Nice Sheetz. Good location right out of the highway. Took the exit and was on the location right away. It is unique in its look and its way. And actually very sketchy. The managers just called the cops on a guy asking for money and being persistent. They had already asked him to leave.All this happened as I was writing the review. I was gonna say it was sketchy before any of this happened 😂 but after this Im totally convinced. Everything is very weird looking. Not very safe but nice Sheetz. Though I recommend picking the trash from the trashcans. Its overflowing

Ordered food at 9:36 an didn’t get it till 10:06Workers neglected me standing in my face an also placed my food in a place other than pick up, before I was even noticed I watched a man walk thru the kitchen an even stop an talk with his required mask down… When I was finally addressed the worker asked me where was I… sad customer service an sad sanitation in this pandemic…

Got dinner here and hit the road. Whoever made my food must have not liked me. No mayo, no guac on my sandwich. Awful.

Was really surprised by just how clean their restrooms were, theyre in the best shape Ive seen in any gas station. Gas is fairly cheap as well, and the entire store was stocked, they had tons of beverages and road snacks.

Dont know why they remodeled, cant hardly walk out the door when there is a line.Other than that this sheets has really good food!

I had to average out my stars: 0 stars for some of the customers and 5 stars for the company in general. I shall explain...On two separate occasions, Ive been robbed at this location. Someone reached into my purse and took $20 right while I was standing in line! One person distracted (bumped) me and when I went to look at them, the other person reached into my purse. When I got to the register and noticed the money missing, I asked the person in line behind me if shed seen the culprit when she responded quote, Are you going to pay or not?? I got other things to do! On the other occasion, Id left my window down in my vehicle and someone helped themselves to a couple items inside.On the other hand, the company is wonderful and the owners are always generous. For example, they often let me have a cold drink in the summer and a hot one in the winter free of charge. Ive also seen them help out some folks who were down on there luck by feeding and hydrating them.The best part about this Sheets is Areylace, who makes my food and drinks PERFECTLY every time!! And Amanda, whose bright personality shines so brilliantly in the morning which is important to start the day off properly!

Terrible cashier. Lena should be removed from position. Terrible greeting for people out of state. Rude. All I have to say. Will not be coming back and telling others to not as well. Terrible. Never been introduced at a sheetz like this before.

Awful service. Slow. Got my order wrong multiple times. Rude. Made me wait for a long time after ordering again and forgot about me. Reluctant to give a refund after paying despite not providing what I ordered. Will not be a patron here again. Recommend AGAINST coming here to ANYONE.

Way better experience with cashiers and cooks than I had at Fridays and Applebees on Westover! Friendly staff.

Sheetz is my favorite fueling station to go to. From fueling my car, grabbing snacks, milkshakes or even a quick bite for lunch - they have definitely mastered the arts of it all. Sheetz was especially the spot to go to during this whole COVID-19 pandemic, nobody had any late bites but they did! The staff is amazing and the store is always clean. Cant go wrong here!

We werent pressured to leave and clean parking lot.

Went to this location today to get batteries. The price was labeled $5.99. When the clerk ran it up, she gave me a price of $13 and some changes. I said this says its $5.99. She goes over and has to find the price because ALL of the batteries where priced wrong. I told her she should honor this price because it wasnt just one pack of batteries on the rack, it was about 5 packs plus the whole display was wrong. She went in the back with an attitude, came back and said I cant do that. I left WITHOUT. Horrible.

Staff and food was fine but I found it difficult to know where to be when the line was not clear and confusing. Felt like more people inside than should have been allowed. Made me just feel uncomfortable.

It was nice and clean. There was a cop at the door which Im not sure if thats a regular every night thing which kind of makes it nice being a young lady alone at night. They had great snack options in the store as well as the order kiosk. Staff was friendly as well.

Good hot food prepared fast, many pumps at the fuel island. I needed a hand with fueling my car today, and the supervisor took my call from the pump, had a kind gentleman come to my car, processed my payment indoors, and then returned to pump my fuel for me. He wished me a pleasant day, after thanking me. I felt like I had returned to the old days when they checked your cars fluids and tire pressure :) Not everybody needs this level of service, but I was sure pleased to be able to ask for it and be treated kindly.

This is a fine Sheetz. The service is great, the food comes out fast, the gas prices are always competitive with the other gas stations around it, and the employees are enjoyable. The food and ingredients are always fresh, and made to a high standard. Dont let the fact that it is also a gas station deter you from eating here! This store is occasionally dirty, mostly the parking lot and the bathrooms, but its not the employees fault. They do their best to keep it clean. Being right off the highway, they get a lot of traffic, and with the amount of people that they get, it would be hard to keep it spotless 24/7. I would always recommend to go to this Sheetz, Ive never had a bad experience. Always be respectful and appreciative of the employees who are here every day, all day, and dont leave too much of a mess for them to have to clean up! Being open 24/7, no matter what, is a tough business! P.s. leave a helpful review for the employees via the bottom of your receipt!

