Anne and the team at Scottish Gourmet are first-class. We recently worked with them for a Scottish themed virtual experience for over 100 attendees and everything arrived not only on time, but in outstanding condition (with some items coming directly from Scotland!! And clearing customs with no delay or damages!). We were constantly kept in the loop with all communication and updates. Very thorough. I cant recommend Scottish Gourmet more and am so happy to have found them for this project!

Placed order, supposedly it was delivered. Went to get it, it wasn’t there. They had me go next door to chase it down, but was there. Called back, now unwilling to do anything until the hear back from UPS. They called me back said I have to chase this package down and are unwilling to help. Needless to say WILL NEVER order from again and will have to dispute the charge with credit card. I will let as many people as I can know about this experience and tell them not order from this company.

Their products are of the highest quality. When they ship items they are packaged incredibly well. They take time to make sure each order, no matter the size, is beyond expectations. They have a great selection, and ship quickly. I love this store!

Man such a cool place! If you want traditional Scottish food, or as close as you can get to it, you’re in luck.I am lucky enough to live in Jamestown, NC - a stone toss from this awesome mom and pop Scottish grocer and small novelty retailer who specializes in goodies such as meat pies (oh my gosh - new favorite), haggis (their own blend they partnered to make as authentic as possible), white pudding, black pudding, etc.We didn’t buy anything else, but they folks here were very kind and even had a sweet little shop helper (boarder collie).Give this place a try even if it’s an online order! You won’t retreat the meat pies I promise.

Wonderful shop tucked in the back, but the owner was so welcoming and helpful, they have everything Scottish you could possibly be looking for.

Small place, but the staff are friendly. The food we got was amazing! Definitely worth the trip. Just wish they had a little more selection.

Definitely worth stopping. The owner, Anne, is incredibly friendly and waited for us to arrive before closing the store. Great selection of products with samples available to taste. A bit pricey, but worth the money. Bonus: Annes kids, dog, Flora, and kitty, Marmalade, are there to greet you and are every bit as friendly as their mom. =)

Yelling at a customer and cursing at them is not the way to run a business. I merely called for help with my online order that arrived leaking. You sat there berating me and not once tried to help, and to top it off you cursed at me and told me to shop somewhere else...nice business model and customer service..I will NEVER shop with you and trust me I will spread the word to my family and friends.....

Gret folks that own it friendly and informative and Flora met us upon entering. Food selection was great and quality is top notch. Proper place to get your Scottish eats. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

I think I can honestly say that I have never, ever worked with a company that has provided this over-the-top customer service experience that I have received. Anne, the owner, was hands on; she provided amazing, immediate back and forth communication, creative suggestions and bent over backwards to accomplish what I needed. We ordered 24 Scottish hampers laden with goodies to send to winners of a sales contest. She allowed me to ship to her a few extra goodies, and she even went out and sourced an additional item for the baskets. And - all of this was accomplished in a week! I cant recommend Scottish Gourmet enough.

WARNING--HEALTH HAZARD. This pathetic company deserves ZERO stars. I cancelled my order of scottish meat pies (I dont knowingly deal with idiots) but they sent it anyway. It just arrived warm to the touch! MEAT! It went straight into the bin. Do you really want to gamble on your health?

What a wonderful experience it is to learn about my heritage & the history behind so much I’ve seen or heard! It’s so lovely to have authentic food & whatnots. They also make fabulous gifts! I can’t wait for Christmas this year!

Delighted..!!!!! The freshest, fattest kipper I have ever seen. My husband was in 7th heaven . I ordered the kippers for a surprise birthday brunch . He hasnt had kippers in years and they are impossible to find here in the USA .... until I found this site. Thank you so much for the quick delivery .

Great place a little hard to find because of small signs but and awesome company run by a true scottsman. Great selection of products and great prices.

I ordered a breakfast sampler for my anniversary, and wanted it as a surprise for my love. I didnt look at the package and hid it in the freezer right away. I was later upset to find that I was sent the wrong thing, and wrote Scottish Gourmet. I was really gutted that I wasnt able to surprise him with the breakfast, and I wrote them to let them know. Understandably mistakes are made, but what they did next took me by complete surprise. I got home today to find a box at my door and a beautiful card apologizing for the mix up and a breakfast sampler inside. I was in tears! How awesome is that customer service? It was the nicest surprise and I was more than overjoyed. I will be surprising him come Friday. Thank you so much! Your customer service is incredible, and to do something like this means the world to me. I would order from you a million times over! Thank you sooo much Debbra!

Our Burns Night was a great success.The haggis was enjoyed by everyone.One comment I have is that the ring at the end of the haggis casing got mixed up in the serving and landed on a participants plate. I suggest that the end s of the haggis casing be sealed with some type of material that is not hazardous to teeth or digestion.

I visited Scottish Gourmet USA today and I am thrilled. I am a GCS 3rd grade elementary school teacher and our school is having a multi-cultural fair. My class has Scotland and my curiosity was piqued to visit here. I was simply amazed. I met the owners and they shared extremely wonderful and valuable information to me about their homeland. I learned some historical facts and tidbits I will use for my students. I was able to purchase some things for use at my display table and cant wait to have my students and families experience some of what I am able to share. This place is tucked away in the back off Fairfax Road but oh my... it is amazing place.Thenk ye sae huir uv a much fur aw yer help. ye ur wonderful!Paul D.
