Has pretty much everything you could need for the kitchen! The ladies and gents working there are very very lovely and always are keen to help. Definitely will come again!

Such a wonderful experience. I stopped in quickly to look for a gift, after not finding what I was looking for a staff member came over to help me. She took me directly to what I was looking for and took everything out of the package for me to see. I ended up leaving with two gifts for less than I paid for one at target and she wrapped it for me complementary. Could not recommend more.

It was fine. I got the feeling that I wasnt welcome in the store. It just didnt feel friendly. I wouldnt come back.They are limiting the amount of people to ten. There is a bouncer at the door.

I recently needed a gift for my FIL who loves to bake bread. I am trying to keep my public outings to a bare minimum. I called The Extra Ingredient and experienced some amazing customer service. The Extra Ingredient is now my Go-To store. We live an hour away in S. Central VA and it is worth the drive. Their selection is amazing. They even carry things that most dont. They are competitively priced and I found them cheaper than William-Sonoma. (They are a good store in their own right, dont get me wrong).Everything in its own area in the store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I cant wait for my husband to take me their again....

Theres not but so much you can fit into a little store, but these folks managed a whole lot considering. Theres a great kitchen selection here, from the common brands (OXO, All Clad) to some pretty eclectic stuff.If you like cooking/grilling its certainly worth a visit.

I have been coming to them for years and as a manager at a store near that one. I didnt expect the rude associate Sara. My girls love the chocolate cover coffee beans the managers get them however I will go all the way back to Lexington to get them, were the staff like where they work & frnedly to people of all kind. Sara... maybe customer services isnt your thing.

Great place to get higher end cook ware

When you walk in, youre greeted by the smell of fresh coffee samples being brewed. As has been the case since I started going there as a boy in the early 1990s. As a Greensboro Native and now Myrtle Beach, SC transplant, this store has me coming back time and time again. Family affair style! My dad has been going to this store since the year after the store opened back in the 1980s in the same location. Think Williams Sonoma or your other favorite kitchen store meets prices that are not over inflated. Seriously, gourmet chef type of store that people can actually afford. Dont get me wrong, they have high end prices too, but here youll find brands like All Clad, OXO, Henckels knives, etc. You WILL NOT find a better kitchen store in Greensboro.
