I just wanted to say how appreciative I am about my recent experience with Clark Farm. My Husqvarna lawn mower wouldnt start unexpectedly and since I am unable to lift my mower into the trunk of my car anymore I called Clark which I had done business with and even bought a Honda lawnmower from.The lady who works the counter answered and was polite and was able to get things going. Yes I had to pay $99 for pickup and delivery, but when you consider my situation and my mower is still practically brand new, I really didnt see the need to buy a new lawnmower. It turned out to be a clogged carburetor issue, and even with the pickup/dropoff fee, it was WAY cheaper than a new lawnmower. To top it off, I got it unexpectedly back WAY sooner than was promised. I would not hesitate to ask for their assistance again.
I had a great experience with Clark Farm Supply. Chris was great to work with and helped me make an informed decision on what mower I needed. Everything was ready and delivered when they said it would be. I highly recommend these guys
Shopping for zero turn mower always heard good things about Clark so I thought Id check them out. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Didnt buy anything but impressed with Hustler mower.

We had a very disappointing experience where we were told the repairs to our mower were minimal - then later told it was going to cost more than the mower was originally purchased for to repair it. We agreed the business could keep the mower and use the parts, or repair it and resell it. We later received a bill almost one year later - that was much more than ever quoted, even after they kept the mower and could use the parts. I tried to dispute the invoice for over a month and the owner refused to call me back or discuss the issue, but one of his associates said hed take us to collection agencies (trying to threaten hed harm our credit). We paid the invoice in full, but do not recommend this business. Please go elsewhere! There are much better (and more transparent) service providers out there.Update: The facts spelled out by the owner do not explain why he never called me back to talk about the bill. We expected a much smaller bill and were disputing the amount. Also, even with COVID, there was no excuse why we didnt see an invoice until over a year after the service. We were civil at all times and we did pay the bill (within weeks of actually receiving a bill) even though it was higher than expected and the owner never called me to discuss. Our only recourse (and a way to help others) was a review on Google, which I informed the business several times we would do if we couldnt discuss/work it out - pretty small actually, but the best we could do. As a consumer, I believe others should be aware of this business and be careful when working with them. There are other reviews talking about the business charging higher than quoted; I wish I had read those sooner.
We bought a New Gravely ZT HD-60 Z-Turn Mower from Clark Farm Lawn and Garden. The Mower has been Great, but the dealer has been terrible after the sale. I called in mid March to schedule service (regular maintenance) was told it would be 6 weeks before they could get to it or I could pay an $85 surcharge and be placed ahead of the others waiting. Not the kind of business I want to spend my Money with. They were not very polite to deal with.

Nice being able to find the parts I needed in stock plus I like doing business with a local company! Only issue: Customer service rep processed my credit card payment charging a convenience fee without disclosing that she was going to do so beforehand. If I had known there would be a fee, I would have paid with another form of payment. There was a note on the invoice of a surcharge, but I didnt receive the invoice until after payment was processed. No issue with the fact they charge; just have an issue with not being notified prior to payment processing. A good customer service rep discloses such things, giving proper consideration to the best interest of the customer.
Dealing with Chris Clark at Clark was a joy. I bought the Hustler Commercial mower for my company grounds. I got the best price around and was treated very well and got free delivery. I will take my business here in the future.

Just bought a new HRX217HYA Honda Mower from here. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They answered every question I had about my new mower and made sure I had no other questions even though the had already closed the shop for the day. Not many places like this anymore small engine workers are hard to find so work output is slow so? When called go get your mower and paid the people we need them to stay in business?