Love this place! Easy off and back on the road. Always stop when I am heading down I-40. The help is so friendly. Gas pumps very well lighted. Love the cappuccino! Was given a free coffee for my wife because she had to wait on her coffee! awesome place!

I got 2 wings instead of 4. i also waited for a while for my food to be done. if there was no more chicken they should’ve said something. this location needs more employees in the kitchen area.

This was a pretty nice Sheetz. There was tons of gas pumps so we were able to get gas without having to wait. The inside of the store was clean and well organized. If I had one issue it would be that they had a small selection of grab and go food when compared to other Sheetz.

It never ceases to amaze me the quality of food that this gas station puts out. Normally I avoid food from chain gas stations cause you dont know how long the hot dogs have actually been rolling around, but Sheetz offers a large variety of fresh made-to-order food that I often choose over fast food joints. Their coffee selection with espresso or cappuccino in either hot or iced varieties are a nice compliment to the fresh food as well.

Quick In and Out..not a long wait to pump fuel... Clean restrooms. Lots of snacks and well stocked.Large parking area and clean service areas... with well lighted service areas... Safe neighborhood.

I love Sheetz! Clean bathroons, tons of food and drink options. I just have eaten so much Sheetz over a period of 2.5 years that Ive lost my desire to eat there. But, they have friendly service, lots of gas pumps, and if you want food orders, there are several kiosks. I will always stop here before other gas stations.

I dont know why its still on the map but this place is closed! Im staying close by and from out of town. Google Maps keep sending me to this address for the nearest gas station. Frustrating.

I went in for a refill coffee that I expected to and would have gladly paid for... The Staffer at the register asked me: is that all youre getting this morning?... I said yes... she said something to the effect of well have a nice day and have me the coffee... this is the second time at two different sheets and a couple of weeks that this is happened to me... which is why I will drive two extra miles if necessary to get to any sheetz ...

Loved all the ladies very friendly . The Spanish young lady ( I think ). That cooks amazing. She was a 100. Great customer service, quick REMEMBERed all 5 orders and condiments and we were just asking her a million things. Her face was like I got it. She did with a smile and proper voice. Sanitized and gloved. Ready

Sheetz in the best store around. Always had hot coffee. Staff is friendly. This is by no means a 5 star restaurant but you can get almost anything you want. Gas prices are always cheapest around. Bathrooms are usually clean. Its kind of like Wawa up north but better. Cleaner. Love the walk in beer caves.

This regarding the newer location off of 52..raven road location. When it opened the previous January it was great. Pulled in at 630pm..to get a cold coffee. The man who helped was not friendly..told me to pull forward..did that waited 15 minutes for 1 cold coffee that cost over $5. Next time it is Starbucks..in and out in 5 minutes and a little more. I called a mgr from another location and asked for the district mgr to call. Several weeks later still no call from her..I think her name is Heather. A guy from Sheetz called from Customer service and applied 2 mto on our loyalty card. Said I would hear back still havent. So no gas or coffee from them even if it is free. Not following up is a difficult pill to swallow. I called since the customer service had steadily been declining. Still no contact from Sheetz.1 star is too much. Sheetz seems to be like other big companies..too big too fail. where have heard that!?!

A really nice place for free air for your tires because, the air machine. Dispense the amount of air force you choose by pressing the pressure gauge sensor keypad..... And the coffee is some of the best early in the morning rush hour......

My experiences at all sheetz stores are usually better than any other gas station that I been to. Last night I was very disappointed with this store. I stopped by after work to get a bag of peanut m&ms and a Gatorade . Got home and to eat my snack come to find after after eating majorly of the m&ms that the product was expired. I’m irate about this incident. Will be following up with the manager tomorrow

Friendly staff, okay food, okay prices.I like going here for coffee and a bagel or a red bull. Ive had hit or miss experiences with the majority of their menu. I guess you could say Im a Sheetz freak, but its all about convenience. I have no loyalty to this chain.Theyre not the best at what they do, theyre the only at what they do (gas station/restaurant franchise). Not counting partnerships where a normal gas station partners with a normal fast food restaurant.Their reward system is a little confusing, considering they have such a variety of things Ive never been able to figure out what a normal size candy bar is. Im convinced that its nothing that they ordinarily carry. Otherwise the reward program is a good way to recoup some of the exorbitant amount of money Ive probably given this place.

