Great place to shop for light fixtures. everyone who works there has a great personality and will help you with anything you need.

Very RUDE! The lady didnt greet us she just looked at us which was rude. I went in there to purchase a Chandelier but with the way she acted I couldnt see myself spending my money in there. So I went somewhere else which Im glad I did because the customer service was Excellent!

I wanted a small ceiling light for my bedroom with lots of bling. They didnt have what I wanted in the showroom so they helped me look at some catalogs where I found one I really liked. They had a large version of it in the showroom so I could easily see what it would look like. They ordered it for me & it was sent to my house in just a few days. Its perfect!! The sales people were great. Friendly, very helpful, not at all pushy, patient. I checked online to price compare, but didnt find a lower price. I decided to go with Butler to support a local small business & they gave me a discount! In every way, a great experience!!

For the size of the showroom, they had a lot to look at. Great selection of l.e.d. bulbs and knowledgeable staff. I really like that they are local. The chandelier we purchased is beautiful. Very good experience and we will be back!! I have been to the High Point and Greensboro locations and both have great selections.

Very Rude!!!! I was shopping for chandeliers. When I walked in I was not greeted, just looked at. I approached a lady to tell her what exactly I was looking for. She then told me to look around and then she walked out the room. The other employee paid me absolutely no mind, didnt even lok my way! Id rather spend my money online and take a chance of getting a broken chandelier, than to spend it here!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service and options at this location. A woman was putting her shoes on while talking to me and a younger gentleman handed my husband a tape measure to measure the lights for ourselves. We didn’t get a thank you or goodbye when we left, seemed completely unbothered if we purchased or not. Extremely unprofessional and not a classy establishment at all.

All the people who work there will treat you with respect and help you make your choices.
