something for breakfast. I was very hesitant on the maple bacon but after being convinced by the very friendly staff and my daughter I bought into it and went back again this morning. The donuts are wonderful and the staff is great as well.