Store is always busy busy busy. Cashiers are always very friendly. I gave 3 stars simply because in the last 4 times Ive visited the store its ben a disaster. Its rarely clean. The fountain drink area is always full of trash, on both the counters and floors. Other than that the store is amazing. Amazing food. Awesome variety of vegetarian and vegan foods made everyday.

I only go into Sheetz for their coffee. They have very good baristas. The coffee and cappuccinos are great and the selection beats Starbucks. I use to get food from their all the time but do not much anymore. If you have a family this is the place to go to eat because of the huge menu selection. Its too bad this Sheetz doesnt have the dine in experience some of the other Sheetz have.

Sheetz is what it is. They are consistent, great locations. Only thing preventing giving a 5 stat is the pump handles, key pads and around the pumps could be cleaner. You can see around the key pads that they haven’t been wiped. That’s about it.

I love sheets. Great place to get gas and grab something to eat. This store comes very handy in the winter to refill my cup for coffee :)

Be careful getting gas at this station. I was charged for premium gas when I selected regular grade. Somethings not right with their pumps.

Wonderful, friendly employees!!! Always willing to help (especially when I try to work the menu computer). Thank you for holding yourselves to such a high standard. Its a great experience to see everyone with a smile on their faces and having top notch attitudes towards their jobs.

Driving a 56ft RV, its a challenge finding gas stations that will accommodate us. Sheetz was easy in & out. Wouldve given 5 stars but a couple pumps were out of order.

I like sheets. The employees sometimes look homeless but its usually a good place.

Love the MTG idea at a gas station. Food is usually hot and tastes good. The coffee is great tasting, even better than Starbucks!

Love their coffee above everything. Their foods are also good and they maintain the cleanliness pretty good. And their prices for cigarettes are the lowest in surrounding area.

Sheetz has great MTO beverage and food options. It isnt always the highest quality or healthiest, but it is a gas station after all. I really like their coffee offerings. They have great coffee (at amazing prices), and their specialty coffee drinks are pretty good, too. Im a huge fan of their cold brew coffee. The cold brew, lattes, and cappuccinos arent the best around. Many higher end specialty coffee shops make much better fancy coffee drinks, but you cant beat the prices at Sheetz. Theyre usually pretty fast, too, which is a plus.

Love Sheetz. Its my first choice for gas. They usually have the best prices. Awesome selection of food and snacks.

Sheetz are usually great but this place was a little unnerving. There are these homeless looking people with large book bags wandering around the front and in the store. They were harassing me and other customers and I almost didnt wait for my sandwich. That being said, that sandwich was pretty good and if it wasnt for harassing customers one toilet overflowing, everything would have been fine with my visit.

I enjoyed my experience here. There was an older woman cashier who completely made my experience so worth it. I will definitely frequent this Sheetz more often.

Fairly typical Sheetz. Gets to feel a bit shady here at the late night hours but I guess that’s to be expected. My MTO orders have always been quick.

Great one stop shop. Gasoline is usually moderately priced. They have made to order sandwiches and other food choices. ATMs are no surcharge. Sheetz has all you could expect from a quick mart and then some.

The food is terrific and made to order. The restrooms were clean. Cashiers were very friendly and gas prices were low. I love going here. Wish they had more locations closer to me.

A little if everything. Food. Snacks. Drinks. Coffee. Gas. Really has a ton of variety. Convenience and some more healthy options. Fast. Clean. They probably have it.

If Im traveling I always try to go to Sheetz because they have usually decently clean bathrooms. The gas is usually the better price of gas. Then you get yourself something to eat, the pizza is pretty good remind you the old fashioned School pizza. You get some cheap drinks are cheap slushies. So hard to beat sheets. Also they have free air for your tires, its hard to find air at most gas stations letting on to be free.

This is a great Sheetz Store it’s always well stocked and clean the other reason I didn’t give it five stars it’s just difficult to get in and out of on Wendover Avenue due to traffic you have to go back out to the light to turn left or exit right out of the station and go further down and do A U-turn. It is one of the best snack stops for a road trip heading west towards the mountains.

It was pretty packed there today. 2 ppl in front of me for the free air for our tires. The air pump was in good working condition and the area was neat and clean. Its a busy location.

The Wawas of NC! Kids had a great time making up funny things with Sheetz in it and we all had a good laugh. Coffee wasnt great but the sweetener and coffee stuff to mix with the coffee was neat and convenient. Got some souvenir cups for everyone to enjoy back home in NJ

Brandi, the manager for the food service portion of Sheetz, was very nasty when I called to figure out if we could get our orders fixed after they were completely missing fries on 3 orders that we paid for! I called back, to see if we could get something fixed and she said “okay..and?” When I tried to get it fixed. Then asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager! How disappointing for someone to be in a position of integrity and completely twist it. Will not be coming back.

