Always knowledgeable and polite service. Being a female I unfortunately get eyebrow raises of doubt at most stores of this type. No such doubt at this store. They ask questions to make sure you have what you need and/or lead you to what you need if you have a good enough description of your desired product.Every store clerk I have run across here, In the past couple of years, has been awesome. Who ever does the interviews and hiring deserves credit along side the personnel they hired. Hopefully corporate does recognition 😉.Store is always in a state of excellent cleanliness and organization as well.

Simple as it can be. Going there just to see what they got is always interesting around that shopping center area. I like going here because its close to my house and they always have sales on some products from time to time and its worth it. They also have a program where you can have an order set up for auto delivery for the products you like! 😀 save up points and get money towards whatever you want off. I had like $15 I could use towards my checkout deducted and for just proof right there Im happy!!! 😊

I went there today looking for a specific item that I could not find anywhere else. This place had what I was looking for. No other places had this item. So grateful for this. The guys working in there were super helpful and very nice!!

This store has a nice selection of high quality products. Access is a bit tedious, parking is tight and the quality of service depends on which associate you work with.

The staff was helpful but not enthusiastic about helping me. The actual acted bored about my questions. The store has a great open feel and has plenty to choose from the only reason I am giving them 4 stars.

The employees here are so helpful and so friendly. They always make sure Im aware of the sale if Im buying products that qualify. The store is clean and organized which makes shopping quick and easy.

Didnt know the Viramin Shoppe had expanded into other categories of wellness like having black seed oil among other things... Didnt find Irish sea moss though... You need to get that in as well

Usually I have a pleasant experience when I come here and this is where I buy all of my supplements and refer my clients to come. On today, however, I came in to purchase vitamin c as well as browse and was constantly followed from isle to isle by a short white woman with curly/crinkle blondish brown hair. She would even go to the isle beside of where we were and stared under the prices sign. It made my business partner and I so furious that we left and are now taking our business elsewhere. Please train your staff on diversity before allowing them on the sales floor.

Was clueless as to where the product I was looking for was located. The staff quickly assisted me with locating it, answering all of my questions about that product and similar ones, and were extremely professional in how they dealt with me.Thank you so much for a positive experience and helping to ensure I got exactly what I needed!

I had such a great experience here the other day. The store associates helped me and told me that their brand of vitamins were 50% off for the second bottle you purchase! Excellent deals! I only get my vitamins from here !

This was my favorite vitamin shoppe until today. Today, it was rainy and chilly so I wore appropriate attire~a coat and boots. I needed one thing, some Moroccan clay, and I was trying to stay on schedule so I planned a quick trip. I walk into VS out of the rain, take off my hood and wipe my boots on the mat and I was asked immediately asked if I could get help finding anything. I responded “I...just walked in?” And walked past the employees at the cash register and to the skin care and beauty aisle. I was then aggressively followed to the beauty aisle by a second employee who asked in a loud voice “what is it you said you were looking for?” And I responded “I didn’t say. I just got here. Can I shop by myself please?” The employee backed off after realizing I was agitated. While I was in the beauty aisle reading packaging, another customer, who happened to be white, entered the store and was greeted plainly, they were not followed.This left a really sour taste in my mouth and I will be spending my money at businesses that don’t alienate their Black customers.

Working in Hospital went for elderberry gummies and black seed oil and Dr Bronners castile soap.

All three employees that were there during my visit were not only friendly and willing to help me, but also really knowledgable about the products we were discussing. I was very impressed.

They have knowledgeable staff and a wealth of products to include vegan and vegetarian. Its the only place I get vitamins.

Walked in as a customer was coming out,which made me the only customer in the store. The registered is in front of the door, so you couldnt miss me coming in . There were five people working, but I was not greeted. I was in there for about 10 minutes, and no one offered to help me at all. The whole time they were screaming and laughing. I finally asked them if anyone was working. Of course they offered help then,but it was too late, I had decided to leave. Come to find out they were too busy recording a Instagram video. I did go to GNC where I received Great customer service, and got what I wanted at a lesser price. Thank you, Vitamin Shoppe.

The BEST customer service!

Good but couldnt give 5 stars because staff took too long yacking with person in front of me. The person was still shopping while at counter so waited 15 additional minutes with all that. I think if you still trying to shop at counter, you need to get out of line or they should have a 2nd person on staff to wring up others for inconsiderate customers who do that. It was early in morning when all this happened.

Had been buying an item I could only get here that was always out of stock. One of the employees suggested I set up a delivery through their website. After letting them know the item always came to me damaged, they said they could set it up so that it was sent to the store. The process was completed in store and that was that. Fast forward to now and my item has been delivered to some unknown address that is not the store or my home address because the employee keyed my order wrong. There was also a shipping fee that was not brought up in the beginning. Now no one wants to take responsibility for the mess up. It’s customer service number this and post office that, after I’ve already spoken to both parties mentioned and the common denominator is them. Thankfully I’ve found a new brand that works well for my needs and a refund is being processed. I won’t have to do business with them again.

Very friendly and helpful the young lady with the long black hair and glasses was very helpful and the next week I went in she asked how my sister liked the product. With great customer service like that I will definitely be back.

Choices and different sizes of stocked items limited. The store did have a few tables set up with certain products. Seemed to be a little cheaper than GNC however I would have to do a comparison to be sure.

When I called to tell them we were on our way to pick up and could they have it ready, they said no problem. When we picked it up, they refused to honor the discount per assistant manager Kate Knight.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I called on 1/13/2018 at 3:30 pm and was put on hold. I could hear the workers helping others as they were entering the store. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever helped me!!! Terrible service!!!

I never write these types of posts on social media but as a mother, I feel obligated to share my experience. I hope that making others aware will prevent it from happening to anyone else. No parents should ever need to explain to their toddler why a worker at the store was yelling at them.Today I had the worst customer service experience ever. I went to the vitamin shoppe store in greensboro looking for an immune support system product. I was looking at one specific item while my 3 year old was patiently waiting for me looking at other products.All of a sudden, I hear a lady screaming while walking across the store saying “ don’t be messing up my aisle or I got a job for you. I have a broom back there for you” I turned and realized she was talking to my 3 year old. I immediately looked at him to see if he had messed something up but no, he was standing there looking at the products. Nothing in his hands, nothing on the floor. Just standing there.Me and my husband were blown away. How dare you talk to my kid that way, how dare you talk to anybody that way.Surprisingly, once I approached her to see why she was being so rude to my son, she had nothing to say. When we asked to please speak to the manager, we found out this woman, Donna, is the manager.To you Donna, I wish you had a better day. Whatever happened to you that made you react to my son that way, I am sorry for you and I forgive you.The only reason I am leaving this here is because I really hope you don’t talk to anybody else the way you talked to my son. No one should be made to feel this way. Nobody should walk away from a store not wanting to buy because they were treated poorly.Unfortunately, you represent the brand and the company I visited yesterday and I will probably never want to go back again.Let’s be more human and less robot. Let’s worry more about people than jobs. Let’s treat others the way you would like your loved ones be treated. You showed no remorse, you never apologized even when I confronted you. Donna, I only ask that you never ever disrespect anybody, especially a kid, the way you disrespected my 3 year old son.
