Excellent experience. Seth was knowledgeable about the systems they use to assess sleep needs, consistent in his application of covid precautions, and put us at ease every step of the way. Though their “sleep fit” assessment process can feel a little awkward at first, Seth walked us through it easily and quickly introduced us to our new favorite mattress. He collaborated with his coworker to show us a whole variety of mattresses, just to ensure that we really did get the best option, but we were happiest with the second one he showed us and he efficiently moved on to the next part of the process as soon as we said we were sure. He recommended various details about a bed frame and showed us a few models, but respected our decision to buy that piece elsewhere. He explained the differences between different mattresses, pillows, and accessories in a way that was detailed, but easy for us to understand. At the end he offered us a few pricing options and worked with us to find the best possible day for delivery. We love our 2 new pillows and look forward to receiving our mattress and box spring once we select a bed frame this week. We fully expect it to work out perfectly, but have a good understanding of the protections in place (warranty, guarantee, etc.) in case it doesn’t. This was an excellent experience and I look forward to better sleep in the near future!

We bought a Nectar mattress at Mattress Warehouse on Sapp Road in Greensboro and were so impressed with the service we received. Scott answered all of our questions and made good suggestions that helped us pick out the right mattress for us. Excellent help and information from Jocelyn at the Wendover Rd store in Greensboro. She did not have the mattress we settled on in the store so she sent us on to Scott at the Sapp Rd store. We recognized Scott as the gentleman that assisted us a year ago when we bought a mattress for our son. Scott was able to provide even more detail regarding the differences in mattress models and helped us with our purchase. We had a great experience at both stores and are going home happy.

TL/DR: Great customer service, clean store, decent delivery service, will be buying my beds from here from now on.HOW THEY HANDLE COVID SAFETY; Everyone associated to this company I encountered (deliver persons and sales associate in store) wore a mask. I was provided a small single person sheet and pillow cover sheet to lay on while testing beds and pillows. Beds and pillows were sprayed with disinfectant after each use.02/09/2021I have officially slept on my new bed for a week now. There is not a single doubt in my mind that I have the perfect bed. This store uses a “bed machine” that feels your weight as your lay on it and change positions. The machine takes this information and gives you a customized list of beds it thinks will fit what you need - TRUST THE MACHINE. I have slept like a baby every night. It had been about a decade since I got a new bed, but this one is like none that I’ve ever had before. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.The sales representative I met - Scott-, who happened to be a manager, was very kind. Scott, thank you for helping me through my mattress journey! There was a lot of professionalism, good salesmanship, and friendly attitude. I came in and said I’m looking for a firm bed in this price range and instead he told me about the machine. He explained its technology and how they let it choose. He showed me the beds it selected and was very knowledgeable about the product. If I was rating on his service alone, I would be giving a 5-star.So why the 4-star? Well, the delivery. The delivery gets 3 stars so the total is averaged. A great bonus to this company is that they deliver the beds, included in the price, and set them up for you. For me, this meant up the steps and around a corner. The two men who delivered the beds were very kind. However, I was told they would be wearing gloves and booties when they entered my home, they did not. They did wear masks, thankfully. I was told they would call the evening before, they did not. I got a call at 6:30am saying “we will be there in 30 minutes”. The delivery window opens at 7am. I bought a king size bed and a queen. The queen size set up was fine. My king size had a couple bumps. The bed frame has wooden slats that go across the width of the bed in order to support the mattress from underneath. The boys who delivered the mattress and set it up never checked them and all 5 of them had been knocked over in the process of setting up the bed. They unboxed it, set them on the slates and left. They were in and out within 15 minutes. So they left and I checked make sure everything was fine before testing out the new bed which is when I discovered the problem. I then, a solo female (I’m relatively strong and very tall so it wasn’t the hardest thing for me personally but for others it may be), had to pick up the very heavy, yet beautiful, new mattress drag it to a wall, pick up the box springs, move them out of the way, where I could then fix the skates and gently return all the pieces. They seemed like they were trying to get through the day quickly. And though the delivery process was fast, it was a little disappointing.Overall seems like a good company, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I think the bed machine is honestly really cool and did an excellent job picking my mattress. I will be returning to a Mattress Warehouse for my future mattress needs.

Our family came in and we were greeted by Curtis. He was very knowledgeable with the different types of mattresses. He also had us try the machine to pick our perfect mattress. This place is great. Ive been mattress shopping at a few different places recently, and the sales people at each place have been pushy or dismissive. Mattress Warehouse has been an excellent mattress shopping experience! I did the diagnostic bed thing they have (which is pretty cool) but all the mattresses were out of my price range. The salesman (Curt) showed me a mattress that fit my diagnostic specifications and was also within my price range, and is also incredibly comfortable! It was a relaxed shopping experience that ended in me purchasing a nice mattress. Highly recommend!

I went to the store to look at Temper-Pedic beds as I have an older Cloud Supreme. Scott was very helpful and educated me on the new models. He showed me which beds were similar to my old one. I purchased one that day and was surprised when I was able to get it delivered four days later.

The other day my boyfriend and I went here to look for a new mattress and Sean Evans was the best salesman ever. We were there only to observe and instead of pressuring us like most, he gave us a few suggestions and backed up. He ended up setting us up with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. When we went to the store to purchase our new mattress we were greeted immediately by our salesperson Justin; good start. We picked out a mattress and set delivery. We had to have three mattresses delivered until they finally delivered the correct, undamaged mattress. It was a bit of any ordeal, but Justin the salesperson was responsive during the whole process.

The one thing im disappointed about was that his manager told him Synchrony was offering 3 yr free financing for the holiday, but when Curt put in our application they only gave me 2 years. I called Synchrony about it and they said it was up to Mattress Whse to call their customer service number about it. The customer service number I was given on the application couldnt help me. I really would have liked the additional year.