Air machines are always broken. They should have a 5 cent credit for using their loyalty card like Shell not 3 cents. I find their food a bit expensive and other than hotdogs they have no low priced items of food.

Staying at a hotel in this area and stopped here, late at night, on the way back to the hotel. Not the typical experience or quality that I expect from Sheetz. The store was not very clean, plus a lot of trash laying around outside. But the worst part was the food we ordered was nothing like the descriptions on the menu. Don,t know if we got the wrong items or the descriptions are just wrong. Only reason they get 2 stars is the service was fast and the cheddar cheese bits and onion rings were good (although there were only like 4 onion rings in the order). I wouldnt recommend this location.

Has a large number of gas pumps. A cashier is on duty at all times (no need to hunt a cashier). You can order hot food from a menu or pick up any number of snacks and drinks.

Ordered a vanilla latte and had to pour it out. My organic maple syrup is not nearly as sweet. Totally undrinkable. I wish Starbucks was open late. Ill stick with my daytime Cascara latte.

Sheetz locations are a real bonus when you are on the road (driving) on a business trip..at one stop you can get fuel for your vehicle, go to the restroom, get a decent choice of freshly prepared made-to-order food and coffees, get a wide range of snacks and cold beverages and (at some of the newer locations) even sit down to eat....the facilities are easy to see from the road, clean, and well-lighted.

It was well not ok...They were out of large and medium fountain drink cups...total bummer. Cashier was also rude. Customer before was of same race (African American) AND cashier was really friendly patient and talkative. When my Native American mother...who looks Hispanic but isnt got up to cashier....there was no pleasantries at all...very very rude cashier.Very disappointing....especially from that location....being by the interstate.

Clean, convenient, great food and great service. Great rewards. I highly recommend the peanut butter hot chocolate mocha!

This is one of the dirtiest sheetz I have ever been to. Trash outside. Restrooms had no toilet paper and needed to be swept.

All good. However.. I wish they would have DIESEL ONLY row of pumps. Invariably a Gasser will pull up and leave the car while they go in to buy a drink. Most diesel users wont do this as there arent enough pumps and someone is usually waiting.

They have a huge inventory and nearly everything you can imagine. The store is usually very clean on the inside. The parking lot is pretty trashed up. It is ALWAYS busy night & day. They have a much needed Security Guard on weekend nights. I live very close by and therefore I am there almost daily. At least once every third visit (since it first opened years ago), I am approached with the same sad story... I am in Greensboro to visit my dying Grandma, I am here teaching handicapped kids basketball, I am in town to volunteer at the homeless shelter, etc. and I dont have enough gas money to get home. When you tell them no, then they ask for a cigarette, after you tell them no to cigs, they will get nasty with you. If these people would be honest and say I wanna buy some drugs or be creative and say they were abducted by aliens who left them off with no gas money, I wouldBe far more likely to give them some money. Another way to shut them up is tell them you will pay for a few bucks of gas... I tell them I will pay for $5 worth if they will pump it... Suddenly they disappear or they got all the cash they need from someone else. Basically, they have no car... I wanna see someone brave and honest enough to hold up a sign that says. I WILL HOLD THIS SIGN UNTIL I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY SOME CRACK.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, thats exactly what Id do. I ordered lunch for me and my team of four people at this Sheetz location. Upon getting back to work, I noticed four different items that were ordered and paid for were not in the bags. Obviously frustrating because now my employees are unable to enjoy there lunch on a TIMED break. But no big deal, accidents happen right? So I called the store, had to call five times before they answered. A woman named Brandy answered the phone, and was SO NASTY and disrespectful. She did not offer an apology or a solution at all. She first told me that I didnt order the missing items I assured her that I did (Had copies of all receipts). Then she proceeded with an okay Nothing more. When I said .....Okay what? She gave me the nastiest attitude Ive ever gotten from someone in a customer service position. And the most disappointing news?! SHES THE MANAGER! Will never ever go this Sheetz again.

Good milkshakes. My favorites are the chocolate chip mint, Root beer float, & the Resses peanut butter cup! Yum! Also have great cookies here.

Usually when I come here they r nice n welcoming today there was older lady on the register she must have been having a bad not only was she in hurry but she was just tossing my items n when I addressed her about she got real nasty hopefully tomorrow Ill have a better experience

Their variety of treats, warm made to order food, drinks and alcohol are wonderful. They are always clean, well lit, and friendly. Its rRe you can have a true one stop shop when you go get gas. I go out of my way to stop at sheetz when I travel and you should as well!

Excellent place to shop, their prices are comparable to other locations and their hotdogs are cheap and great for lunch.

Low review simply because of how busy this location is. Very hard to get in and out of and long gas lines. Good snacks, fuel prices and food though.
