I loved this place! Not only was the rolled ice cream good but the experience was PHENOMENAL because of the staff. They were so warm and inviting! There are a lot of options on the menu but for those like me that get overwhelmed with options, they have a menu of already created options. The number of topping options is extraordinary and hit the sweet tooth’s dream. I definitely recommend if you want to try a new kind of treat. Another plus, they have a separate station for those with but allergies! Definitely a plus!!!!!Thanks Ice Scraperz!

We took the kids to get some after game celebration ice cream! They loved it. It was so hard to choose between so many great options. We ended up getting the mermaid, cookies and cream with a boba tea. The kids really liked watching them roll the ice cream. Their favorite part was the color changing spoons... So amusing. We will be back. Highly recommend.

The taste was okay. I ordered a small banana split specialty flavor. The flavor was about 3/10. The three stars is for the novelty of the ice cream and great service. If you visit, keep in mind that when you receive the ice cream it is more frozen which can dull the flavor initially.

First time here and first time trying rolled ice cream. Great selection to choose from...actually had a tough time deciding. Cute interior and the staff was friendly. Prices reasonable as far as I was concerned and everyone enjoyed what they had chosen. Wish we had something like this where we live.

The rolled ice cream was actually really good. I am visiting from out of town and decided to stop by the nearest location that had rolled ice cream. The only downside to this place was the customer service, there were two girls at the front counter. I have never had rolled ice cream before so I asked to look at the menu on the counter and received an eye roll. I am not sure what that was about but like I said the ice cream was good but I will definitely try somewhere else the net time I come visit.

What a unique product and experience! Ed and Wendy (and their children) have created a truly special place, which my wife and I enjoyed. While our desserts were being hand-crafted, right before us, Ed and Wendy shared the story of how they created this business. What a super nice couple and family! I had the Strawberry Cheesecake; my wife had a custom, dairy-free creation that included coconut whipped cream. Both of us really enjoyed these special treats and certainly plan to return. The property was clean and nicely decorated. While the entrance and exit to the parking lot, from New Garden, is not great, that is a small sacrifice for such a great experience. Highly recommend this place!

We had our first time last weekend, it was a long time for my family to eat rolled ice cream. The last time was when we were in our home country. Let me say this, it was extremely good and cold in these summer days. The staff were so nice and friendly too. Will be back soon

This place was so cool. I took my oldest son with me, and we both enjoyed it. He made a custom order that had to do with mint, chocolate, and m&Ms. My husband ordered a banana split and I got key lime topped with coconut, pineapple, and strawberries. It was wonderful and well be back.

Underwhelmed. The reviews seem a bit exaggerated. Yes, the store is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun, but the boba drinks were mediocre at best. We ordered the Thai and Taro with tapioca. They had very little flavor or sweetness. I am a boba fan, so maybe my standards are too high?The cashier was friendly and the transaction went smoothly. She informed me that each drink is made to order, so the tapioca takes some time. Cool. We waited 10 minutes, and when the drinks were ready, the staff member did not call out a name, a number or even the name of the drinks. Luckily, I saw the staff place them there, but another customer thought my Thai tea was hers. When I asked if this was my order, no one responded. The 4 staff members were either clueless or didnt want to deal with the confrontation, so the other customer apologized, and I continued to wait... No major problem, but still. I dont really think Ill return to try the ice cream.

First time coming here! And my daughter and I enjoyed our visit the ice cream was pretty tasty! we got the unicorn& the strawberry cheesecake.all we needed was to be able to sit outside and enjoy but it was fun watching how they make the ice cream and affordable. Would recommend checking out for the experience!

They need a better system in following who ordered first. I placed my order and didn’t receive it until an hour later. In that time I watched multiple people come in after me, place their order, and receive it before me. The ice cream was good, but was definitely not worth the one hour wait.

The ice cream had no taste. When kids 5 and 6 years old notice the poor quality of ice cream and refuse to eat it, you know something is not right.

Much better than what I was expecting it to be. Was greeted by two boys who were young but very professional. They guided me through the flavors list in choosing a little sour flavor which I wanted. Ended up getting the one with berries in it, not at all disappointed. Fresh and tasty, one of my very best experiences so far.

The staff were very helpful in customizing all our flavors and toppings. The ice cream was awesome & delicious, as always! The kids love watching it get rolled up & playing with the games they have here. The staff are so friendly. This is our kids favorite ice cream place!

I like that they have three non-dairy milk options. Unfortunately they were out of cashew milk. The cashier was kind and recommended almond milk for the key lime pie instead. It had a fresh lime taste to it! Although they got my order correct, they used regular milk for my partners ice cream. I had a good experience, but the ice cream was underwhelming. Maybe the rolled ice fad is a texture thing.

The guy who took my order was polite and helpful. However, the ice cream flavor did not taste remotely close to what is was supposed to (cake batter). I added brownies to my ice cream and they were crumbles that mostly fell off once I grabbed the cup. I will not be coming back.

The ice cream is so good and the options are endless! Its just very loud inside so be prepared because you wont be able to talk to anyone. Very fun concept and the staff is friendly.

The staff was polite. The restaurant was clean. I personally am not a fan of the rolled ice cream. This was my first time trying it. The ice cream tasted chalky to me. However, it could have also been the flavor I got. I say try it for yourself.