This time there were no issues and this shop went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied as a customer. Communication regarding service was timely and very crisp. These people are backwards and extremely unhelpful. Theyre a farm and lawn center but are closed on Saturdays!! What on earth are they thinking?Theyre also not very bright when you do deal with them.
EDIT: It’s been a year since I wrote the below review and I’ve had my first major maintenance issue that required returning to Clark. Again, it was a problem covered by the manufacturer warranty, however, my experience was the complete opposite of the last. The staff at Clark was extremely communicative, keeping me informed of the timeline and what was wrong with my mower. I am definitely pleased to know that they took my first experience to heart and have made changes to their service department. They have taken steps to ensure that each customer, not just myself, have a clear picture of their maintenance timeline and are doing the upmost to ensure that your equipment is fixed and back to doing its job as soon as possible. I do feel like my last experience was more than likely an outlier, but am thrilled to know that it will hopefully not happen to any future customer of Clark.Original review: I purchased a zero-turn mower in 2018 and at the time was pleased with the service in the showroom. This season, I had to return my mower for maintenance issues and I have never been more disappointed in the change in service quality by a company in my life. After dropping off my mower and paying the initial fee to have a mechanic look at it, I am told that they are 4 weeks behind. I was disappointed, but considering my mower had a definite problem, I accepted this time line. However, I did not hear anything throughout that four weeks – not an update on the timeline or anything. I call at the 4 week mark only to be told they have not yet even looked at my mower. The receptionist told me they would look at it that day and let me know what was wrong by the next day. I had to call again as I was not contacted and then spoke with the owner and was told they would contact me by noon the next day the owner was in fact able to look at my mower, we discovered that the issue was covered under warranty and it would be a couple of days to get the parts in, but my mower was at the top of their list. Now, a week went by with still no call. I have to call AGAIN, only to be told that they need ANOTHER WEEK to get the part. I am now close to 6 weeks and half the summer season without my mower and no end in sight. I’ve worked in customer service and as an auto mechanic and I cannot fathom telling anyone that they are supposed to just sit and wait for two months for a fairly necessary piece of equipment. I regularly mow 3 acres of grass – what am I supposed to do while I continue to wait and the grass continues to grow? I purchased a $5,000 mower from a local company so I could have the maintenance support that a big box store could not provide. At this point, I think they would’ve been more helpful in this situation.

This place is supposed to be an authorized Honda dealer and do repairs but after arguing with Honda for a month to finally get them to repair a generator that was still under warranty. The shop then tells us their technicians don’t have the ability to fix the generator. Now they’ve know for weeks the issue so I had to take my generator to another shop. When I arrive to pick it up. They broke my recoil handle that starts it. I address the owner who says it’s an easy fix. I asked if they were going to tell me they broke it and he says nothing. I asked him if they were going to fix and he tells me how much it costs. Don’t come to this shop! Owners attitude and customer service are horrible.

Deceitful, expensive, time consuming. the supervisor was insolent. the owner was even worse. little wonder where they get it from. too many surprises. they couldnt get their story right about when the mower would be ready and how much it would cost. i felt like they could care less about me as a customer and were incapable and unwilling to put themselves in my shoes. the service and repair of my mower took longer than they told me and cost more than they quoted me over the phone, a lot more! when i gave the owner a chance to make it right before posting any comments or going to the bbb he poured gas on the fire. for a paltry 40 bucks he burned the bridge. too bad it wont buy him any class.
They were the only shop in town that had my part in stock. Fair price and friendly service.
I needed a Briggs & Stratton flywheel dude looks it up and says its $50 I asked him for the part number he says we dont give out part numbers they dont have repeat business either epic fail

Not recommend. Serviced my mower last fall, paid over $600. Got out to use this year and it will not run more than 5 minutes without blowing a fuse. Called and they said 6 weeks behind and it’s probably the ground wire they fixed in September.

Got a new set of Bolo tines today for my 30+ year old Troy-Bilt Horse and I have to say I couldnt be happier! I checked out the cheaper ones with three holes and didnt like the looks or the reviews. I guess you get what you pay for. Forty-five minutes later I have a tiller almost as good as new. Shipping was fast and staff helpful; I would highly recommend Clark Farm & Garden!

Looking for new tiller. Both lowes and Clark sell the Husqvarna CRT900. Lowes had them but not assembled. I found Clark and they had a demo on the floor. This is the heart of the American Dream. A small family business, and they built it. If that means nothing to you, just try and start a small business.Chris and his staff were helpful and polite. He knew the unit very well. In 30 minutes, they prepped a brand new unit. By that I mean, fully assembled, oil and a tank of gas. The unit works great and I look forward to doing more with Clark.
Chris Clark helped me resolve a problem with service on my new honda mower (bought it at Clark last year). while the service department left a problem that prevented the mower from mowing,. CHRIS demonstrated CARE and CONCERN that was welcomed. I got through my first sentence about the problem, he stood up and said;im sorry, that is not right,.. you will have your mower today. He continued to listen to my frustration and offered to work the problem out while i waited.No business, NO BUSINESS IS PERFECT! It is a rare experience to have a business owner LISTEN and then APOLOGIZE, and THEN TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM faster than is expected. This care and concern from Chris and his immediate action put me at ease.I would recommend Clark Farm Lawn & Garden. Be patient, they are busy Seasonally, just like my business is in December. Give them a shot, especially because of Chris Clark.

I took in my mower for a regular yearly maintenance and brought it home to find a new oil leak. They told me to bring it back in. I figured they would fix the problem they caused while in their shop for 2 weeks.NO..they called to give me an estimate of the cost of repair. I said forget about it..I will just pickup my mower.THEN, when I picked it up I had to pay a troubleshooting fee of $75 for nothing. I TOLD them it had an oil leak...they didnt need to troubleshoot it. I wont be going back.
