Adam in service provided the best customer service I have had in a long time. I took both of my cub cadet mowers there, neither one was running. He gave me a fair price and was up front and honest. He was prompt in checking them out and contacting me about the issues. The repairs were done quicker than I thought. I couldnt be happier. A big shout out and thank you to Adam @ Greensboro Tractor. Be sure to check them out if you ever need your lawn mower serviced.

I didn’t even get the chance to go in. Called for a few questions. Told him what I wanted which was cub cadet and sales guys said I get what I pay for and only thing that is good is a $3000.00 zero turn mower. He didn’t listen to my needs and his name was Andrew. I called weno power equipment in high point and they were so helpful and told me what I wanted was actually the best for what I needed. Greensboro tractor is a big joke and will never consider. EVER I would give a zero if I could. Also the mower I was getting is $2000.00 riding tractor. So selfish people going to lose business because they couldn’t up sale me. Told me what I wanted isn’t there and could only buy at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Like I said. Called the dealer in high point and made life easy.

He definitely has earned my future business because of his efforts to help me out. If you want a great piece of equipment with knowledgeable staff and great help I highly recommend buying and working with these guys here. Ask for Dennis he’s the man!

Went in to buy a tractor that was on sale. Met with Andrew and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tractor. The staff in the service dept. was friendly and the lobby was very clean. Andrew helped me get financing. The backhoe was back ordered from Mahindra which is out of their control. They offered to deliver the tractor and then come and get it when the backhoe comes in and the redeliver it. Very awesome customer service. Overall great experience with Greensboro Tractor. Will definitely use them for my tractor equipment needs.

Found this location on Craigslist. Purchased a used Ford tractor with loader. My sales person was Mike. Of course we dickered for awhile and finally arrived at a price we both could live with, taxes and delivery included. Delivery was scheduled for evening of the following day, however, it was delivered hours ahead of time. Talk about fast and courteous service. I highly recommend Greensboro tractorThey are conveniently locate right off the highway.

I have had problems in the past with the service department but heard that they had changed some things so decided to try again with a New Holland Boomer 50 that had transmission problems. They fixed it once keeping it several months. Once I had it working again, it immediately started leaking fluid. I took it back to Greensboro Tractor and they had to open it again and kept it several more months. After they fixed it for a second time, I used it a total of 18 hours before the shuttle shift jammed again. When I called to tell the service department about the third and repetitive issue, he said that they had to find out if it was still under warranty and would call me back. Warranty? I guess there is no standing behind the same and third problem under their work. I never did get a call back.I would recommend staying away from Greensboro Tractors Service Department. I have been using a dealer almost an hour away who has stepped up for Greensboros lack of help.

We have purchased parts for our tractors here before but a after sometimes we noticed that the product’s price was increasing, we would take our equipment for repairs and they seemed friendly when the charge you $150 to tow your equipment but they hide they high charges either reporting a damage part when it is not or they had a lot for labor. Either way you pay a high price. We asked for the price of this part and it was $132 but I knew it was not right, we found it at Napa for $17. The was the time we dealt with them. Please be aware of their bad business they steal from you.

Terrible customer service. I went by and the parts guy told me the 1 salesman was gone to lunch and the best he could do is give me his business card. I tried to ask him a few questions and he put in no effort to help me. He said I would have to go look for myself. I tried calling the salesman several time and went straight to voicemail every time. I just gave up!
