Best way is ok I wish they had fresh vegetables and great cut meat I was hoping they would sell hand sanitizer too and other essentials in the grocery store too maybe more head and shoulders shampoo 2-1 also another thing is that the expectation dates too the food can go bad quickly too but overall I have it a 4/5 it’s an ok grocery store to begin with.

The selection of items is extremely limited compared to a basic Bestway. The hours are also extremely inconvenient. Also check your perishables because they still havent fixed the fact that the perishables you purchased might already be moldy.

If you buy any dairy product here please check the date and the quality. Things grow mold before they expire and most of the yogurt sold here is out of date. They will sell it to you without checking. Lights in the dairy cooler are suspiciously off and the cooler itself is not nearly as cold as it should be. Buyer beware!

Nice to have a grocery store on campus. A bit pricey tho, and they dont seem to have a huge selection of items.

Like others have said; its very overpriced, but convenient for students living on campus without a vehicle. Be advised: Their current hours of operation M-F are 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, not 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (If you thought youd run over for some quick breakfast essential, youre SOL.)

Very clean. Well, if not over, staffed. Excellent fresh meat prices. A coffee shop. A fresh bakery. Located minutes from UNCG. Small, but decent basic needs location.

I was so excited when I heard this grocery store was coming to the neighborhood and it seemed like it was forever before it opened. On my first visit a few months ago, a bad smell in the store was apparent and I soon realized it was coming from the brown meats in the cold meat counter. Eventually I will try it again and hope for better removal of expired food.

I love this place.Everyone is super friendly and often you can catch steaks and chicken marked down that is on/just passed the sale by date that are fine to freeze. The convince to UNCG is great and they’re even open for people who live on campus during the summer.

Multiple conflicting different listings of hours of operations on the building, some food even being sold is expired, even when they were “open” according to hours & the lights were even on-no one was in there, and even for on campus prices, they’re ridiculously expensive. Convenience geographically, the ability to use flex, and the kindness of the any of the singular employees that’s ever there at any given time are the only redeeming factors. Management is to blame, I’m nearly certain of it.

Having a grocery store in that location is a blessing for both the UNCG community as well as the area as a whole. I enjoy supporting a smaller buisness that fills a need in the community. Prices are good and the selection is exactly what is needed for the area.

You can get (overpriced) basics here. the hours are inconsistent so dont bother checking the website to see when they open/close.

Do not shop here. The meat and cheese is almost all expired, and they definitely dont care about replacing it. The meat is going bad right in the open, its warm, and the store doesnt even have a phone number to complain that I can find. Avoid at all costs.

This stores amazing. Great worked and the food service area is probably the best thing about this place. The pizza and paninis are amazing. And the homemade soups are to die for♥️♥️.

The inconsistent hours are tired. It was a great idea but with high prices it seems they didnt think about them catering to COLLEGE STUDENTS and being placed in a middle income neighborhood, the reach was too much. I didnt really mind the prices because I was there for the convenience but going to a GROCERY STORE at 6:00 PM on a weeknight after work and finding it closed is pure TRASH 🗑...when all this time they have been closing at 8.

The meat they have is clearly not being stored properly. Looks and smells like its rotting. Burgers seem to have mold on them. I asked the cashier if they put them away at all and she asked what I meaned put away properly? Granted its not her department, but the meat needs to be stored at a certain temperature and definitely not left out for days on end on top of that. This has happened both times, even after going in right after they opened. Absolutely disgusting. Most of their products are about to expire so be careful. The workers are not properly trained, it amazes me how this place just opened and is this awful. On the bright side the workers are friendly.

Like others said the food is not stored properly and anything ‘marked down’ either is expired or is about to expire. Almost never stocked either, just a mess. Convenience isn’t worth food poisoning...

Turned away 10 minutes before closing hour. Walked to get groceries th hat would take 5 minutes to get, leaving 5 more minutes until store actually closed. Rude and unprofessional

Great place to pick up fresh food, lots of different types of snacks for a pretty decent price right here on the University of Greensboro campus. Stop by and pick up some things!

I have held off on writing this review for a long time. As a Glenwood resident who looked forward to Bestways opening for the year it was delayed, I genuinely love the idea of having a local grocery store in my community. One of the main reasons I am writing this is because I hope that someone who has some sort of leadership position reads this and rights the ship before it sinks. Bestway Marketplace has no rudder, and is drifting aimlessly. While great in intention, in execution, this is the worst grocery store I have ever visited. Lets look at why:1) THE HOURS. This store simply cannot--and I mean cannot--clearly state when it is and is not open. Their hours change constantly. Moreover, they frequently close without as much as a note on the door or a posting online. I have ridden my bike or walked to this store during posted hours seven times now only to find it closed when I arrive. Perhaps the reason they feel the need to close early is because of poor customer attendance. But, the reason this store does not have more customers is that customers dont know when they can and cannot expect the store to be open.2) The customer service. Walk in this store any minute, any day, and you will find a completely unmanaged staff. As individuals, they are all exceedingly nice. But, they have no management. Often, many of the staff members are on their phones. I dont blame them. I honestly dont think any manager has directed them to do any tasks around the store, which leads to:3) The products on the shelves. To further iterate, this store has nothing that resembles management. This store tried to create a corner market that has everything: artisan coffee, fresh baked goods, produce, etc. However, it is nearly impossible to find what you need here. Often, all of their produce is wilted or moldy. When I attended the store yesterday, 5/26/19, literally their entire dairy case was out of code. Thats not an exaggeration. THE. ENTIRE. DAIRY. CASE. ALL the milk. ALL the eggs. ALL the yogurt. And no one checked the dates and pulled gross products from the shelves.I am not writing merely out of frustration or a lack of empathy. I have worked in a grocery store. My father and grandfather both worked in grocery management for decades. This store is a wreck. I sincerely hope it improves.

Saw mold on grapes. I also got a yogurt which was possibly expired due to the extremely sour taste it had.

Exists solely because there is no other store that sells this much variety on UNCGs campus. Everything is more expensive to cover the cost of having to pay UNCG per flex swipe.