This place has amazing rolled ice cream. I had multiple visits and Im confident in saying that whatever you order will be a great choice.

This is not my first time having rolled ice cream. However, this is my first time having rolled ice cream that was so hard it couldn’t be eaten with a spoon. I am not sure if their plate is just too cold, or it’s in the mixing strategy- or what exactly the issue is. I will say it was not enjoyable, and for $8 we likely won’t be back!

A really excellent, unique ice cream shop! This was a really fun experience for our kids as you get to watch them make the ice cream. There are lots of flavor options/mix ins available. Definitely a premium price (similar to a Cold Stone visit), but well worth it for a fun treat!

Tasty and adorable treat! We both got the Blue Lagoon and it was adorable and delicious. The fresh fruit mixed in was the perfect touch to the ice cream base. Not too tart not overly sweet. The girl who took our order was friendly and patient. She graciously explained what they had to offer with a smile. Our waffle bowls (only $1) were cooked on the spot, so they were soft yet crispy on the edges. And who can resist the smell of them cooking?!? Seriously, it was great! I can see why kids love this place. If youre an adult expecting some sort of epicurean fantasy you will need to reset your expectations. But for the novelty and fun, this place rocks! Oh, and our spoons changed colors, lol! My inner child is squealing in delight!

If you see a line - stand in line. Its WORTH the wait. (And seriously, its new and exciting so of course theres going to be a line!) The ice cream is fresh, and the consistency is perfect to where its not melting the second you get it. I ended up going with the Cookies + Creme and it didnt disappoint. Thankful to have a family tackling this idea and I hope they end up opening more locations! Supporting local with this place - you wont be disappointed!

This place is really good! Its great for kids and adults alike, as long as youre into ice cream and/or desserts youll love it. It is a bit pricey though, as it seems youre paying more for the experience of watching them chop and scrape your ice cream, rather than quantity. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with explaining how their menu works and answering any questions. Definitely give it a try, just be prepared to spend about 10 bucks for an ice cream and a bottle of water!

The place was very clean and organized. There wasnt a whole lot on seating and the furniture was not very sturdy. The ice cream was good, the temperature activated color changing spoons were a nice touch. The method on putting multiple orders under one name doesnt work. Each order should be under each customers name. Definitely will be going back to try different flavors.

I had mixed feelings about this place. While the process of creating the ice cream was a novelty and fun to watch, and there was endless combinations of flavors and toppings to choose from, I found the ice cream was way too sweet for my liking. Also, the combination of the rolled ice cream with the very flimsy plastic spoons made it difficult to eat (although the kids will probably enjoy the color-changing effect of the spoons). I recommend trying it out for yourself, but I found it wasnt for me. I would give it 3 stars for me personally, but Ill give it 4 stars because its worth experiencing for yourself.

Its probably the only rolled ice cream place in the area. Our entire family liked this place. Good quality ice cream. Lots of flavor options to choose from. They also make it fairly quickly. Seems like a family run place. Will come here again.

First time Ive ever had Ice Scraperz. They had so many choices, it really took me a moment to figure out what to get. I got the red velvet ice cream. It was red velvet cake mixed (scraped very thoroughly) into vanilla ice cream then rolled (scraped) with a red velvet cupcake on top. It was very delicious and filling. Id definitely go back.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They even helped us decide what to get. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. It was exciting to see our names come up and them make the treat right in front of us. The pricing is great too. $5.50 for adults and $3.50 for kids ( $1 for a waffle bowl). I was extremely happy with my order and my group started fussing over whos tasted better. And an extra treat... They have color change spoons!!! They turn blue when cold. Very recommended!!!!

Great place and the people are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Also in my case thank goodness they are patient as well! So many choices. I have seen this in Thailand with street vendors and always hoped it would come here, and it did. Try it out especially in these aoeeady doggedly hot days.

I am allergic to dairy; so, I was thrilled that they have good dairy free and sugar free options, on top of offering the rest. It tastes delicious and fresh, and the customer service is great. My family overall loves this place. Highly recommended :)

Such a cool concept that you don’t see a lot and Greensboro lacks ice cream parlors but this definitely makes up for that. The ice cream is good and the decorations/toppings make it great! Very nice staff especially the two young ladies. Will be back again for sure.

We went here tonight, Saturday around 9:35. There was a line to the door, which we expected. What we DID NOT expect is to be handed our ice cream at 10:45 PM. My daughter was falling asleep at the table! The whole process is cool and all, but with wait times like that, I cant expect them to do well unless some changes are made. The ice cream tasted almost freezer burnt, and I was unimpressed with the mix ins. I asked for cheesecake and graham crackers thinking it would be chopped in, and it was just sprinkled on top. Not a huge deal breaker but definitely not how I had envisioned it. This place is cute, and the staff, despite all the waiting faces, were pleasant and helpful. A guy at the end of the night made sure we were happy and was pleasant enough for me to say I will return, because customer service is a biggie. This place is the ONLY rolled ice cream place of its kind in the city and thats a huge advantage in itself, however, with these wait times its going to hinder their success. I wish yall luck. Ill maybe go back on a less crowded day and time and compare, but for now, Ill stick to cold stone.

Great service and friendly people! However the ice cream was not good. It had a frozen texture instead of being creamy and left a weird aftertaste. Tasted almost like a diet ice cream with artificial sweetener! The presentation is fun but not worth $6 for gross ice cream.
