This is a great pawn shop. It’s the best one on this side of town. They have the most experienced staff with a broad range of knowledge. The prices are fair and what’s great about it is, they will negotiate almost all prices. I can’t imagine why anyone would complain or write a bad review about this place. Probably bitter customers who came in and wanted something for NOTHING. I HIGHLY recommend this pawnshop. Jamie, Tasha, Kim and Steve are amazing!

This shop is awesome! I’ve been a customer with them for over a year. Every time I visit, I’m always greeted with a smiling face. Kim and Jamie are very sweet ladies. All of the employees here are very nice, helpful, and informative. If your looking for a trustworthy pawn shop, this is it!!

Im reading the comments and Im not sure if they been to the same pawn shop but the worst experience ever and I have been there many times. Never have I ever experienced as much rudeness from some people that need to reevaluate their attitudes and career choice. I will never come back to this place for anything not even a look or a second of a thought. I wish I could give negative stars

I aways enjoy coming here. The staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful. I can count on them to not only be there when I need them for a loan, they also let me know when something Im interested in is coming available. Great deals from Tasha and Steve!

This new management and staff is much more professional. And OMG can you say efficient! Every time I come in I’m able to handle my business and get in and out quickly which is everything. I hate waiting in long lines and someone there is always prepared to help. They ask if I need help before I need help which I appreciate that level of customer focus. The manager Jamie is just awesome to work with. I ask for her or the assistant every single time because I know I’m going to be understood and given good service and quickly. As long as this staff is there, unlike the old management, these girls will keep me coming back. The older gentleman is sweet as well. I suggest to anyone I know and don’t know to use this pawn shop. They will take care of you there and give you a fair deal, they even explain the deal and why which is helpful. They truly do do the best they can for you. Oh! And they always call when it’s getting close to me needing to pay which my memory needs! I just can’t say enough. I go at least every two weeks. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I’ve been coming to this shop for a while. It has gotten better with time. Now the store is under new management and it shows. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t have much merchandise left due to COVID but they still give the most money for loans which is what keeps me coming back.

I came in to look around and the atmosphere was very pleasant and Jamie was so helpful as I asked her a million questions. This will definitely be my go to pawn shop because of excellent customer service!!

Clean organized store and Jamie is a great saleswoman very knowledgeable on all the products in her store. I will definitely be back to visit this store and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I was looking for a Sony game system in good shape. This pawn shop has great customer service. They also helped me with a game. The rep tested out system before leaving I left and even gave me a 15 day warranty. The female stuff was very helpful. I will be back.

Worst customer service experience waited to be seen for 20 min no one in line the girl at counter was on and off phone waited until line was long to say get in line just so I could tell her bracelet I wanted when l knew what I was buying wow just cant get over how long before she she address me and my co workers who was also buying

Very nice and will work with. People to drop prices if the item has been there for a while. Loans are usually set for most items that a person needs to borrow.

Least favorite pawnshop, always and quick to brush you off.will make you feel more of a bother than a customer. If you have to do cash America pawnshop avoid this one. Try high point Rd location
