Great decorations and gifts to buy, the customer service is good, so many things to choose from!!!!

While residing in Charlotte, I fell in love with HomeGoods. At that location, the Marshalls store has a walk through connecting HomeGoods. What I enjoy most about this store is the variety that changes often. If you were like me and made the mistake of buying one of the two lamps, you can forget about going back to buy the other. Its usually gone. I will always say that HomeGoods is never large enough for me. I love the way the merchandise and decor is organized in groups by colors. By far the best place to buy Euro size pillows in twos and holiday pillows at a low cost. After a long drought of not having a HomeGoods nearby after moving, I located this HomeGoods at a drivable distance and spent several hours shopping here. Lets say my bill was high but in a good way!

HomeGoods is a really fun store to look for items for your home and kitchen. The quality of the items is very good, and the prices are great! We recently found unique, quality, and well priced items in dishes, cookware and large kitchen bowls.

Awesome store. It tends to offer shoppers and potential buyers a large selection of whatever it is that you are looking for. This store may not have as many different departments as “At Home” would, for example (as HomeGoods is a much smaller store than At Home).....but I do believe that if you are shopping HomeGoods you will still be able tofind the product(s) that you seek, or need.....such merchandise and/or all merchandise for that matter would of course be made and/or crafted into a much sturdier, finer and attractive manner than you would find at At Home. (again, just my opinion)....So yeah. Go to HomeGoods 👌 If you couldn’t tell already, I am kind of in love with my new pillows. They go well with my new quilt set which was a difficult find at first. HomeGoods had everything I needed though! Thank you. &thank you to any/all helpful staff. I will be back. xo

I have shopped at this location multiple times a week for years and have always felt welcomed until today. Today an older employee was standing inside the door as I walked in with my children and mother. My mother and I both have a medical diagnosis that prevents us from wearing a mask. The company wide recording that plays throughout the store states that you ask customers to wear a mask unless you have a medical condition or other reason that prevents you from wearing one. Unless employees would like for me to pass out and hurt myself inside the store, and then assume responsibility for the medical bills as a result, I am unable to wear one, as is my mother. The employee at the door asked if I needed a mask, as she waved one in my face holding the disposable masks she was offering by the middle, with her bare hand, which is completely unsanitary. I explained to her that I have a medical exemption, she looked annoyed and then asked my mom who was behind me the same question, to which my mother had the same reply. The employee threw her hands up and said very sarcastically “ALL OF YOU!?!?”, then she drew a long breath and shook her head in disbelief at another employee as she mumbled something to the other employee under her breath.I was appalled, extremely offended that my mother and I both were being discriminated against. I almost turned around and left, and really wish I had. So HAS your company wide policy changed, are customers with medical exemptions no longer welcome inside the store?

We went here specifically for new glassware. We purchased the exact set we were looking at on Amazon for half the price. Great deal and a good place to shop.

Amazing deals on tons of items. Ill check out their dog-related inventory often because they usually carry the items I regularly buy on Amazon or Chewy (Chuck-it, Petstages chews, treats, wipes, etc.) but for a much better price.

Homegoods was amazing! So much variety for kitchen, bath, bedroom and all around home living. I think I was the only dude in the long line of females waiting to purchas items, lol! It was busy, but a pleasant experience. Got some nice accessories for my bathroom.

This place is amazing but there is way to many people in the store even with them counting. It was crowded and really hard to move around and the people working on the floor seemed very overwhelmed. I feel like they need to either remove some of there products from the floor or move into a way bigger building. It made me leave with way less than I probably would have bought because I felt rushed. Every where you went there was people waiting behind you or wanting infront of you.

HomeGoods never disappoints. I found exactly what I needed. Their selection of decor is great!

Amazing finds here... if you are willing to look through lots of garbage too. One step away from Bed Bath and Beyond in terms of disorganization.Head for the lamps first! Tasteful and abundant selection.

It is what it is. Home goods at good prices. Somewhat eclectic inventory, which is cool.

My experience was fine until I saw an item that I liked but there wasnt a bar code or price tag or anything. So I went up to an associate to find out how I could find out the price for this one item. I asked because other retailers have price scanners in various sections of the store and I didnt know if they did as well. Keep in mind that I had no buggy or any other items. She wanted me to stand in that long line and get a price ck for an item that I may or may not get. NO MAAM! She could have gone and checked it for me. I put it back and walked out. Not pleased with the customer service.

Love the store. Hate the wait. Wish their cashiers would go faster! It happens every time.

1st time here. Sorry but I was not impressed. There wasnt a lot of room in the aisles and I was surprised at how crowded the store was. It was difficult to socially distance. This store reminded me of a Big Lots. The prices werent that great either. Frankly, I became claustrophobic in the store and couldnt wait to get out of there.

First time there. Was amazed at the variety of cool stuff at very good price point. You are far more likely to find me in a home depot or car parts store, so Im no expert. But I was on a quest to but my wife some new towels and a pretty but functional basket to put them in and this is where my daughter sent me. The staff was super helpful and once I got what I needed, I found myself wandering the aisles looking at all the cool items, for what seemed to be great prices. I will definitely be going back.

HomeGoods is a store that has some pretty decent stuff but the main reason we go there it is because of their Halloween decor however when we went there there wasnt quite anything there yet so were going to have to make a trip back there and the next couple of weeks. If you are looking for some decent looking Halloween stuff this store has it.

I like the store but an always overwhelmed with the vast number of items here.

If I could put a negative I would. As a person of color and being the only one at the time in the store shopping I was followed and watched throughout the store and gang up on by two white employees with on rudely asking me was I gonna purchase a wagon that I was of course intended on buying had my child in throughout the store. They followed me all the way through the middle of the store to determine if I was gonna possibly roll out the store with it. Racial profiling has to stop.

Wife and I visited to find a few small items. She found decor items she wanted and after looking all over for wine bottle stopper we just about have up but found it while waiting for cashier, right there in the cue up area so look everywhere.

Clean store with a lot of product in it in quite a lot of very nice very professional employees working on the sales floor. If you have any kind of problem though just pray that you have Kim there because if you dont your problems probably not going to get solved Management except for Kim is pretty bad.

HomeGoods is wonderful, I almost like it as much as Ikea! Its a great place to browse around for decorating ideas and some basic necessities. Ive been able to find things here for half what they cost on Amazon, even with Prime!

Every time I come in here they have a different stock. I love having a fresh selection to choose from when I shop and enjoy the surprise of finding something I didnt expect. My go-to for anything needed in my home!

Busting at the seams with inventory for holiday season, can be challenging to find what you need. A lot of dead ends in aisles due to storeroom carts.

I really do like shopping here a lot,prices are bit on the high side,but actually the same items they showcase are sometimes at Marshalls and even Burlington Coat.. it is the choice of yours to pay for the name or get a bargin for the merchandise. I just want to go in as soon as I enter the door and yell, Ill take one them and 2 of those and 5 of this.. this is a great place to get every item you need for your home with an imagination, youll be styling and profiling with a design showcase home..

Horrible and no customer service skills. Will find another one to frequent. Spent 302.92 dollars and still unsatisfied. Might find it @ another and return.

Its often very messy. But, the prices are great. They also have a good selection and stay well stocked. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is how messy the shelves can be, and how unorganized the clothes are in their racks.
