I dont write reviews but feel compelled to share that post-purchase customer service from this company is in need of an overhaul. Last year, we selected a high end range, purchased through our builder, for our newly constructed home. The unit has been a little problematic from the start, and the stovetop required a few service visits when we moved in. Less than a year later, the oven is not working. A call for service yesterday was never returned. In a call today, I was told it may be up to 48 hours before service is scheduled. Since the oven stopped working over the weekend, thats up to five days without cooking in it. But perhaps more frustrating is the convoluted system that Ferguson and what may be a third-party provider have set up for servicing this appliance, and I can only conclude that the company does not value their true customer, the homeowner. An internal review and tweaks made to the process could be a game changer for end user loyalty and more positive reviews.After four phone calls, including to the appliance service provider directly, who said they had not actually received the service request details from Ferguson, we expect to receive service for our non-working oven next week. Youve read this right. We bought an expensive gas range from Ferguson, have lived in our home for less than a year, we wont now have a working oven for over one week, and the challenge to even get service has been time-consuming and frustrating.

The staff worked very hard to find a chest freezer. Chest freezers are extremely hard to find right now. Our new freezer is smaller than most but will be very useful.
Im only giving 3 stars because it is a beautiful showroom with a lot to look at. However the customer service was terrible, at least on that day. I walk in and the front desk person is eating, which in itself didnt really bother me. Except when I went to her to tell her what I was looking for (bathroom fixtures) she was too preoccupied with her meal to explain the layout of the store. Instead she pointed to one end and said most of its over there. So I started browsing. I was there for about an hour and not once did anybody offer to help me. So I took pictures of what I liked and then went home and spent my $2500 on the same stuff at an online store.
Customer service is awful. I have been trying to buy a couple appliances and it is just long waits on hold, sent from one person to the next, and no responses. I made a virtual appointment for a consult and no one called me. Dont use this company to buy your appliances. Im disappointed that Im going to have to use a company that is a few hours from me just to get a dishwasher.
Do not use this company. We bought a faucet last month. UPS delivered it behind a closed garage door that was not visible to driver. The faucet was run over and destroyed. UPS said they would pay for damages but had to be contacted by Ferguson employee. We have tried multiple times to get Ferguson to contact UPS to no avail. We even returned the damaged faucet to Fergusons and bought a replacement. Still nothing. I will never buy anything else from Fergusons and wont ever recommend them to anyone. Our next step will be the better business bureau.

We are very pleased with the quality and prices of the new light fixtures purchased at Fergusons to update our 90’s kitchen and exterior lighting. We received excellent customer service from sales representative Melissa Riddle, and Antwan at the pick up desk. Melissa professionally and enthusiastically offered good suggestions, and was knowledgeable about the products and patient with our questions. Antwan was also very friendly and efficient, as he helped me twice with product exchanges and light bulbs. We were so happy with our experience we also ordered a new range. We did not know that Fergusons also sells all kinds of kitchen appliances, and their price beat out two different big box stores on the GE induction range we purchased.The store delivered the fixtures and range, and both deliveries were handled professionally by friendly guys. We are definitely glad we chose to shop at Fergusons.
The salespeople are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and not pushy in any way. Went there for lighting selection, and they have a huge inventory, with lots of styles available.
